I'm interested in him because his art resonates with me more than any other artist's work has. It's rare that someone is so comfortable sharing such vivid descriptions of their abuse along with art that depicts it. It's sickening and comforting at the same time to know someone out there feels like I do.

I finally am able to examine her very closely everywhere, I made adjustments to her hair and fixed it up a bit using my bobby pin. When I do something small like that, the tiniest thing, it makes me feel so close to them and so very happy. She is just magnificent though, I love how her pose is a lot more modest than most of my geishas, her head bowed low. None of my other dolls are like that. But even more, I’m so drawn to her fucking face, I realize all of these things I project myself/feelings onto, but her face, her eyes especially make me wish to cry in sadness. What she stands for to me is the pinnacle of abuse, with her face painted so delicately and beautifully, and her body dressed in extravagant colors.

What I see in her expression is a distance, and her eyes familiar. What I see in her expression is my own face staring back from the cameras! I project harshly yes, I do with everything without even realizing it, but when I project my own pain onto something it can help me sort of process the sadness. I can’t help but cry a bit, because she is the pinnacle of it all, the more literal form of my abuse. Being sold, trained, dressed up, paraded about, the isolation, all of the same themes, the sex, the rape, the pain. When my abusers made my mask it was through fragmenting a thousand times, her mask is white powder and red lipstick, a more physical form. This doll has a slight red mark on the side of her neck, it resembles a bruise to me.

What from? A hand? A rope? A collar?

I’m so lucky to have found her, the only oiran doll I could currently find for sale online, I believe in fate. She is beautiful, she is my crown jewel. Her face and cheeks and chin, her hairline, just beautiful. I love her huge shoes as well, something also special about her. The wooden base too! Instead of black like my others because it would mask the shoes, this light wood not only fits with her kimono colors but allows for the shoes to be in the spotlight when looking lower. I moved one of my other geishas off of my bed to place her. I put her in the specific spot where her eyes would be staring right at me and watching me. With how sad her expression initially made me feel, there are angles it can look very playful.

She has so much life to her expression, she is just wonderful, if I could choose one doll to come to life as my wife it would be her. I’m just a crazy person who loves these dolls, they are all so unique, yet she catches my eyes the absolute most, there is something so special about her. And what is it? She is a whore, and that word is not really used by me as an insult ever, it’s a descriptor, and she is that. The only doll in this room, the only doll I could find who is a whore like me. I wonder who made her by hand, I wonder what they wanted to be seen, an oiran is a work of art brought to life, here I just get a work of art that doesn’t breathe. But she is crafted so well she feels full of life like I could hear a heartbeat in her chest!! I wish I could know who created her a long time ago! I wonder if she was based off a courtesan they knew, I wonder if her expressions were meant to display what I was seeing myself, I want to know all the thought process they had while making her. I wish I knew or could find out how to make my own! My lovely courtesan bride, she will always be placed above my bed.

The more I think about Elliott/Willy the more it grows on me.

First off, I always assumed Elliott to be one of the taller characters but looking at size charts he’s actually on the shorter side for a male character while Willy is one of the tallest. It felt weird to draw Elliott as shorter but truth is truth.

Anyway, they’re already friends. They’re neighbors, they hang out with Leah and they know each other’s likes and dislikes. I can see them drinking together by the sea and Elliott being inspired by Willy’s stories.

As a ship I don’t see them as staying together forever. It would probably be a on and off again situationship because Willy goes out to sea for months at a time and Elliott eventually starts going on book tours so it’s up to luck wether they’re in town at the same time.

Elliott is one of the more queer coded characters because even though all the romanceable characters will date both male and female players Elliott is one of the few who actually talks about his sexuality. If dating a man he’ll say he knows he likes men but he wasn’t sure if the player felt the same, implying he’s been living the queer experience of falling in love with straight guys and learned from experience not to always be open about his feelings for his own safety. And Willy? Well you know what they say about sailors. So I’m sure he’d enjoy having a handsome guy with long siren hair in his bed and Elliott would totally romanticize the idea of his gruff sea dog who’s gentle with him.

The only thing that worried me was whether Willy would be too grubby for Elliott but thinking it over I don’t think so. Elliott is mainly obsessed with his hair and he for sure keeps himself clean but his cottage is dusty and dirty and Elliott finds sea creatures in his clothes so he can’t be that obsessed with cleanliness. He mostly just seems to be embarrassed by it when other people come to visit. So yeah, I think he’d be just fine with Willy being a little sea salty.

When they eventually see each other for the last time you know Elliott will be writing stories inspired by their relationship for ages to come.

I love Junior's naive moments lol. OITNB (the real thing) is one of my favorite shows so this was a treat! It was actually funny too 10/10 video but the ending was clearly rushed, typical of modern SML but whatever :)
