How to get the Snalendar 2022

Hello snovelies. Would you like some Snapes to brighten your 2022? You would? Great news! The Snape Calendar (or Snalendar) 2022 is almost here, featuring 13 unique pieces of Snape artwork created exclusively for this project. 

2021 has a lot of us feeling like we could use a change, so the theme of the 2022 Snalendar is Snape with alternate careers. Keep your eyes open for teaser images on this blog. 

Follow the directions below, and you will receive a .pdf file, a calendar featuring the artwork of our talented artists. 

Step by step guide to getting the Snalendar

Donate at least 10 USD to Coalition of Rainforest Nations at rainforestcoalition.org/

Shortly after making a donation, you will receive an e-mail titled Donation Receipt

Take a screenshot of the receipt, make sure the amount and Payment ID are visible. You may cover personal information. Example below. 

Send the screenshot to snalendar@gmail.com

You will receive a WeTransfer link to the files

!! Our distributor will start sending out the files in late December. You may send proof of donation earlier to make sure you get your files as soon as they’re available

!! Keep in mind that the sending of the files is done manually by one person. It may take a while for you to receive yours. If you have any questions or want to make sure we received your proof of donation, please contact snalendar@gmail.com. 

!! After our distributor sends you a link to the files, you have one week to download them from the server. If you miss this window, no worries, just contact us at snalendar@gmail.com to receive a new link.

Snalendar 2022 Artist Call

Hello, snovelies. 

The Snalendar is looking for illustrators for the 2022 edition of the Snape Calendar. We’re doing things a little differently this year. Anyone interested can submit their name and names will be drawn at random to decide the illustrators. 

The names will be pulled around August 11th. If your name gets pulled, @snalendar-snofficial will contact you on Tumblr around August 11th-August 15th. People who aren’t chosen will not be messaged. If you have any questions, please contact either @snalendar-snofficial on Tumblr or send an email to snalendar@gmail.com.

I would personally call anyone who's younger than Snape was when he left the death eaters a snapeling. So, assuming you're not new to the Snapedom, in which case a person of any age can be a snapeling, you stop being a snapeling around 21.

The site we use to send you all the Snalendar files only stores the shared files for a week. If you missed that window and can’t download them, don’t worry, just contact us through email at snalendar@gmail.com or Tumblr and our distributor will share them again. We know when someone wasn’t able to download the files and don’t want anyone to miss out on lovely Snape art just because of a missed deadline.

It has been a crazy year. The Snape calendar is almost here to hopefully improve any Snape fan’s 2021. The new Snalendar will be released at the end of December, but you are more than welcome to make your donation already.

Follow the directions below, and you will receive a .pdf file, a calendar featuring the artwork of our talented artists. The calendar will be available until April 30th.

Our team has picked two charities this time. To get the calendar, you must make a donation of 10 USD to either colorofchange.org or ilga.org  

Step by step guide to getting the Snalendar

Donate at least 10 USD to either  colorofchange.org or ilga.org  through their website.

Shortly after making a donation, you will receive an e-mail titled Thank you for your contribution to ColorOfChange! (Color of Change) or  Receipt - Donate now! (ILGA)

Take a screenshot of the receipt. Make sure the donated amount and transaction/order # are visible.

Send the screenshot to snalendar@gmail.com

You will receive an email from WeTransfer with a link to the files. 

Our distributor will start sending the files at the end of December. Keep in mind that this is done manually by one person so it might take a few days for you to receive yours.
