What is Going On
Hi! My name is Robbie, I am the little human behind So Long... Partner, a Folk-Screamo project currently based in Nashville TN. I've released 2 albums, one with a bedroom screamo aesthetic and one with a more full-band aesthetic.
I generally have a pretty consistent creative output and am loooking for ways to access that content without relying on Spotify or Instagram, so I'm starting this blog. I think I'm going to experiment with filming myself playing some new songs live and see if people like watching those videos. Maybe our attention spans are too short for that, but who knows!
I picked tumblr because Blogger has a video upload limit and Substack is too like... idk substack is not my thing. grew up on tumblr and hate the ads but i'd rather post where i'm familiar and don't feel pressure Hopefully someone finds this little blog-project and my songs/sketches interesting. If not, there'll be a new album at some point, so that's something to look forward to.
