i don't think...that's what the people reblogging this post intended with their words at all. i think tumblr users have a history of reblogging posts that aren't about them and making it about themselves, that is a very annoying part of the culture on this website, but it is not exclusive to the oppression of women/silencing of transfem voices. it wasn't even entirely men that were co-opting the post, the third person was clearly nonbinary, but fuck nonbinary people unless they can further my narrative of "men bad women good" amirite?

• sock was a magical girl and Mephistopheles was his guide and the guy who gave him magic powers because he summoned Satan as a small child (when jojo was alive) and wished to be a magical girl because he was really into magical girl shows at that time

• he still kills his parents by accident and then kills himself

• his weapon is a really long knife like a katana but thicker

• Mephistopheles is like "you know what i can capitalize on magical girls sure" and makes sock make jonathan a magical girl through little matching bracelets kinda piggybacking off socks original power (socks magical girl power came from his bracelet originally and jonathan got one) :3

• jonathan does not want to be a magical girl but is peer pressured majorly and that first time he saved the world was actually a soul bound contract to be a magical girl until he dies

• jojo has a necklace pendant as opposed to a bracelet because she became a magical girl from providence and not Mephistopheles, and in turn so does lil because she's also piggybacking off jojos power (except lil's is a choker rather than a long necklace)

• jojo was not a magical girl when she was alive she became one as an angel to one up sock lmao

• sock was able to convince Mephistopheles to allow him to be technically considered alive so he can fight as a magical girl with Jonathan but ONLY when he's a magical girl, for what reason i dont know but it happened, jojo on the other hand kind of has to because she was already dead so like. how is she gonna be a magical girl if shes not technically alive and cant interact with anything

• all their identities are secret to the public because duh

• guardian angel jojo plot still exists

• at some point zack melto is the antagonist and he gets his ass beat because i dislike him

• sock and jon have different ways of dealing with antagonists, sock will INSTANTLY kill them while jon just. de evils them

• jonathan's weapon is a gun, sock's is a long knife, jojo's is a bazooka and i havent decided lil's but maybe a sword?
