he originally wanted to watch the stars on a rooftop in mondstadt but we all know how that would've ended up

the only thing that he would bring is a blanket

you guys sit on starsnatch cliff and watch as the stars form and take shape throughout the night

eventually you both fall asleep and the rest of the adventurers guild comes to look for you guys in the morning

he'll probably want to do it again soon

it becomes a little tradition

he starts bringing fischl and razor along

camping under the stars also becomes a thing

overall, a very fun way to spend an evening

you looked up at the clock, the time just barely passed three am. majority of the late night taverngoers had already left, all but one fellow. kaeya, the tall, slim, blue hair male was seemingly enjoying his time there as diluc cleaned up, not paying much mind to him. you continued you cleaning the glasses that sat at the bar.

"i think it's time for you to leave, kaeya. you much overstayed your welcome." diluc said in a cold tone.

"ah, why so rude. i was just enjoying your company." kaeya shot back.

"well if you're not going to help clean, then you must leave. it's late and we're trying to close."

"i'll help then i guess, i don't have exactly any where to be at the moment." and with that he assisted in cleaning the tavern.

after a few more moments of silence, you felt a hand tap your shoulder. "hey, do you know where the floor cleaner is?" kaeya said.

"yeah let me get it," you responded.

you walked into the supply closet and looked around for the floor cleaner. soon enough diluc noticed your absence and came to look for you.

"oh, what are you doing in here?" he asked

"i'm looking for some floor cleaner, but i can't seem to find it."

"oh, it's up here, i'll get it for you," diluc said coming into the already cramped space of the closet. you watched as his toned body reached up to the shelf. you wanted to look away but, you just couldn't. in the midst of being destracted, you didn't hear as kaeya shut and locked the door.

"there you go." diluc said handing you the cleaner.

"thank you" you said hoping that he didn't notice the blush on your cheeks.

diluc tried to open the door, but the handle didn't budge. he tried again, but much to his dismay, he reached the same outcome.

"kaeya! did you lock us in here?" diluc yelled through the door.there was no answer.

"come on, kaeya! open the damn door!" yet again no answer. you let out a small yawn.

"are you tired? here you can lay on my lap and use my jacket as a blanket." you layed down on his lap and slowly drifted off to sleep.
