So, this is it.

I’m leaving the 1D fandom tumblr sphere forever. I still love the band and the boys, but I’m tired of feeling like I have to step a certain way to be accepted, or liked. And  really I shouldn’t care about my stats, I should be doing this for me, and I’m just not anymore.

I will never forget all the amazing things this space and fandom gave me. All the friends, all the happiness, but it’s time I leave it be.

I’m moving to permanently to @dilwaledyke and @sterekdyke for those who may want to follow me. I’ll be deleting this blog in a week.

What do you want for 1D anniversary? Be realistic 😊

okkk haha well if i’m being as realistic as possible, and since the options are slim because of the circumstances right now—i’ve been telling myself that it’s more than understandable and a good idea (as usual with 1d) to keep my expectations pretty low. i actually haven’t been thinking about it too much for that reason to avoid disappointment haha. but in this case and with the months of speculation, articles pushing the idea, and them not working atm...they kinda have no excuse to not do something, so i think a safe prerecorded zoom call with the four of them (as much as i would give a limb to see zayn i don’t see it happening but oh my GOD would i love to be wrong and receive the shock of a lifetime) would make my heart soar the most I think, seeing and hearing them chatting and reminiscing and catching up. maybe they could perform a song acoustically that they never performed live or hell, play TORN! if they don’t do something like that, i would be happy to see some old footage released that we never saw, like the lost infinity music video or footage from OTRA or a bunch of that archived stuff from the MIATM listening parties that hardly anyone has ever seen. i think the odds of getting any new (old) music are low but again...i would kill to be wrong. idk man! I’ll take whatever they give me tbh it wouldn’t take much

2am tea is that boy bands in general will never be taken seriously music wise and it’s because of their large female fan base like people would rather call young girls crazy or insane than even think for one moment that the artists that girls love actually make good music because god forbid girls are actually intelligent and have good taste and it’s so fucking weird like the beatles became famous because of young girls but they’re only taken seriously now because men are known to like them and that’s the facts
