Nephele smiled and looked down at the flowers. "Can I ask, how did it happen? You don't have to tell me if you don't want to." she smiled just enough for her lips to look curved. "What happens? When you have a seizure?" she asked carefully, realising it's not really her business. "No, it's ok. I'll never be in pain caused by anyone or anything again, so yeah, not a big deal."

“Mutant is a person who can do stuff normal people can’t.” she said simply and pulled her shirt down again. Her eyes, widened and her mouth formed a small ‘O’ shape, but turned into a open mouth smile in second. “An angel?” she asked slowly, amazed that such beings really exist. She looked at his hand, wearing a small shade of a smile and looked back up and him in the eyes. She thought about it for a moment, just staring at him, still smiling. She then shook her head. “Thank you, but no. I know this might sound strange, but they keep me strong and fighting for what’s right. They’re not the easiest on the eye, but they’re a part of me and always will be. Really, thank you.” At the end she grinned, not really a happy grin but somehow proud and thankful.

Nephele looks up. "Hi, Pixie. Name's Nephele or Pariah. Either is fine. " she grinned.

“I wouldn’t say gifted. I don’t particularly like it. I’m a mutant, you see.” she said the last part so quietly it was almost a whisper. “Well, when I was 4 my mum died in a car accident, which was actually my fault because I ran on to the street and she just tried to push me away.” she paused and looked down. “Sorry, I-I don’t tell this to many people. My dad blamed it on me and…” she stopped again and decided to rather show what happened. She raised the back of her shirt which revield a lot of bruises and scars. “He abandoned me after he found out I’m a mutant. I was in the streets for a week and then Storm, her real name is Ororo, found me and took me to the mansion. She can create storms and clouds, ya know. That’s why ‘cloudy’ and ‘feel safe’ mean this much to me.”
