This blog is run by Charline and Nancy. Here you will find our beauty reviews, healthy diets and fashion tips for all with a touch of personal pictures and posts. We are both regular teenage girls who dream about a bright future. This is not our job, we do this for the benefit of others and for fun. We will try to update daily but sometimes with our schedule it is not possible. ♥ <img style="width: 54px; height:...

Lighter Sesame Chicken
Serves 2
Ingredients:
1/2 cup brown rice
1/4 cup honey
2 Tablespoons sesame seeds
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
1 egg white
2 Tablespoons cornstarch
2 small chicken breasts (12oz), cut into 2″ pieces
salt & pepper
1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
2 green onions, chopped
2 cups broccoli florets
Directions:
Prepare rice according to package directions. Meanwhile, combine honey, sesame seeds, soy sauce, and garlic together in a small bowl then set aside. In a separate larger bowl, whisk together egg white and cornstarch until smooth. Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper then add to egg white mixture and toss to evenly coat.
In a small saucepan, steam broccoli until crisp tender then set aside. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, then carefully add chicken. Cook for 3-4 minutes a side, or until cooked through. Turn off heat and remove skillet from burner.
Add prepared sauce and green onions then toss to combine. Stir in broccoli, then scoop mixture into bowls over cooked rice.

Hey guys! I appreciate you following/asking questions/interacting with me! I picked up a second palette when it was on sale and I have too much Urban Decay stuff so I thought I would share with someone. I tried to put in some great basics as well as some fun colors.

My weekend so far:
Earlier this week one of my roommates (Victoria) invited me to her aunt and uncle's for a Christmas party. Reclutantly I agreed to come (mostly I just hate going to a party where I only know one person). We were suppose to stay on campus and get ready before coming up but after a falling out with one of our other roommates we decided to leave a day early. The drive up wasn't as long as I expected it to be (it's the same distance from school to my house just west instead of east), and mostly country roads. Finally we got here and it's BEAUTIFUL. They own a lot of acres and so we ended up parking at the barn (about small walk to the house) and her uncle immidently begins teasing her, which is completely adorable. Once we get to the house her aunt comes out and begins decorating the outside of the house. Came inside....my dream house....no lie. SO BEAUTIFUL. I feel like a princess here. No joke. Last night we somewhat helped decorate after my tour and then we had pizza and beer (found out I really don't like beer) before settling in for an uneventful night the consisted of laying in my roommates room talking about her personal life before finally she grew tired and I came to my room and fell asleep myself. Woke up fairly early and then had breakfast with her family before we began to clean, aka we hid upstairs until finally she wanted to head back to school to check on her things (her actual roommate is crazy and we were scared she was going to break her mac which had 7 of 12 pages of her final paper on it.) Once we got back we began to clean until finally we were done and told to go get ready. Cooking took awhile, but it was fun because we talked with her cousin while they cooked and we had wine (...apperantly I'm not a huge drinker...not a huge fan of wine either...red is better than white though. And it's better than beer. Still preferring rum though...). The party was...well less awkward than I braced myself for. Everyone was very nice and welcoming and we always had someone to talk too. My favorites were her cousin's in-laws who happened to invite us to South Carolina this summer with them. After awhile we went to the basement to hide and then ended up hiding upstairs until we went down for one last round. Funny/awkward story. At the beginning of the party we met a guy named Collin (I think that's his name...I'd already had a glass of wine and to many faces and names) who is roommates with my roommate's "cousin" (the son of her step-uncle). Anyways, everytime he came into the kitchen where we were sitting he would check her out and it was just weird...when we were making our last round he shook her hand and she went to say good-bye to her "cousin" and then he hugged me...it was so awkward. He reeked of pot. I just ran upstairs and climbed into my jammies. So yeah. Overall, best weekend I've had in awhile and has give me the chance to stay in my dream house for at least 2 nights. Hopefully I get invited for another weekend sometime so I can actually enjoy the house (aka the ponds and home theater...). Now for pictures! I don't have many, I'm hoping to get more pictures of the actual house some other time.

The beautiful view I wake up too. I'll do a photoset of pictures tomorrow. The ones I have now suck but I want to show you the room I have. Oh one more photo!

During the day and I lied. One more

Just joined CurrentlyObsessed.me I applied to get free codes for my bloggers but haven't heard back yet. Basically Currently Obsessed.me is a site where you can stalk your favorite bloggers and see what things they have liked. It's a new form of Fashiolista and Pinterest basically. Worth a look at if you like the other two sites.

So since I've been negelecting you all I decided I would make another outfit of the month to remind you that I'm not dead (: Just extremly busy with school and all that great stuff (like annoying roommates...another story for another time.) But I am going to be on winter break soon so I'll be posting a lot more then. Just remember we both love you all for the support you give, but school is way to busy. Also you should go tell Char congratulations on applying to UT! HOOK 'EM! Love, Nancy

Kickstarted my Thanksgiving break off with a nice cup of coffee that my daddy surprised me with when I got home. The Alpaca was just laying on my desk so I decided to place it in the picture too. My friend got it for me on my birthday way back in August but tell me if that isn't the cutest thing you have seen.

Yesterday I was so excited when one of my good friends got me Russian chocolate from her trip there. I ate one and kept the other for another day. The chocolate tastes just like the American chocolate Ferrero Rocher. My other good friend gifted me with these two Christmas foam stickers. I have yet to figure out where to put them but aren't these two to die for?
Love Always, Charline

This is my Christmas wishlist. I have been wanting a little quilted chain bag for a while now for those situations which calls for an elegant bag. I also am in love with shoes, and these shoes just screamed out at me to buy them. I'm not a big ring wearer since I play piano and it gets really annoying to take it off and put it back on etc. But I still think it would be nice to have rings for going out etc. it just would not be an everyday kind of thing. Oh and perfumes! I'm running out of my favorite perfumes so I can't wait to try these out(or buy them again)
