✮ chores ✮

I know it can be hard sometimes to do chores especially if you regressed. so hears some ideas to help with it

✮ use a sticker chart! it might help having an external motivation aka cute little stickers showing how much of a good job you've done

✮ bring along your stuffie/favorite toy !! its nice to have a friend there that can make it easier

✮ call someone! sometimes for me, it helps to have someone to talk to makes the work easier to do

✮ listen to music and dance and sing while you work

✮ make yourself a meal/snack before you do your chores! it might help to have a small energy boost.

✮ put a movie/show/video in the background!

✮ ask youre caregiver for a reward! if you dont have a caregiver allow yourself to do/get something as a reward!

theres are juat a couple ideas so feel free to add ur own!! :)

have the power to be invisible or the power to read minds

Spacey 🌱 - read minds, it would be more helpful cause then i can use it to my advantage all the time! whether its for a test or to help someone feel better it would be a very helpful power Bubby 🏎️ - read minds that way i could see what my baby wants! if they want a kissie or uppies ^^

are fries better with ketchup or another sauce

Spacey 🌱 - it heavily depends on where i get the fries. if theyre home fries then ketchup. but if its from bojangles i neeeed honey mustard! and if its wendys sweet and sour. if its chick fil a, chick fil a sause. and so on. im very picky with my fries and sauces.. ^^; Bubby 🏎️ - Ketchup, its better like that!

Staying up

Imagine you and your bubba are having a very special night and staying up later than usual—past your bedtime. You and your baba cuddle up together, the soft glow from the TV and a small lamp lighting the room.

Your eyelids start to feel heavy, and you yawn. Your bubba notices. They gently bring you closer, adjusting the blankets around you. "Tired, little one?" they whisper softly. You nod, snuggling into their warmth. They start humming a soft tune and gently pat your head. "There's no pressure to stay awake love, i understand that you need your rest."

As you drift off, your caregiver stays close. They occasionally watch whatever's on TV, but their attention is mostly on you, ensuring you're comfortable. The soft glow of the room and the gentle rhythm of their breathing create a safe and cozy space for you while you sleep :)

୨ৎ colorful drawing on the walls and classical music

𖹭 they might not stick to technique, twirling and leaping more freely

୨ৎ Enjoy self care activities like bubble bath, having their brushed and styled, possibly skin care with there sib/carer

𖹭 Dresses up in colorful tutus, cute slippers, hair accessories

୨ৎ Probably have deco pacis and sippies

𖹭 Carry a comfort blankie or stuffie around with them

Nesting

if you ever feel stressed or need a cozy place i recommend nesting!

Nesting is a process in which you gather all the things you might need for an extended period of time and put it all in one place. It's about creating a safe, comfortable, and self-contained environment that minimizes the need to break immersion. some types of items that could be good for nesting:

☁️ Your phone/iPad/ laptop/tv remote etc in order to keep yourself entertained with shows

♡ your preferred game console/ controller with the whichever game you wish to play in the console ahead of time

☁️ headphones for those who have sensory issues or just if you like to use them

♡ blankets/pillows/stuffies for extra comfort and cushion!

☁️ coloring books/sketchbook/journal in case you want to be creative

♡ Crayons/markers/colored pencils to use with the things above :)

☁️ Teethers/pacis/bottles and other gear if you use them that way theyre close

♡ Chargers!! theyre soooo important!!! make sure that you have chargers or power banks to keep everything charged up

you can put whatever you like in your nest but these are my recommendations/what i tend to put in mine
