do they have any more info or story you’ve figured out? i’m super curious, they look so neat

hello! seriously tysm! I’m a very nostalgic person and it makes me super happy to hear my art gives off that vibe.

Ok so the winged oc, they don’t really have a story but I have more info on them. When creating this oc I was super inspired by liminal spaces, weirdcore, and dream core. This oc was from this place I named the void because it’s kinda just a void with different “pockets.” These pockets are like different sections of this endless void and they might be something like a liminal space or just nothingness. The winged oc is one of the few entities/beings that live in this void. Their design is also intentionally super inconsistent because their appearance is very fluid.

Back when I was first creating this oc and world there was another oc! His name was Markus, and he was kinda just a guy who stumbled into the void. It’s not common to enter the void from the outside world but there are a few places you can accidentally enter through. For example a random doorway or staircase could lead to the void. It’s pretty random and rare. I didn’t like Markus’ design so I kinda just stopped drawing him so maybe I’ll redesign him soon.

I’m probably going to change a lot about this world and these characters but this is what I have from when I made it 3 years ago. 🤯👍
