My visa limit is 2500 and if I can pay it off I'll probably lose my card.
I need to pay this off as well as pay for medication and food at the very least.
Any help would be appreciated be it donations, commissions, buying from my store or what have you.
It's stressing me out to the point its making me physically ill which is only triggering more flares in my conditions that I really don't need.
If I'm accepted into uni I'd like to not have so much credit card debt let alone only being able to use that by the upcoming fall semester. I'd like to be able to go to my classes instead of rotting in bed but without medication and with all this stress I'm honestly scared wherever I get heatstroke this summer it'll just kill me before that.
There are a lot of things available on my kofi, it accepts PayPal and stripe among others both of which I have accounts set up with.
Examples of my art exist on @spirits-art and on my Instagram cassderolo.
I offer tarot readings, art prints, sensory friendly (pride) bracelets and more.
Seriously anything helps my situation right now.
It's rare that I do any drag shows, it's be nice if I got book once a month but it's more like once in a blue moon ATP. I'm trying to get booked for more, they pay decently especially with tips from the audience. But only for a side gig.
Still out of a job and job hunting, wish me luck I suppose.

Finally finished the reference for the new redesign of my art/multifandom sona.
Expect more drawings of them in the future!
Please don't trace, edit, re-upload or claim my art as your own, I'm fine with people using my art as reference or icons as long as you ask.
Reblogs and support is appreciated!

I like getting permission from the people who commissioned me, I'd rather have their consent and post the piece they greenlight than post it and make them uncomfortable if it was something personal.
I'm perfectly fine with the person who paid using my art for personal reasons and I'd be fine if that meant they would rather not have the piece shared.
You can absolutely ask me to draw something personal to you, I will always as permission before posting it anywhere and get your okay on how the art looks when finished.
If you want anything changed after I send it to you, be it colour or otherwise any aspect of the piece, you paid for it so I'm absolutely willing to put that effort in for you.
I don't like the "you get what you paid for" type artists very much, I get it if it's a full render piece you put a lot of effort into but if it's that detailed you won't go back and change anything after the person who commissioned it asks, then you should have been communicating with them the entire process of the piece, let them greenlight each stage of it if you need, they paid for it why not draw it the way they asked to the best of your abilities? And if you're refusing to listen to what they wanted then why take commissions at all? Why not just draw what you want and sell it instead?
It's not like I'm saying bend over backwards for a customer, I just think communicating with them is important when the piece is for them in the end. And it's just polite
If someone was painting you and you had to sit there the entire time while they did it, you'd get a little antsy and want to see the progress wouldn't you? Some customers who commission people can be just like that, but they mean well, they're most often just nervous.
You'd wanna see how the piece you commissioned was coming along if there was a process to it, you'd want the artist to communicate it with you especially if it were a personal piece like a gift for someone else, so it's good to have that same communication when someone commissions you.
I ask permission to post not just because the piece could be personal but because I've had a lot of experience with people who struggle with paranoia, compulsive thoughts and anxiety and sometimes people won't want there being anything out there that leads back to them, especially if it's a problematic character or media or creator of the media they enjoy, like how vivsiepop is controversial but a lot of people enjoy hazbin and helluva, people who struggle with mental health might ask either to not be mentioned in the post of the piece or not want it posted at all to avoid any possible risk they might be stressing over.
The person who commissioned me calls the shots on what happens to the art when finished, because their comfort is just as important as mine.
Of course if they want to use my art in a way I'm not comfortable with (because I wouldn't want my name or something I've drawn attached to someone else's business or something) or want me to draw something I'm not comfortable with, obviously I'll decline, but if they don't want me posting it and just keep it between us that's perfect fine. They paid for it, it's theirs now.
There's a lot of commission horror stories from either side "this customer ripped me off" "this artist didn't listen and drew my character wrong", hence why I think communicating between commissioner and commissioned is important and why I wanted to talk about this. There's too many bad stories
I wanna make good ones. If people only see the bad experiences they won't go commissioning artists.
Let's keep up good communication and encourage people, reassure the public that commissioning artists and getting commissions isn't just a horror waiting in your inbox.

Hi! I'm spirit, I'm an artist, physically disabled, 22, and taking commissions! My main is @gravediggerss
Tumblr media
Right now I have a visa debt to pay off and medication to buy but I don't have the money.
I have more than just art commissions open on my kofi, such as bracelets, art prints, tarot and more, and I'd be incredibly grateful for any help.

Latest art work for @dracu-asks
What started out as a simple drawing accidentally became a full render gone a little overboard
Line work looks a bit sloppy and rough for that exact reason. Got distracted with the rendering so I didn't bother cleaning it up
