He turns around and walks backwards for a stretch, the world warping in the moonlight in a way that seems to condense and refract around the house. It’s not a home; still, he’s leaving it. He wonders if it’s still called running away if that’s what you’ve been doing your whole life.

The bricks and beams and bones of the house aren’t familiar to him. It’s a stranger to him.

But the men inside aren’t. And he’s seen the idea, once, that home isn’t a place but a person.

Sam runs away from home at midnight, leaving it all behind.

Another prompt! This was for the @spnspeeddatingbang, the word was "smoke". I love drawing intimate little moments with them so shotgunning seemed appropriate (and also, shotgunning is hot)

I originally drew it in green but then realized I wanted this to be warm and soft, so I redid it with these colours. You can see the original green behind the cut if you'd like! Drawing people kissing is hard this reminded me why I usually avoid it 😅

Heaven is God’s dominion, his kingdom everlasting.

Angels are warriors of Heaven, servants to God’s will.

This, Castiel knew.

God’s will is mysterious, for only He is all-knowing. And at the end of All Things, God’s Kingdom shall prevail, and the Righteous shall inherit the Earth.

This, Castiel knew.

And yet…

The Righteous Man’s broken voice rang out, hollow. Dead. For the Angels have forced him to relive his Hell, to become the very thing he detested most.

And it was wrong.
