I love that canonically, the powerpuff girls watch transformers beast wars mechanimals. I feel one of them goes through a gunpla phase eventually (or all three of them sbdbfj)

Man, I was a big fan of Beast Wars when I was a kid and that reference did not go unnoticed. 😆 And that would be a fun sisterly bonding hobby for them to have!

HIM took a bit to make. I really like the monstrous form he takes and I wanted a kinda middle between that and his normal form. Making him more demonic and scary but keeping his totes fabulous-ness 💅

In my future canon, he is still the most terrifying villain and very nearly succeeded in wiping the girls out years ago. HIM eventually returns but is more interested these days in just chilling and lazying around (of course, this is even more stressful considering the girls can't tell if he is serious or secretly plotting something).

Also, I like hookshots. So I made his claws into hookshots. It just looked cool :P

Female black widows can live up to 3 years but their male counterparts rarely live four months. Some tarantulas live upwards of 20 years. The longest lived spider was around 43 years old when she was cruelly assassinated by a parasitic wasp. Domestic rats have a lifespan comparable to female black widows. To put things into perspective, there are spiders that remember a pre-pandemic world but it is likely every rat on earth was born post-COVID. There could be a spider out there born when Reagan was in office.
