The sound of ‘Dream A Little Dream of Me’ could be heard faintly from the main room of the club, but the pair could hardly hear it over the sounds of their heavy breathing in the backroom. “W-What if we’re caught?” The shorter of the two stammered as she was pushed up against the wall. “Don’t worry...” Elliot whispered as their hot breath grew closer on her neck, hands trailing up her thigh “Just make sure you don’t scream too loud~”. Danny whimpered as her partner bit her neck “N-no guarantees...”

“Hey listen, you summoned me, accident or not you’re stuck with me...” She looked up from the pan of peach cobbler and gave them a toothy grin, showing off her pointed teeth “... Boo.”

She ran to them as fast as her legs would carry her. With one swift swing of her bat the zombie was thrown off them and against the wall. As she kneeled by their side, a pale hand reached up to wipe the tears she hadn’t realized had been spilling down her face “Hey, I’m okay... we’re okay, don’t cry, we’ll make it out of here.”

Purple and Pink

Elliot sighed as they laid curled up on the bed. It was still early morning but Danny had already left to go get the bakery ready. Elliot tugged the purple sheet further over their body and ignored the morning light. What they couldn’t ignore was the smell of their favorite coffee. Uncurling they sat up in bed and saw that their peach was leaning against the rooms doorframe with a mug of presumably coffee in her hand. 

Stepping into the room Danny headed over to Elliot’s side of the bed and placed the mug into Elliot’s waiting hands while pressing a kiss to their cheek. She sat down next to Elliot and waited for them to wake up enough before speaking.

“Morning spooks, how did you sleep?” She leaned against her boo and pulled the sheet so that it surrounded the two of them. 

“Amazingly, all my dreams were about you my peach.” They nudged Danny with their shoulder and smiled at her “Shouldn’t you be downstairs?”

Danny laughed and took the mug from Elliot who reluctantly parted with it. “Normally I would but” she said the last part in a sing-songy voice “today is special. It’s the anniversary of when we first met at that coffeeshop.” They both laughed remembering how their friend Teshi had made it very clear that Danny was interested in Elliot. Danny fell back onto the bed and pulled Elliot down with her. After some rearranging they laid facing each other on their bed. 

“Normally I’d say something sappy but I don’t want to make you too pink” Danny teased.

Elliot let out a laugh “You’re the pink one, I’m pretty sure that ghosts can’t blush." 

"Are you sure about that?” Danny replied with a smirk “What about our first kiss? I’m pretty sure that you were very pink after, it looked nice against all the purple you wear.” Elliot laughed and they snuggled closer together.

“What about the time you saw my ex? You got so petty to him, it was hilarious Danny.” Elliot let out an adorable chuckle as Danny pouted. 

“He was awful and needed to see that you were more than moved on from him. It’s not my fault that he found us making out…twice." 

"So you’re saying that it wasn’t a grand plan between you and Belle to get revenge for me?" 

"Hush Spooks.” Danny pecked Elliot on the lips before giving into laughter. “You have to admit his face was hilarious.” Elliot just shook their head while smiling. 

“How did I deserve you?” Elliot asked to a still giggling Danny. 

“Apparently peaches have a thing for ghosts, who knew.”
