Wish more adaptations played around with the fact that Hyde is less "Jekyll's true self" but moreseo that they're BOTH disguises that he uses and part of the tragedy is that we don't get to see what that comfortable inbetween would've looked like for him. I think it'd be fun to start seeing people play around with designs for what a Jekyll/Hyde would look like if he was able to live comfortably without masking, like a mix of the two.
