OC #7/365 -- Max Katsaros. Another character from the "Beyond Words" universe ❤️ This is Max! He's a sweet, confident boy who loves math and coding games. He always has messy, snarled hair, adores Josie (his girlfriend), and is an only child to his single mama. He's also a half-blood wizard who primarily uses electric magic. I'm happier with how he came out this time, compared to my first concept of him a few months ago. I hope you like him 😊 Max belongs to me & @sakuraartist // @ahcomicmagic

OC #6 - Shane Jones. She's one of my personal favorites ❤️ She loves to create art, despite her unsupportive, cold parents. She's also a wizard and primarily uses fire magic, which is the hardest magic to control and the rarest type for females to be gifted with.(Which her parents also look down upon...) She's tough, pretty, creative, and loves to dye her hair crazy colors. She's a part of our Beyond Words universe and eventually becomes a McMillan 💜💜💜 She falls in love and marries Hunter, who is one of Zeke's sons. (For those of you who follow the BW characters, you probably remember that Zeke is Jude and Robin's son 😊) So Shane is Jude and Robin's future granddaughter-in-law. One of them anyway 💕 Shane belongs to me & @sakuraartist // @ahcomicmagic

I've wanted to do a version of meet the artist forever, and I finally had enough confidence and inspiration to do it ;w; Hello! I'm Hannah 💜 I also love bath/body products, video games, anime, and music. My most favorite Kpop groups are Stray Kids and Seventeen. My favorite show is Bob's Burgers. I struggle with depression/anxiety, but I wouldn't ever change it -- feeling too much is my super power. Oh! And I love to make friends and support/love on people, I just can be shy and a bit of an anxious mess sometimes. But if you ever need someone to talk to or want to ramble about characters or something, please message me! But yeahhh, that's me in a nutshell. Okay, bye 💕

OC #5 -- January Wen. It's January, so of course I gotta draw January!! Chinese New Year starts in February this year, but it's exactly a month from today, so I thought drawing Jan here was a good idea ❤️ He is soft spoken, kind, and loyal to the end. He loves coffee, books, snow, and hanging out with his friends and/or his slightly younger sister. He hates arguing, hot weather, and book-to-movie adaptations. Oh and since I posted the character that represents this month -- happy birthday to all you January babies!! I hope you have a fun, AMAZING year ~~ 😊 January belongs to me & @sakuraartist // @ahcomicmagic

OC #4 - Autumn -- Her real name isn't actually Autumn, but she goes by it for certain reasons. She's a character that will appear in "November Rain" ❤️She's a bit rough around the edges, doesn't like to talk about her family, and she loves to wear boy's clothes. Autumn belongs to me & @sakuraartist ~~ @ahcomicmagic

This is a reminder for myself, but I also wanted to remind everyone of this too 🌼 You don't have to set crazy goals or push yourself to extreme measures. You can go at your own pace, even if it's slow. People who go at a slower pace often enjoy their work and life more. It helps keep you healthy both physically and mentally too. Also, the quality of the work you do will be so much better if you take your time on it. Fast might mean you finish sooner, but you also risk putting out mediocre content. Look to the flowers for inspiration here --- they start out as a seed and slowly grow into something beautiful. It doesn't happen over night. So don't set stressful expectations for yourself. You'll reach your dreams, I know you will. But stop, take a breath, and slow down. You'll get to the finish line eventually and you'll be happy you went at your own pace 💜

OC #3 -- This is Asa! (Pronounced Ace-uh) He's a brand new character of mine ❤️ I'm not sure what story he'll fit into yet but he's in his late twenties, he's artsy, he's passionate about helping people who struggle with depression/anxiety, & he has a somewhat dark past life. I hope you like him ;w;

OC #2 ~~ Junghwa💜 He's in one of my fictional kpop groups. Emotional and incredibly creative, Junghwa is one of the main vocalists and he writes most of their music. (Also bonus! Airport fashion 😉💕)

Happy New Year, friends!! 🎉 This year I'm gonna try and really get character designs down and flesh out more ideas. So one of the things I plan on doing is regular original character doodles, daily if possible!! I have so many... Lol. If you'd like to join me, feel free 😊 I'll probably do them in various ways -- traditional, digital, sometimes with color etc. I'll redraw characters you might know, show off new ones, and re-concept older ones. My first OC sketch of 2019 is of a REALLY old character. I think her original design is from 11 or so years ago? This is Muse 💜 She and her cousin are teenage detectives. They are always getting themselves into trouble looking into strange cases going on in their hometown. Curious to know more about her? Maybe I'll work on her story some and release more details soon 😉 Thank you for looking!! Let's all have an awesome 2019!!! Some Changes

Hi everyone,

Over the last few months, there have been a lot of life changes for us both. Some good, some not so good. In particular, Hannah ( @spreadlightalways ) has been dealing with a lot and after a lot of prayer and careful consideration, she will be taking an indefinite hiatus from AHcomicmagic. We’ve both decided that at this point in time and for the near future, she would be best focusing on her own challenges, her mental and emotional health, and her personal growth. Life has gotten overwhelming and Hannah needs to focus on herself for a while. Please be praying for her and encourage her through what is a pretty difficult time. She knows it’ll get better, but this is a step we feel will help with that. 

That being said, this account will still be updated occasionally by me (Amelia), consisting of reblogs and some small posts of OC’s. For the most part what you’ll be seeing are sketches and drawings of OC’s and stories but we’ll be putting a pause on major things. We simply feel that this is better for how things are going in our lives, and essential to the improvement and growth of Hannah’s well-being.

We thank you all for the support you’ve given us so far. We’re certainly not gone, just taking a break to sort out life and to be better people.  We truly appreciate each and every one of you and. Please keep Hannah in your prayers, and keep our art and creative projects in prayer as well. If you’d like to keep up with Hannah’s personal work and/or contact her, she is still active on instagram as Spreadlightalways.
