The thing about doing research before you draw is finding the length to wingspan ratio of a Harris’s Hawk and applying that to a 5’11 human, which results in

20 ft wingspans! How the heck would I get them to FOLD these without them dragging on the ground?????

For starters, find where the bones of the wing roughly are and bend them into shape. Then see where the tip of the longest primary feather would be (from the wrist where it bends) and then adjust how they are folded.

Remember that they're three-dimensional and often have a curve to them so let them curve forwards around the shoulders, be arched up if they have the strength, or have their whole posture adjust to compensate for balance and keeping wingtips off the floor.

Kamen Rider!

I’ve always wanted to do some short comics about what the original 1971 Kamen Rider - Hongo Takeshi - got up to while he was busting Shocker’s evil branches overseas during his hiatus - ESPECIALLY in the United States. Consider this a lil preview of that comic!
