Murder Drones Au

Today, I saw a poll on who would be a great main character on murder drones if it wasn't Uzi. The most voted was Tessa. It would make sense since she witness the massacre of the gala and its humans versus drones, which provides an interesting concept. Tessa is also an enjoyable character to watch and her relationship with her drones is sweet. The more I think about it, the more different ideas assimilate in my head.

Here are some ideas that can happen.

Tessa survives, but her drones are severely injured by cyn. She grabs their body parts or core, so they can continue to live with her.

A scientist from JC Jenson finds her and help remodel the worker drones into Disassembly drones. Although it gives them cool abilities, it has a side affect that sometimes they can't control.

J is still bossy to N, but slowly warms up to him after several battles with the zombie drones.

J is usually the one who makes the plan and she has great leadership with giving out orders.

N could or could not remember what happen to the gala, but with J, V, and Tessa he could get through it with them.

V has a drastic change from her canon counterpart. She still have that reserved personality from the manor. She is soft spoken and doesn't speak her mind a lot.

N cares for V and blushes when bumps into her. V reciprocate this in return. Romance between N and V and ultimately a confession.

V is scared to reveal to the other that she find killing enjoyable in a way.

They travel to many types of planets.

Main focus is the relationship between Tessa and the Drones.

Tessa is the technician, so she's like some sort of hacker to get into certain buildings.

Cyn wants to cause destruction of humans, because of how worker drones are treated as servant and being mistreated.

Cyn loves playing pretend, so she disguises as different drones to trick them.

Cyn intends to spread the virus and those who are infected will have flesh like limbs. They will have the solver's mark on them. Cyn had accomplish to spread more than one.

Cyn loves to play with Tessa's mind and hurt her mentally. Cyn likes speaking with Tessa.

Worker drones live in fear and many form many groups. There is no humans commanding with them.

Tessa interacts with some of them and eventually gained allies since she has compassion for the drones.

The drones think it was the humans spread the virus, but it was actually cyn.

This is just for fun. It's not Canon with the main show.

Gotta hand it to the animators this episode, they totally made Cyn/Tessa expressive from her body movements to her facial expressions during the fights scenes.

Episode 8 was worth the wait. Thank you Glitch Studios for making an incredible series with Liam Vickers and everyone who worked on it. It'll be always one of the greats. 🤧😭😊 👍

Okay, so if I got thing right: It is the Solver, not Cyn, that is now a part of Uzi's body. It just has the stammer for whatever reason. However, at the same time, Uzi is now a hologram? Like Cyn back in the mansion?

I think people in general are confused about who is who in this scenario, because we've only seen Cyn under the Solver's control. She was an improperly disposed Worker Drone, so technically Tessa never brought her home. It was the Solver in a body of a Worker Tessa later named Cyn. It just had some unusual mannerisms and developed a special bond with N, calling him "big brother" and even saving his, V, and J's personalities after transforming them into Disassembly Drones.

But was the original Worker Cyn there in the first place? Were they merged, or was it just the Solver disguising itself all along? The only characters capable of controlling the Solver virus were Yeva, Nori, Uzi and Doll, which allowed them to keep their own personalities and consciousness. I think that for most of the audience, Cyn and the Solver are the exact same thing, while the idea is a bit more nuanced. I've seen some theories on twt thank point out that Doll is also a part of Uzi now based on some data from a few screenshots, and because Solver Cyn ate her core. That is something I haven't figured out yet (and don't really have time to tbh XD).

MD is a series that relies a lot on info hidden in the animation and backgrounds. I think most people will agree that it's quite difficult to fully understand the story without rewatching the episodes and pausing from time to time. Honestly, I just want to dismiss the idea that N is now dating his "younger sister". Especially since Cyn, or the Solver in reality, views him more as a plaything.

But the fact that Uzi no longer has her original body is quite intriguing, AND SOMETHING I HOPE WILL GET EXPLAINED IN THE FUTURE

Edit: I saw someone explaining that since Uzi burned Cyn's heart, she is the Solver's host now. Cyn is dead, no matter how much of her would be left after the mutation took over. But wouldn't that make her the primary carrier? The other characters can control the AI, but we also had Eldritch J. It's normal for the Solver to control a few hosts, but Cyn is the antagonist of the story. And since her heart was destroyed, why was she reaching for the core (the black orb)? I'm guessing that's where the Solver was located, like with Eldritch J? Does every heart have one? Wouldn't that also mean we have a bunch of other hosts out there in SPAAAAACEE?

Design process

This is basically a redesign. I find my first design of Bree to be bland. The monochrome colors didn’t stand out as much as I wanted too. I wanted her design to be similar to the game’s description. It said at the start of the game a sleeveless blouse and a skirt if your character is a girl. I use that as a blueprint, then I putted my own spin to it. Having a full on colored skirt and a white blouse still felt off. I then added red and black since Bree didn’t have a main color. It was black and red. The hat was something to add silhouette. The outfit reminds me of one of the girls who wears clothes similar to a school uniform. I am so happy it looked better than before.
