I know this doesn’t relate to the tags but does anyone else hate it when someone says “you’re adorable” like why can’t I be beautiful in your eyes?

this guy literally told me, “you’re adorable, you remind me of someone I know”

idk why I got offended, I guess I wanted him to think I was beautiful and then he basically said I just look like anyone else.
