WELCOME TO…..

REEF LIFE!!!

Reef life is a Last Life based, lightly modded SMP taking place in the sea (or on the beach, if you like staying mostly dry)! It will also be an (overall) lightly-lore based server, and we even have custom GUIs to go along with it!

We are looking for about 14-20 players in total, and hope to get along well with you if you decide to apply! The server will be 1.21.1 Java Edition! Also, note, we are a group of teenagers who do joke a lot about nsfw often so just letting you know if that's something you're uncomfortable with! We will message you on discord by sending a friend request if you’re accepted in! We look forward to seeing you, so come and join us! More info below cut

Land masses will be to a minimum in the sea, but don’t worry! There will be a few mods to give some extra life to Minecraft’s otherwise desolate ocean biomes, as well as a couple mods for decor. Other than that, most of the mods will be QoL (Quality of Life), so you don’t have to worry if your computer’s more on the potato side!

As Reef Life will be operating on Last Life rules, here’s a rundown of how it works in case you don’t know! The SMP will be divided into weekly, 3-4hr sessions unless delayed otherwise. The SMP is hardcore, but every player will be randomly given 2-6 lives at the start of the game. If they have 4-6 lives, they are dark green and have nothing to worry about! Mostly. If they have 3 lives, they are green and doing just fine and dandy! If they have 2 lives, they’ve got a few things to worry about. Dark Greens, Greens, and Yellows may not attack other players unless in self defense! If a player has 1 life, they are red and hostile, and may attack anyone they please.

There will also be a randomly selected boogeyman each session, in which a random player will be granted the ability to kill anyone without consequence (by game rules). However, on the flip side, if they fail to kill someone they will be punished, and will lose a life. There will also be an enchanting table at spawn, and it will be the only one in the server.

The last player standing is declared the winner.  Form alliances, break them, or do anything in your power to survive and ‘take home’ the crown. Good luck.
