Hello, Steddie Big Bang! Just your friendly neighborhood mods checking in with a few minor housekeeping things:

We're halfway through our summary submission window and already so excited about the projects we're seeing! This is a friendly reminder that you have one week left to submit your summary and officially take part in the bang. Submissions are open until May 17th. If you're experiencing issues of any kind or have any questions about the submissions, reach out to a mod and we'll be happy to help!

To give you a little boost, we'll be hosting some sprints on Saturday, May 10th in the Discord server. If you're participating in the Bang but are not a member of the Discord and would like to join, please reach out to the mod team for an invite. Below, you'll find the round times!

Round 1: 7am - 9am PDT Round 2: 11am - 1pm PDT Round 3: 3pm - 5 pm PDT Round 4: 7pm - 9pm PDT

Hi, can you explain how pinch hitting works? Thanks.

Hi there!

For pinch artists: if an artist drops after claims, the project will be sent to those on our pinch hitters list to claim if they're interested and create art for in the bang.

For pinch authors: if an author drops after an artist has begun working on or completed an art piece, the art will be sent to the list of pinch authors who will then write a fic for that piece at a modified word count.

Hello, Steddie Fandom! Thank you all so much for your interest in the Steddie Bang!

A few friendly reminders:

Authors sign ups will officially close on April 15th! Due to drops, we have a small handful of open slots available, so if you'd like to join, now is the time!

Beta sign ups remain open and will close on May 17th.

Artist sign ups remain open and will close on May 21st! We accept a wide variety of art forms, including but not limited to: digital art, traditional art, banner/headers, playlists with a minimum of ten songs and accompanying cover art, fan videos which must be at least one minute in length, photo set or gifset, podfics, and moodboards. If your art form is not listed here, don't hesitate to ask the mods!

We're very excited for another year of collaboration and creativity!

Steve let the compliment get under his skin way more than it should have. But he couldn't help it, it felt good to not suck at something for once. Even if it was something so...out of his league. Who would have thought he would be so excited to hang out with Dustin Henderson's nerd brigade? Especially when the plan was to play something as inherently dorky as Dungeons and Dragons.
