Hey it's me again. Here's the less colorful sketches of your lovely sapphire. I also did some concept sketches of a fusion between her and one of my Cos. She's a a fancy sapphire, a component of my fancy garnet. If this isn't ok, let me know plz and I'm sorry.

I don't know what possessed me, but I adore your OC Sapphire so I drew a bunch of random sketches, and then some good quality full color stuff of her. Most of the more casual stuff isnon my phone, but it's dead right now, so here's the good stuff first! I hope you like it. I took some liberties because I didn't know her colors or weapons/abilities. I'd love to learn more about her someday!

Ps:please look at on dark mode! You can barely see the cool ice stuff I did otherwise! This took me days lol Mod Rannvá: I just want to say the reason I took days to reply to this is because I was completely blown away and had a hard time figuring out what to say! She’s gorgeous! The trimming on the ballgown is genius, Elsa eat your heart out!

Mod Rannvá: Sorry for a bit fourth wall breaking. A few days ago we got the third ask written in similar manner regarding that if Steven moves in with the gems he’s gonna be traumatized. The various concerns brought up will be dealt with, so Anon, you don’t need to write more. I have read them. I just have a lot of balls to juggle, being unemployed, needing to set up my Patreon, other big projects, and had airway issues for years that I didn’t get a proper medicine for until yesterday. So please don’t send numerous asks regarding the same thing. Now, I’m gonna pack for I’m going away, will probably be home around Sunday evening. I hope you all have a wonderful evening

Steven’s Shield

“Alright. and if I connect this wire here. And that should do it!” Greg reaffixed the side panel to the fryer and picked himself up off the greasy floor of Beach Citywalk Fries, “alright Mac we should be able to light her up now.”

Mac flicks the switch and the fryer bursts into life, “There we go. Thanks Greg, I thought we would have to call someone in again.”

“No problem Mac, you know I would do anything for you.”

“C’mon stop with the flirting and start with the frying, we’ve got a busy day ahead of us.”

“Alright fine,” Greg grabbed his apron from the hook on the door and wrapped it around his waist.

“Wait a minute, it’s surprisingly quiet here, Greg where's Steven?”

“Well since him and peedee have both been doing so well in school I let him head over to the big donut to get himself a treat this morning.”

“Are you sure he’ll be okay by himself?”

“Oh he’ll be fine, it's just up the boardwalk. What the worst that could hap-” but before Greg could finish that sentence they were disturbed by the cry of Steven running in with a mini freezer strapped to his back and tears streaming down his face.

Greg immediately started to check over Steven in a panic, “Steven are you alright? Did you hurt yourself? What’s wrong?”

“C-c-cookie cats have been discontinued.”

“Wait, this is all about an ice cream sandwich?” Mac sighed.

“They were his favourite, c'mon can you help me calm him down?” Greg asked.

Steven was still sobbing as Greg managed to pry the cookie cat mini freezer off his back. At some point peedee walked in to find out why his brother was crying.

“Wait no more cookie cats? Man, they were so good. Dad can’t you see if you can buy any in? You are a food place.”

“Well if the big donut couldn’t get any stock in, I doubt I could get my hands on any. Sorry kids.”

Steven continued to sniffle as Greg hugged him.

Suddenly three figures approached the shop window.

Mac went over to greet them, “Sorry we’ve got a little bit of a family emergency right now, do you mind coming back a little later?”

“Oh we know, that's why we came over,” Garnet said, readjusting her sunglasses, “We came to see Steven.”

“Well, uhh, come on in I guess.”

The gems came into the sorry scene, Greg and Peedee were still trying to cheer Steven up. Greg waved over the three.

Amethyst plopped herself in front of Steven, “Hey stee-man what’s wrong?”

“Cookie cats have been discontinued” Steven sniffled.

“Well it’s a good thing we got these for you!” Pearl interjected motioning towards a giant bag garnet was carrying.

Garnet opened up the bag revealing that was bursting at the seams with cookie cats.

Steven and Peedee’s eyes lit up like stars. Greg eyed them with concern and turned to the gems.

“You guys paid for these right?”

“We did” replied garnet, “eventually”

“What do you mean eventually?” Mac said with concern.

“Well uhh,” pearl nervously replied before Steven started singing.

“Ohhhhhhhhh, he’s a frozen treat with a brand new taste!”

“‘Cause he came to this planet from outer space!” Peedee joined in.

“A refugee of an interstellar war.”

“But now he’s at your local grocery store!”

“Cookie cat!” They sang together

“He’s a pet for your tummy” Steven followed with

“Cookie cat!”

“He’s super duper yummy!” Went Peedee

“Cookie cat!”

“He left his family behind”

“Coooookie caaaaaaat!”

“Now available at Gurgen’s off route 109,” Steven said in a goofy voice.

Everyone burst out into laughter.

“Dads can me and Peedee have one now? please please please,” Steven was practically vibrating with excitement.

Greg looked over to Mac expectantly.

“Well I don’t see why not” Mac replied

“YAY!” The kids shouted in unison.

Steven tore off the wrapper to his and bit straight into his frozen treat which was slightly melted from the summer heat.

“Mmm so good,” he said with his mouth full.

Just as Mac was about to comment about talking with his mouth open he suddenly found his agape, Steven was glowing.

Steven’s gem lit up as he enjoyed the cookie cat, before long a circle started forming from his gem and formed itself into a shield with rose markings on it.

“St-Steven,” Peedee managed to say through his shock.

Steven opened up his eyes “what’s wrong peede-WOAH”

The gems whispered amongst themselves completely shocked by this turn of events. Greg just stared at it, a tear in his eye. Mac could only just make out some of the Gem’s mutterings “that’s Her shield”, “I never expected him to be able to summon a weapon”, “well what now?”

Eventually Mac broke everyone out of their daze by clearing his throat. “Well this is all well and good but maybe now we can work on him putting the shield away? I’ve seen what you three can do,” he motioned towards the gems, “I don’t want something like that happening in my shop.”

“I’ll take him outside and try to find a way to do that,” Greg said, plucking it out of thin air. “Let’s go schtuball.”

As Steven and Greg walked out, Peedee closely followed, excited to find out more of his brother's powers.

Before the gems could leave Mac called out to them, “Hey, thanks for doing that for Steven”

“It was no problem Mac,” replied Garnet. Before the three walked out.

Wow, didn’t expect this to get 100 followers this quick! Have the brothers at a Koala Princess convention. Peedee is mainly interested in all the japanese snacks There has been lots of questions about Ronaldo and how he feels about the situation. They will be answered in due time! I (Mod Rannvá, who’s the one pulling most of the story) have several other projects I’m doing so, the brain is somewhat scattered.

How close are Steven and Peedee to the Gems in this AU? Since there's probably no Gem Temple beach house in this AU since Steven doesn't live with the Gems, how often does he even see the Gems here? Does it effect his progression of learning how to control his Gem Powers? Sorry for the rapid-fire questions here. Love your AU, its very cute and wholesome!

There will be a beach house, but it hasn’t been built yet! And Mac, never been involved with the gems, is having A Concern Part 2/3 regarding the questions of if Steven is gonna go to school, or live with the gems
