been gone for a while, but science then I’ve gone from a size 10 to a 4 uk. Which is the equivalent of a us size 0

My maintaining weight is now 10st 13 lbs (please bear in mind I am nearly 6ft tall) I should get to 10st 8lbs by the end of January

I just got on the scale and iv lost another pound I’m now a clean 11 stone

Food no longer brings me any joy, I don’t know what brings me joy

I hadn’t lost anything for a while but then over night 4 pounds gone. I’m off to reward myself with a black coffee and about 5 cigarettes

Ana Tip

Soup is a great meal especially if you have some low calorie bread to go with it.

A hole box or tin is normally less than 250 calories there are so many varieties and it has a high volume in the stomach so it’s very filling
