I designed Ignacio's (my pkm oc) older version first, which, if you can see the only thing they have in common is the eyebrows LOL (you could argue the skin color too, but like he's just mexican coded to me so that's what I had in mind)

Also, his profession - I just like blacksmiths... my favorite type is fire, I like characters who work manually I think it's great

His personality is super different from Matt as well

I will say, I didn't mean for Ignacio to be similar to Matt in design when he's younger, I think it was just a very unfortunate coincidence 😭

I have this gag with this character that whenever his hair is down he gets super grumpy and his personality does a 180 (so like super cheerful n nice to an asshole LOL)

So when I was developing his character, I thought, "Hey, let me make this More than a gag... what if the reason he hates it is because it reminds him of his younger self, which was ALSO an asshole" and I tried designing other hairstyles for when he was a kid but none of them fit, and the only thing that made sense to me was the unfortunate bowlcut

So like, I did make this oc when I was in my gustholomule era but I didn't intend for him to be based off Matt. I think I might've subconsciously done it idk 😭 my hyperfixation was super bad I wouldn't be surprised LOL

The other character doesn't belong to me. He belongs to my partner Venciel LMAO. go ask them if Saahil was based off Gus it'd be funny
