Push press : I have moved from bench press to push press for the past few weeks, today's workout - 65 kgs * 4 a couple of tips from my learnings so far : 1. Keep the elbows, wrists, and shoulders in one line to build a solid base. 2. Keep your butt tight to transfer maximum power from the lower body to the upper body. 3. Practice exploding; there is a small difference between push press and push jerk. Push jerk helps in building explosive strength however some that can be incorporated in push press as well The goal is to move more weight as compared to the regular overhead press.
