UPDATE ON LIFE

So I'm writing this pretty late because I'm currently adjusting my sleep schedule for my new work schedule.

Yes. WORK SCHEDUALE. I finally got a full time job. A really GREAT full time job too!

$18 an hr, full benefits, working as a Live-Chat specialist! I'm week one into my training but from what I've seen so far, I'm gonna like here and I ain't going NO WHERE!

I'm still living with my God Mother BUT thank to this job, I'll be able to save up a FUCK TON of money!! The 1st step has finally been complete!!

Step 2: Get a drivers license (ugh, I miss NYC) then get a use car (I REFUSE to have a car payment)

Step 3: Save up even more money..

Step 4:......

Step 5: PROFIT!

I am so happy I found this job, it's such a relief. A shame it happened AFTER all the BULLSHIT happened to me but it is what it is I guess. My long term goal right now is to definately try to move back to the North East; nothing against Virginia but I want to be somewhere cold and...living near civilization lol.

Also, I'm probably gonna start drawing again too so...keep a look for me!

So...TL;DR:

Welp. Me and my mother are getting evicted by friday. All because I couldn't find a full-time job. Did everything I was told to do.

Went to college. I burnt out from depression

Tried taking a temperory minumum wage cleaning job just until I could find something better. Didn't last a month because I threw out my back.

Tried to snap out of depression like my mom and cousins and aunt told me to. Didn't work only got worse.

I've always thought " things might get better!" But they don't. They don't. I might wind up homeless soon. Not sure but I should've seen this coming. I should've learned a long time ago not to expect anything good in life. Good things don't happen to certain people.

Some people are just meant to shrivel up and die. Gonna try and pack up as much stuff as possible but it probably won't matter. So, all my art projects are on hold indefinitely. The only reason I don't kill myself is that I'm too scared of the void. Although if reincarnation exists maybe the next life will be better.

I probably won't be online for a long while. Not sure yet.

Their fathers were Zooman volunteers, yes. Which Zoomans they were eh...a little bit of a spoilers so I'll leave people guessing.

Well Vivi's favorite "Diamond Boy" is obviously Steven! She loves sitting on his shoulders cause it makes her feel tall, he makes the BEST breakfast and he gives the best hugs! ^w^

After going through whats in this au so far, I’ve had one question in the back of my my mind. Who is older, is it ViVi, or is it the diamond boys, and how much older would whoever be?

Within the story line, the boys will be older. I'm currently sketching up pages so I can resume the story but Vivi will be younger than the boys.

Hi I hate asking obvious questions, but I just found this and am curious, what is this, and is there any character sheets/context we might want? The first few pages look darling, and I hope more come soon! (Just don’t push yourself to much)

There are a few design sheets I've done for the main characters, mainly Steven and the Diamond Sons, Ivory, Azure and Gold, along with Steven's daughter. If you're asking about the summary of what the comic is about, without giving away too many spoilers:

Era 4 is the story of well, ERA 4. It's a time in human and gem history where, to put it simply, Steven is no longer as "unique" as he's always been. The Diamond's have decided, due to a variety of reasons, that they wanted Half-Human sons as well. However, Steven, the Diamond sons and Steven's daughter, Vivi, will all be going through different Gem related issues and situation where they have to deal the repercussions of decisions made by both the Diamond's and Steven.
