2 months ago I restarted my journey. I was setting the treadmill to 5.0 and running 20 mins out of 30. Today I set it at 5.2 and ran a full 30 minutes. I started barbell squats with just the bar today I’ve worked up to adding 20lbs to that. My weight hasn’t changed much but I feel my clothes fit better. But most of all it’s how I view myself and handle my stress. The gains on the inside are sometimes greater than the ones on the outside.
