It’s a good book for a cat owner or any book lover. It’s a humorous read about a married couple Julie and Darryl who think their cats named Oliver and Wendell are plotting to kill them. Ingredients

* 1 cup butter

* 3 cups sugar

* 6 large eggs (room temperature)

* 8 ounces sour cream (room temperature)

* 1/2 teaspoon salt

* 1 teaspoon baking powder

* 3 cups all purpose flour

* 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Instructions

* Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.


* Coat a 10-inch tube pan or bundt pan with spray oil. 


* In a bowl mix the butter and sugar until fluffy. Don’t forget to scrape the sides. Mix well. 


* Add eggs one at a time to mix and combined everything together well.

* Stir more like flip in sour cream (by hand.)

* Mix dry ingredients: flour, salt, and baking powder in a separate bowl then add to batter a cup at a time until mixture is well combined .

* Mix in vanilla.

* Pour batter into pan.

* Bake 325°f for 80 to 85 minutes.

* Let it cool and serve!

I made a glazed to put on too. ( That’s optional. )

Here is a Sour Cream Banana Bread Recipe from Shugary Sweets

Ingredients 
1 cup unsalted butter softened

2 cups granulated sugar
4 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 ripe mashed bananas
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup sour cream

Instructions 

* Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray two 9-inch loaf pans with baking spray.

* In a large mixing bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add in eggs and vanilla and beat until mixed well.

* Add in bananas and mixed until combined. Then add the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Stir till everything is mixed together. Fold in the sour cream until blended.

* Pour mix into sprayed loaf pans evenly.

* Bake for one hour, remove and let cool.

* Enjoy! 😋

Chickpea Tikka Masala and Madras Lentils are tasty. I enjoyed the bold flavors very much. Chickpea Tikka Masala has carrot and corn with a creamy tomato sauce. It’s a good mix. Madras Lentils is made with lentils, red beans, and spices mixed in a tomato sauce. My favorite is Madras Lentils but both flavors are great. I enjoyed the hearty dishes with Basmati Rice. You can also have it with naan or roti. The rice and chickpeas are easy to make by microwaving them or heat on stove top. It’s ready quickly in just minutes. I like that the products are made with organic ingredients and free from Artificial Ingredients, Vegetarian, Kosher, Gluten-Free, Non-GMO.

Thanks to @bzzagent for sending me this IMUSA pot to try out. I used a 9Qt Blk Stone Caldero from IMUSA to cook Chinese rice for my family. The pot warmed up well (I used medium/low heat). No food stuck to the bottom of the pan. I like the stone exterior look. A benefits of owning this product is the size. It’s wide enough to cook large portions of food at a time. I would use a pot holders for the heat of the handles as it gets warm with time. The pot has a nice color and the tempered glass lid gives it a fancy look. It’s great to show off for a party or get together when you have to cook large portions. I used a wooden spoon for stirring so I do not scratch the pot. It’s easy to clean just hand wash the pot and dry it completely after. I would buy another product from IMUSA. I would also recommend this pot to others. Check it out!

I’m loving Alec’s ice cream chocolate chocolate chip ice cream. I like it’s made with A2 milk which it’s the only milk my son can have and it won’t upset his stomach. It’s a safe ice cream for him with no worries of breakouts. The ice cream is so tasty. I’m a fan! The chocolate is rich and creamy in flavor. It was hard not to eat it all in one sitting. I would definitely buy it again. I recommend it to others.

I got to try Bonne Maman Fruit Spread and I’m loving it. I tried the strawberry spread on my toast and on my peanut butter & jelly sandwich. I liked the rich fruity flavor. I just picked up OREO Frozen Dairy Dessert Scoopable Tub & OREO Frozen Dairy Dessert Bars using Walmart Pickup. The Oreo tub was tasty and filling with Oreo bites. The ice cream is creamy. I loved the Oreo bites mixed in it. The Oreo bars is dipped in a delicious coating made from crushed OREO cookie wafer pieces. As for using Walmart pickup, it was easy to use. I just add all the groceries to the cart, pick a time & date + pay the order. Walmart will send a notification when groceries are ready, the day of pickup. The bars are dipped in a coating made from crushed OREO cookie wafer pieces. The outer shell is the best part, Oreo mixed with a chocolate shell. So good! I enjoying having this treat and I would recommend it to others.

Peach dessert

Here’s a Easy Crock Pot Peach Cobbler recipe. This slow cooker peach cobbler is filled with peaches. It’s very simple and so delicious!

Ingredients:

1 tbsp cornstarch 

1/4 brown sugar

2 15 oz cans of sliced peaches in heavy syrup (drain one can) *USE ONE can of syrup for recipe 

1 box cake mix

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter

Instructions

Empty one can of peaches with the syrup into a slow cooker. Drain the other can. 

Mix cornstarch and brown sugar into the peaches and mix together. 

Top with the cake mix. 

Sprinkle cinnamon on top of cake mix. 

Cut up the butter and put on the top of the cake mix.

Cook on high for 2-3 hours or until the cake is done.

Allow to cool and serve. It goes great with vanilla ice cream too.

I was so thrilled to hear that I had to review a2milk. I’m very glad to say I’ve been buying this brand of milk for my son that has milk allergies for several years now. He can finally drink milk without having an allergic reaction. He likes to have cereal with milk or a cup of milk with cookies.
