So I 110% hate this drawing but I’m trying to clean out my drafts (cause there’s 145 of them) so I’m just gonna post it. Apparently I drew this a year ago according to my old watermark.
The original idea was a sort of mafia/gang au Sukuna about to beat some guy with a sledgehammer cause they touched his woman and the caption was “I told you not to touch her” ✨ (so original 🤡)
Anyway, enjoy this pile of 💩

Only Love Can Hurt Like This, Chapter 5 (CEO! Sukuna x Fem! Reader, MDNI)
⬇️PLEASE READ BEFORE STARTING THE STORY! ⬇️
Modern age AU, no curses. Sukuna still has his tattoos, but his face ones are carefully hidden. This story is set in Japan, and I've done my best to impliment real life into it. For example, tattoos in Japan are still taboo, and people associate them with the yakuza, so its not normal to see everyday people have them. Though I know I won't have all the details of modern day life in Japan correct, I hope you still enjoy.
Pairings: CEO Sukuna x Fem Reader Content/Trigger Warnings: This story has a lot of abuse in it. Reader is in an abusive relationship with her fiance, Toji. There are several moments in the story that highlight this, including, but not limited to, acts of violence and aggression towards reader, including name calling, shoving, punching, sexual assault, being manipulated, unwanted bondage and containment, food denial, being drugged etc. Reader is thin, not allowed to eat a lot per Toji's rules in regards to her weight. If she feels like she is gaining weight, she will make herself throw up after meals. Reader also struggles through depression though often hides it through masking, however there are ocassional thoughts of suicide when some scenarios are too extreme to cope with. She's scared to leave, assumes she could never get away, so just deals with it all as she doesn't know what else to do.

By now, all you needed to do was get back to Sukuna's penthouse. It was a decent walk, but you could make it back before the two-hour mark if you hustled. The money in the envelope kept you on edge, though. You wouldn't actually do anything with it, but the nagging voice lingered in the back of your mind. You could run off with it, maybe get farther away than ever before. You could get away from Toji... Start a life that you wanted. But, you knew better. If three loan sharks dared not come near Sukuna, even though they wanted to beat the shit out of you, you weren't going to piss someone like him off. He seemed like a successful businessman, and since he had that exclusive office, he was undoubtedly in charge of something. If not everything. You thought Yakuza at first, but he didn't act like someone in that role. Nor did he have visible tattoos that they usually displayed with pride. And they didn't have successful, legal businesses. Or, did they..?
You didn't know much about underground crime and preferred to keep it that way. You knew Toji engaged in some illegal betting and occasionally dabbled in other illicit activities whenever possible. Some actual Yakuza members came looking for him a few times, and luckily, they had no interest in you. But they scared the shit out of you. Toji has also disappeared for a few days while cops have come looking for him, and other times he's come home with apparent wounds from getting into street fights. You tried to find out what he was doing a few times in the past and nearly got yourself involved in unfortunate situations that Toji, surprisingly, got you safely out of. He told you to 'mind your fucking business' when you worried over him, so you've learned to do just that. It just seemed wise to stay away from whatever it was that he did. The less you knew, the better. You were good at keeping to yourself. Too bad that also meant you were good at not noticing your surroundings. Even when a blacked-out bag was thrown over your head, it still took a few moments to realize what had just happened. And by the time you tried to scream out in shock, a large hand was already pressed firmly over your mouth.
"You really thought we wouldn't come back for you?" a familiar voice growled as you felt your squirming body being forcibly pulled. "This doesn't just disappear," another person, also holding you, snapped. You were dropped onto the unforgiving concrete, which was hard on your knees. "Last chance, bitch. We need some of the money you owe, now." The bag was pulled off your head, and you let out a nervous breath, glancing between the three loan sharks you saw earlier this morning. "I don't have it yet! Please, I'm getting a new job, and I'll have the money soon! That's why I'm out here!" you pleaded, a mixture of fear and anger in your voice, though you knew it didn't matter to them.
Use the money in the envelope! Give them the credit card! No, you can't. It wasn't yours; you were trusted with this! You don't even know this guy, use it to save your ass! And put yourself in more trouble later? Hell no!
Two of the men grabbed onto you, one stretching out your arm and holding your hand out in front of you. No matter how much you struggled, it was all for nothing. "You're three months in the negative right now. So I'll take a finger for each month." The man who wasn't holding you said, pulling out a cigar cutter. The color drained from your face as he opened it and grabbed one of your fingers. "You want them all off one hand, or divided up?" He laughed as you screamed and tried to thrash against the two other men holding you. "W-wait! F-for fucks sake, please!" You sobbed, feeling the cutter come around your index finger. You clutched the envelope tightly with your other hand, wrinkling it with your grip of despair.
Use the money! "I can't..."
"You knew the fucking penalty, you dumb bitch. Be lucky that this is all we're doing to you." One of the men holding you grumbled.      "Next, we might take a whole hand, or even your tongue." You screamed for help as loudly as possible, using every ounce of strength to try to pull your hand away. Honestly, you weren't sure what the plan was if you were able to pull your hand away. They would just pull it back out. Prolonging the inevitable is all you might be able to manage. Ever since you ran from them this morning, all you were doing was prolonging what they were going to do to you. A hand clasped over your mouth to silence you, and the blades of the cutter started to slice into your skin, a little line of blood forming where it began. You squeezed your eyes shut and cried out past the hand that was trying to keep you quiet, trying to prepare for this mentally.
"Well, isn't this interesting?" A familiar voice made you instantly open your eyes, and the three loan sharks all looked up at the voice as well. "Fuckkk." The guy who was about to cut your finger off mumbled under his breath, immediately releasing you and stepping back. The other two shoved you forward and away from them as they also retreated. You stumbled forward onto your hands and knees, panting from the anxiety and adrenaline while looking up at Sukuna with tears in your eyes. "Look," one guy started, putting his hands up in a submissive manner to Sukuna while bowing his head. "We can exp-" "This is twice." Sukuna said, easily silencing the guy who tried to speak out while stepping forward and reaching a hand down to you. As he moved forward, the three loan sharks stepped back. You quickly took his hand, your body trembling as you got up from the ground, staring at him in disbelief.
Were you safe now?
"This isn't your territory," he continued to them, glancing you over as he spoke. Another man walked up next to Sukuna, and you recognized him as the man from earlier this morning, the one you had seen emerge from the crowd during the coffee accident. "Saw them trailing her after she left Hikari's place, so I knew it was best to contact you when I did." "Is he so stupid to think they'd go unnoticed?" Sukuna asked rhetorically, turning you away to leave with him. "Wait!" one of the loan sharks yelled, quickly dropping to his hands and knees behind the two of you. "Please, let me apologize. I don't think he knew it was a problem; it won't happen again." "Oh, I know it won't," was all Sukuna replied, not bothering to look back while leading you out of the alley. You kept your eyes forward, clutching your purse and that envelope tightly, as if your life depended on it. The other man followed behind the two of you and it wasn't a surprise to hear the loan sharks run off as quick as possible in the opposite direction.
"You okay?" Sukuna asked, finally stopping with you a little way down the sidewalk from the alleyway. All you could do was nod, still trembling from nearly having your fingers cut off and whatever else just happened. Honestly, the adrenaline made you want to cry, overwhelmed by everything, but crying wouldn't help. As you drifted into thought, Sukuna's hand gently caught your chin, pulling your focus back to him. Your eyes met his as you tried to understand what was happening. Being rescued from disaster wasn't something you were used to these days. "How... how did you know where I was? Did you follow me?" You asked, not sure if you liked that notion or not. But, he chuckled softly, his thumb brushing beneath your bottom lip before pulling back. "I didn't follow you." He said, glancing over to the other man. Before you could demand elaboration, he lifted his hand to stop you. "No, not because I didn't trust you." "Then, why?"
"Because trash like that lurks around, and if you're carrying important things for me, it could be a problem. You might have business with them, but they aren't to interfere in my business." he explained, gesturing towards the alley. "But, how will you keep them away? I thought loan sharks could do whatever they want." You wondered aloud as Sukuna started to walk. "Everyone has rules." He said while gesturing for you to follow. You kept close, clutching your finger that was almost cut off while glancing up to him as he walked. He didn't seem nervous at all, nor was he irritated about the situation. Should you be nervous, though? This one man made three loan sharks nearly piss themselves when he arrived, and they practically begged for mercy after being in this territory. Territory? What did that even mean? What the hell were you getting yourself into?

"Oh, that man wanted you to call him after I gave this back to you." You said while setting the little box down onto the dining table back in Sukuna's penthouse. "And, here is the envelope and credit card back." Your eyes lingered on the envelope as you piled everything neatly for him to take. Obviously, you weren't supposed to know it was full of money. Was it bad that you knew? It wasn't like you were trying to see what its contents were; it was an accident. He said to mind your business, but the money fell out without you intending for that to happen. You felt anxiety creep through your body, and you wondered if you should tell him? Did it matter? What if he asks? Could you lie? As he started to pick up the items, you swallowed hard in worry. "I accidentally saw what was inside the envelope." You blurted out, bending at the hip in a bow of apology. "It wasn't my intention, when I picked it up it fell out, and I had to put it back in, but I didn't take any, I swear.”
"I know." He confidently said, taking out his wallet to put his credit card back. "And I know you did the correct tier at the cleaners, so don't stress if you thought you did it wrong. Normally, I do get same-day cleaning, but I wanted to see what you would do. Follow my list, or listen to what someone else is saying." He said, now looking into the small wooden box. A slight smirk crossed his face, and he closed it before putting it into his pocket.
You looked to him, realizing you were being tested while running these errands. But for what?
"Is there anything else you needed me to do for you?"
"What type of job is it you're looking for?" He ignored your question, asking his own. "Anything, honestly. I currently just do errand work, like get my boss coffee, take his mail back and forth." Your gaze fell to the ground. "I know I can't expect much, cause I don't have a degree, but I'm willing to do whatever I can for more money." You quickly looked back up to him, holding your arms as you suddenly felt uncomfortable. "Anything appropriate, I mean. I'm not trying to-" "I know, pretty thing. I know." He stopped you before you could let it take over your mind. He rubbed his chin briefly before seeming to ponder an idea. "Why not keep doing some errand work for me then?" Errand work, for him? "I...I need consistent work." "I'd keep you busy, no need to worry about that." He said casually as he opened the envelope. You swallowed hard when you saw him pull out several large bills and count them. "How's 150,000¥ sound?" "For what?" "Weekly pay." He said, gently tossing the amount onto the table before you. You stared at the money, honestly afraid to touch it. You've not had that much money at one time in years. You've been lucky to scrape up around 100,000¥ for an entire month. "What's...the catch?" You couldn't help but blurt it out, though you didn't mean to come off as insulting. There had to be a catch, though. Why would he pay so much just to run errands? He chuckled and resealed the envelope, leaving the money in front of you. "No catch. I just need someone to take care of the small things for me and hopefully someone I can trust." "But, we've only known each other for a few hours. Not that I would ever steal, but-." "And I know you won't. You saw what was in the envelope. You had my credit card. You had all the ability to give it over to those loan sharks to spare yourself, but you didn't. Even under pressure you have loyalty.” Probably from Tojis constant abuse. "And you won't be bothered by them again. Nor the two that stopped you when you dropped off that box." "How did you...?" "I know a lot of what goes on. Word comes back to me quickly." He nonchalantly said through a smirk, looking to you while still awaiting your answer to his proposal. You glanced back down at the money, softly touching it with your fingertips. Was it legal money? 150,000¥ a week? What else did he expect of you? There had to be something else. Nobody was generous for free. Even Toji would be kind and gentle, so long as you acted like an obedient dog. Was this guy someone you should be scared of? You didn't need to get involved in something that could put you in danger just cause you were desperate for money. "How late are you here in the city?" He asked, seeing your contemplation. "Till tomorrow evening, I could only afford a hotel for one night." You mumbled, pulling your hands back from the money. "How about I take you out tonight? Let me take you to dinner, and I can discuss more about what I'd expect, then make a decision by tomorrow." He suggested, making your eyes flash up to his in surprise. "To dinner?" You almost laughed at the idea. Toji would beat you within an inch of your life if he ever found out some guy took you to dinner. "Oh, no, I couldn't, I'm engaged." "And? Is he here?" "No, but, I just shouldn't." "Why?" Why? Why shouldn't you let this really hot and rich guy take you to dinner? Because it would show you just how much you hated your actual life. You tried to avoid doing anything that could remind you of just how bad everything was at home. If Toji's abuse and neglect were all you knew, it was easier to accept it. You fumbled your hands together, unsure what to do. "It wouldn't be proper of me to go out to dinner with a man I've just met." You whispered more to yourself than to him. "When's the last time you got treated to a good time, sweetheart?" He asked with all seriousness. Like most things, years ago.

Thursday, 1:30 PM
Sukuna took you back to your hotel saying he had some business to take care of, and told you to be ready by 5:30 for him to pick you up, despite you never having officially agreed to work with him. Strangely, you weren't upset at the thought of it. Just be ready, and he'll come pick you up and take you to dinner. That's all it was, right? He didn't seem to be holding certain expectations over your head. He was really hot, and you could only imagine how big a playboy he was just by the small interactions you've had with him. But, he didn't seem like he was planning to force you to sleep with him. That just wasn't the vibe you were getting at all. Standing in front of the mirror, fresh out of the shower, you looked over the markings that covered your body. Deep purple and fading yellow bruises lined your upper arms and collar bone, small blotches of purple and red were under your eyes and chin, and a few dark bluish fingerprints were at the base of your neck and under your jawline. Your gaze fell to each of them slowly, trying to forget they were there. It was only 1:30, but the amount of time it took to cover the visible bruises was daunting. Concealers and color correctors were your best friends. You went through them quickly, and you hated how much you had to spend on specialty makeup to hide your abuse, but what else could you do? Luckily, those little bottles and tubes of product could keep your face looking fresh and vibrant, making it nearly impossible to see any flaws. Normally, you'd only worry about covering up the obvious marks that were seen when you were fully dressed, but you caught yourself working on the ones that no one would typically see. You put a hand over your mouth and looked at yourself in the mirror in shame. Were you planning on him seeing you without clothes? No, no, that's obviously not going to happen. You knew he wasn't going to force you, but what if he suggested? Would you allow yourself to indulge? No. Absolutely not. Last time you carelessly slept with a guy, you got trapped in an abusive relationship that you weren't ever going to escape. Toji had been charming and took an interest in you; he was hot and dominant, and look where that got you. Putting on layers and layers of concealer and color corrector to cover your bruises from where he has grabbed you, punched you, hit you with objects, or held you too harshly. But, before Toji ruined your life, you enjoyed the idea of having fun. Being a little flirtatious and girly for the innocent attention of some guy made your heart flutter. You had imagined having a few boyfriends before actually settling down with anyone. You never got to see what the dating life was like. You wanted to be courted, taken out to dinner, given flowers, asked to a movie, given gentle forehead kisses after a date, hugged, and just...treated properly.
Tumblr media
"What the fuck, Sukuna? What did you do with them?" Hikari barked through the phone. He had received a distress call from three of his loan sharks not too long ago, but when he tried to contact them back and send someone out to search for them, they never answered and were never found. "You sound surprised." Sukuna calmly replied, watching two of his comrades on the abandoned bridge over the river as they were finishing their job. "I thought we had some basic exceptions between us." "Exceptions? Who do you think I am?" He chuckled, nodding to his comrades to continue their job. They finished wrapping a chain around a cinderblock and heaved it over the edge of the bridge. As it plummeted down to the river below, the mass chained to the other end squirmed and tried to scream through their gag in a panic. The weight of the block jerked them from the bridge and dragged them down beneath the surface to the dark depths below. "We've worked with each other for years, and the first time three of my loan sharks come into your area, you have a problem." "It was the second time. I ignored the first, as an act of grace." "Oh, come on. They were three of my best. I didn't know that bitch you sent over here was the one they were after til after I looked up her file." Sukuna didn't respond, signaling he was done with the conversation. "Where are they?" Hikari grumbled, slapping his hand onto his desk. "At least answer me that." "Where I dump the trash."

Thursday, 5:30 PM
Walking outside the hotel at 5:30 PM to the pickup area, Sukuna was leaning against his car with a hand in his pocket, waiting for you. And he looked...gorgeous. He was impeccably well-groomed, and the dark suit he wore fit him perfectly. You thought he looked nice earlier, but in this fresh, tailored suit for a night out, he looked completely irresistible. Feeling your eyes start to fall from his face to his chest, you quickly averted your gaze entirely to the ground. Realizing you were basically gawking at him and it made you feel insecure. "Well, good evening, pretty thing." He grinned at you as you approached, and you bit your lip while holding onto the hem of the skirt from one of the other outfits he had gotten for you.
He gently took hold of your chin with his index finger and thumb, lifting your head, and your breath seized in your throat at his firm touch. "Come on, don't be shy and don't hide that pretty face by looking down."
Looking at his gorgeous face and into his alluring eyes as he gave you a comforting smile, you felt your heart flutter and your throat burn with the sudden urge to cry. This was an awful idea; you knew you shouldn't have agreed to this. No one made your heart beat like this before. You thought when you first met Toji that you were drawn to him and infatuated, but it wasn't anything like this.
Letting go of your face gently, he turned as your door was opened by the driver. Sukuna held your hand so you could sit down in the seat comfortably, and you looked around for a moment nervously after he shut the door. This was an awful temptation you've allowed yourself to get into...
Sitting patiently and quietly in your seat, too nervous to even look at him after he got in, something came to your thigh, and it made your entire body tense in an instant. One of those large hands had settled above your knee, the cold metal from various rings he had on, and the brush of his thumb against your skin made you tremble. Such a firm hold...and it flushed warmth throughout your body, already getting weak from just the touch.
This was bad. Very, very bad. You should have told him to remove his hand, should have told him that it was inappropriate, should have reminded him that you have a fiancé.
But you didn't, couldn't. It felt, exhilarating. You wanted it there. When you looked at him, a cocky smirk adorned his face, as if he knew exactly what you needed or had been missing. It was almost a rush of life you'd long forgotten.
"Are you going to be a bad influence, Mr. Itadori?" You couldn't help but ask through a bashful grin. He chuckled in response, squeezing your thigh again. "Only if you want me to be, pretty thing."

Reposting because I FINALLY HAVE THE NEXT CHAPTER WRITTEN!!
I just like to reread things like 5 times over before I post cause when I don’t I have major editing mistakes and it drives me insaaaaane.
But it’s done!! I’ll have it posted tomorrow!!
╰(*´︶`*)╯♡
Only Love Can Hurt Like This, Chapter 4 (CEO! Sukuna x Fem! Reader, MDNI)
⭐This is a redo of my story, Shameful Attraction. I've rewritten it as I originally wanted so long ago. I was trying to write it to appease people, and once I let go of that and just started to enjoy the story for itself, the flow became a lot better. For those who read it before, there are major changes you'll notice. For those who haven't read it at all before, I hope you enjoy. <3⭐

I hope you enjoy! <3

You hadn't felt so full with food in a long time, and you held a hand to your stomach in almost disbelief while standing near the elevator to leave. You could almost feel a little bump as if your stomach was inflated. A little bump... You couldn't deny that you often thought of it. Thought of how you stupidly got pregnant while you were a young teenager. Remembered you were more or less a mom, even if only for a few months. Even if it was only to the small bump within you. A piece of you shamefully remained grateful that your baby was never born. At that time, you thought Toji was the love of your life and protector, so having a baby, even completely unexpectedly, felt promising. But, after Toji showed you who he was, you didn't want to imagine what he might have done to a child, your child, since he hurts you so easily. You didn't want to admit you were happy they didn't make it, but you were relieved to know they didn't have to be brought into this abusive relationship. As an adult, you couldn't defend yourself or get away, so a child would have it even worse.
You glanced up at Sukuna as he walked over to you by the elevator, and you weren't sure if this man knew how much he had helped you this morning, or if he even cared. You felt a sense of normalcy for once in years. You were treated as a human being. You watched him with a sense of desperation, a gratitude that you didn't know was even possible from within you anymore. As you stood in a new outfit and a new pair of heels, you strangely felt okay with living. Some days, you fantasized about getting away from it all, just ending your misery. But for the first time in years, you felt happy to be alive. Almost grateful even.
"Here, follow this list exactly. You'll be dropping off two things and picking up two things." Sukuna said as you rode the elevator down with him to the lobby. The dry cleaners were first on the list, and you had the clothes in a fancy little bag to carry. "Drop this off while you pick up the other package, at this location, then you'll stop by my office to pick up an envelope, and I trust you know how to mind your business." You nodded in understanding as he handed you a tiny wooden box while you looked over where you'd need to go on the list. There were addresses, but you'd have to look them up on your phone. You had no idea where any of these places were.
"Do you have a specific time for me to be back by?" You asked curiously as the two of you walked across the lobby. He rubbed his chin for a moment in thought before replying. "A couple of hours should be sufficient." "Of course, no problem." You said quickly before stepping out to the street with Sukuna. "Here, use this for paying at the dry cleaners," he said while handing a credit card to you. Hesitantly, you took the card from him, examining it with concern. "Sir, you don't worry, I'd do something with it?" He chuckled while putting a hand into his pocket. "You and I both know you're too smart for that, sweetheart." Honestly, he wasn't lying. You didn't want to get into more trouble with someone and their money.
You immediately started towards the dry cleaners, relieved it wasn't too far away. You were given roughly a two-hour timeline, but you wanted to get it done sooner. You wanted to impress him, and to also get this over with. Sukuna stood on the sidewalk for a moment while watching you hurry towards your first destination. He cleared his throat, then motioned with his chin in your direction, and a man who was on a bench nearby quickly rose and followed after you.
Tumblr media
"I'm dropping this off for Mr. Itadori." You said while handing the clothing bag over the counter at the dry cleaners. The note said to get the bronze tier and what the price was. "Alright, the diamond tier takes less than a day, you can pick it up by the time we close." The clerk said while taking the bag and setting it down on a shorter counter behind him. "Oh, no, the bronze tier, please." You corrected while getting out the credit card you had put safely in your purse. "No, Mr. Itadori always gets the diamond tier; he has his clothes dropped off here often." He replied, starting to fill out the order ticket. "I've not seen you drop off before, but it's okay, I'm aware of his demands." "Sir, he told me and wrote on this list to get the bronze tier, so that's what I'm asking for." You pressed, pulling the note back out to make sure you indeed read it correctly. "Then it was written wrong, or you misheard. The bronze tier takes 3 days, trust me, he isn't the kind to wait 3 days for a clean." The clerk grumbled, annoyed that he had to stop filling out the ticket to argue with you. Was it written wrong? You re-read it several times. Very specifically, it said what dry cleaners to go to, what tier to get, and how much it would cost. "Can you please just do the bronze tier?" You pleaded, not wanting to mess this up despite feeling nervous that you already were. The clerk rolled his eyes and crumpled up the current ticket he was filling out. "You know what? Fine. Its your ass, not mine." You swallowed hard while handing over the credit card to pay for the correct tier, hopefully. "It's 3 days then. Good luck." He said after handing the card and ticket receipt to you.
You groaned heavily while walking to the next location on the list, already not feeling good about this errand run. The list said bronze tier, so that's what you did. He couldn't hold you at fault if it was normally diamond, right? If he wrote it wrong, it was his fault. Hopefully...
Looking up from your phone before you walked down an alleyway, you weren't sure if this address was right or not. You had to pick something up and drop something off at this location, but it seemed weird to have to go down this type of path to get there. It seemed sketchy as fuck, you weren't going to lie. But you had to do this. Sighing, you quickly walked down the alleyway, eventually walking past a few random guys leaning against the walls next to the back doors of small shops. You tried to keep your head up and not feel worried as some of the men kept lingering eyes on you as you passed them. "You lost?" One man asked, holding out an arm to block your path. The man next to him spat on the ground before your feet, watching you carefully. You stopped and pursed your lips, trying not to make eye contact with them. "No, I'm not." You said with as much confidence as you could, holding up the piece of paper with your instructions on it. "I'm running an errand, and I'm on a timeline, please let me pass." The man blocking your path chuckled lightly while looking down to the end, where you were headed. "You sure? Not many women come down here willingly. Look around, babe, this isn't the place for skirts and heels, unless you plan on them being removed from you." He smirked while the other guy blew a kiss to you.
You finally looked at them, a fleck of worry in your eyes. But you didn't believe that Sukuna sent you down here just to get attacked. If your list mentioned you were also picking up something from this location, that would mean whoever was there would have to know Sukuna. Maybe these guys did as well? It was worth a shot. "I'm out here for Mr. Itadori, please let me pass."
The name barely left your mouth before the man blocking your path pulled his hand back. "Shit, my apologies." He quietly said, now gesturing for you to carry on. Your chest rose a little in confidence, and you quickly moved past them, doing your best to ignore the whispers from those who were close enough to hear the conversation you just had. Exactly who was Sukuna, anyway?
Tumblr media
"I must say, it's not usual for Sukuna to send a whore out to do his work." The man grumbled at his desk after you handed over the little wooden box. He had examined the contents inside it with a sour face before shutting it aggressively and setting it aside. "I'm not a, a whore." You mumbled quietly, not wanting to look up at him. This whole place made you feel small and unsafe, yet no one had said anything cross to you since the man outside who had tried to stop you. "I just have to run some errands for him, cause I ruined his suit this morning with coffee. I ran into him, it was an accident."
The man chuckled while leaning back in his chair before propping his feet up onto the desk he was at. "That's all he's having you do? Just some errands? I hardly believe that. You might as well prepare to take it any way he wants before this day is over. You don't just casually run into a man like Sukuna and get off with just running some errands for him. I've seen him-"
You put your hands up quickly to stop him, shaking your head. "It's not my business. Please, I only need the package in return, and I'll be on my way."
He smirked and shrugged before pulling something from the drawer in his desk. "Very well. Tell him to call me when you get this back to him." You received another small box and quickly bowed in respect before turning to leave. He tilted his head to watch your stride as you left, humoring himself with your figure. "Dumb woman has no idea what she got herself into."
You tried not to let your breathing expose your fear as you walked back down the alleyway, repassing the several men on your way in. None of them talked to you this time, but they certainly didn't keep their eyes off of you, talking amongst themselves. It's not your business, it's nothing you wanted to even know about. You did a great job of minding your business about what Toji did when he was away from home, and you'd do the same in this situation.
"You might as well prepare to take it any way he wants before this day is over."
No...you confidently felt like you didn't have to worry about that. You already tried to give yourself to him, and not only did he reject your offer, but he also redressed you. You shuddered while remembering the feeling of his large hands brushing against your skin, gently putting your clothes back on. He didn't stare at you for long, or even try to touch you in some heinous way. If anything, it felt like you were given some autonomy over your body for the first time in years. Meanwhile, Toji held you down the other night when he was drunk and took what he wanted. You didn't even put up a fight, yet he still manhandled you in such a way that it left bruises along your arms.
Tumblr media
The last place was Sukuna's office. And you just had to pick up something from it. It's already been a little over an hour, and this was the farthest place on the list. So you needed to just go in, get what you needed, and hurry back to his penthouse to complete this in time. As you entered the building, your eyes couldn't help but look over every inch of detail. Taking in the beauty of the office building you just entered, you smiled in awe. There was an atrium right in the entrance, blocked off by glass paneling to keep people from cutting through it. The skylight above it let a ton of natural light in. The gorgeous and well-kept Japanese maple tree in the middle stretched out proudly while small ferns and an array of stones lined the ground beneath it. The ceiling was high, and tasteful metal art pieces were hung from it, seeming to span the length of the room. Around the atrium was the reception desk, and it was a space of luxury as well. The wall behind the desk had water flowing down small ridges that lined the wall, creating a delicate and gentle-sounding waterfall.  Sukuna wrote on the note that you'd go to the desk, and tell them who you were, and all would be handled after that.
A lovely, dark-haired woman smiled up at you when you approached the desk, and before you could even speak, she said your name. "Mr. Itadori called earlier and said to expect you, just wait over there, and Mr. Nanami will be down to escort you to where you need to go."  "Oh, he said I was just picking up an envelope, wouldn't it just be easier for someone to bring it to me?" "Mr. Itadori is strict about who he allows into his office and who can handle his personal business. Usually, no one can touch the items in his office unless he names someone to do so." Well, now you were worried about what the hell was in the envelope.
You sat in the small waiting area for a few moments before someone else approached you, and you assumed this was the man who was going to escort you. He was a stern-looking man with blonde hair, and you felt a little apologetic when he looked at you, as if you were an aggravation he was having to deal with in the moment.  "Come along, I know he isn't interested in waiting." The man said while motioning for you to follow. You quickly did, doing your best not to get distracted by what else was going on. You had worked in an office building before, but it certainly wasn't as big as this one. As the elevator continued to rise, you were surprised at how many floors there were. Some offices only had a floor or two, and the others were owned by a different company, but apparently, this entire building was a single company.
The man you rode the elevator with typed on his phone while sighing, glancing over to you briefly. "You know to mind your business, right?" "Mr. Itadori already asked the same thing of me." You spoke softly in return, staring at the ground. He wanted to say how odd this was, for someone he had never met to come and collect something from his boss's office, but he didn't want to admit that aloud. After finally exiting the elevator, you followed him down a short hallway to a large door, and he entered a code on the PIN pad before pushing it open. The room immediately illuminated at his presence. Special lighting that directed their glow onto business awards and expensive pieces of art came on slowly, their rays being gentle. A large black and gray stone wall behind the desk was lit up, the small beams of light coming through carefully placed openings to make the piece modern and sharp. It was professional-looking, and you admired it quickly as Nanami gestured over to the desk. "Get what you need."       Sukuna said it was a rather thick, gray envelope, and that it wasn't sealed, but it needed to be before it left the office. Easy enough. You swallowed hard while approaching the large desk, unable to resist looking at how fancy everything was.  Nanami had gotten onto a call and stood in the doorway, though he paid no attention to you as you started to pick up the only envelope. Unfortunately, you oriented it the wrong direction, causing the contents to spill out of it and onto the desk. Your breath seized in your throat, and you briefly froze in place while seeing the banknotes with high denominations. There must have been millions of yen just right here at your fingertips.  Your eyes flashed up to Nanami, who was still putting his attention to something else, before you immediately started to put the bills back into the envelope. You quickly sealed it and hugged it tightly to your chest as if it were going to throw itself from your grasp. You didn't exactly count it, but this amount of money could solve more than half your problems in an instant. "I'm ready to go," you said to Nanami, interrupting his phone call, but just wanting to get back to Sukuna. The faster this was all done with, the faster you could relax and try to get some sort of job out here.

This one isn't as long as the previous chapter, because it's broken up as well. Originally, the last chapter was gonna be over 8k words, and I didn't want a really long chapter, so I decided to just make two shorter ones instead. I hope you enjoyed it!
Comments and reblogs are much appreciated!!

Old people say “work harder, save up”
And I do. And then what happens? My electric company announces everyone prices are more than doubling. So now I’ve been paying around $200 a month instead of about $80-$90. Oh! And my apartment lease is up for renewal. And it’s going up $230 more a month than what I’m currently paying. So just those two things are gonna cost me about an extra $350 a month. Have I gotten a raise or other costs gone down? Of course not…
“Work harder, young people just don’t wanna work!”
It doesn’t fucking matter if I kill myself working to death… we’ll never have the same opportunities as they did.

So saving it directly instead of just taking a picture skewed the colors a little.. 🤔 so now I’m wondering if it’s still looking decent?
