Saeyoung doesn't mind that you're an outwardly affectionate kind of person. Actually, it's nice to be on the receiving end of your love when he's spent his entire life rejecting that kind of adoration. He wanted to make sure his brother had everything he could ever want, and since it felt impossible to make that kind of world for his brother, he figured it would never be possible for him to enjoy anything for himself. There's no way he could find love if his brother couldn't!

He would sacrifice everything he has to give Saeran a chance to have that dream first. But, you taught him long ago that he's allowed to be happy, too. He doesn't have to sacrifice everything from his back for Saeran to be happy. You know, Saeran wanted his brother to be able to enjoy himself, too. It's not healthy for Saeyoung to turn away from his chance at happiness just for his brother! Saeran's not in danger... so he doesn't have to keep sacrificing himself over and over again. It shouldn't have happened in the first place.

It's definitely strange to adjust to a new reality where he doesn't have to worry about anyone seeing him in a vulnerable position. The agency made him live life on the edge, and the thought of anybody ever seeing him with someone who could be used against him as a bargaining chip made him feel sick to his stomach. That was the reason why he fought so hard to try and stay away from you even though he was a terrible liar the entire time he tried to push you away. He didn't want anyone to hurt you! 

His instinctual reaction is to push people away for their own safety, but as he realizes there's no danger that can hurt the people he cares about anymore, he finds that he doesn't know what to do with himself whenever he's on the receiving end of your gentle love and affection. All he can do is stare at the world in front of him as you throw your arms around his shoulders for no reason other than to let him know how much you love him. It's easy to overthink everything at that moment, too.

Should he return the gesture every time or just indulge in the feeling of someone going out of their way to make him feel warm? 

Eventually, he will allow himself to enjoy that warmth but it takes time to get there. It's not like he wants to push you away for the sake of it. He wants to enjoy every bit of love you want to give him, but in the same vein, how do you learn how to enjoy something when you have never allowed yourself to indulge in more than a single taste of Dr. Pepper?

The funny thing is he's capable of expressing his love for you in more ways than one, but when it comes to receiving it, he struggles the most. He can bite your cheek, pinch your arm, and give you the hair ruffling of a lifetime—but when you do it to him, he stares no better than a thousand-yard stare. He'll get better about that with him, so keep hugging him when you feel the urge. He'll get there, sooner or later!

It is difficult for me to find the words to describe what we face every day in the shelters; without food, medicine or clean drinking water; with the oppression, helplessness, psychological pressures, doubts and daily shocks caused by everything around us and the inability to care for our loved ones. The fear of danger, disease and death never leaves us.

Now, I find myself in this difficult situation, and I humbly ask for your help to save the lives of my family, especially my father and mother, by getting us out of Gaza to Egypt and building a new life outside Gaza or helping us get money to buy the necessities that we may be able to afford. Asking for help is not easy, but we had no choice because we want to survive and strive to rebuild our shattered lives. Spoiler for 707 Bad Ending 2 below, and warning for lots of reoccuring statements

sometimes I remember 707's bad story ending 2 and it just kinda reminds me of Last Words of A Shooting Star by Mitski. Like I kinda imagine it like:

The first lyrics are maybe if Vanderwood is cleaning his room ? XD Like while he's at the APT he hopes that his room is tidy and (u know the lyrics..) maybe they'll think of him better, not just as depressingly boring Seven, but the good "fun" Seven.

Then the next verse is, in my opinion, Seven carefully thinking about his life choices and what the hell has been happening in the past week since MC joined. Perhaps in the nighttime, he's just blank about everything.

Oh my god the next line is where everything kicks in.

"You wouldn't leave till we loved in the morning" in a way is like, MC (this is the bad ending version of her) kind of forcing Seven to love her positively and continue showering her with affection without truly caring for his situation. Hence the 'you learned from movies how love ought to be', where MC keeps forcing him to be the happier, sappy Seven.

'And you'd say you love me and look in my eyes

But I know through mine, you were looking at yours'

MC says she loves Seven and constantly mentions about being his future wife, lover (chatroom options for this ending), but I believe that with this song, she's just finding a way she only loves herself (she basically makes Seven become like her, AKA her personality and attitude towards him). Looking at his eyes only to say it to HER reflection.

THE LIBERTY BELL PART OH MY GOD. It's like... The Saeyoung that could've been from that situation if he was taken seriously, was immediately put down by the overwhelming positivity wanted by MC, and so only 'happy' Seven exists in them. The Saeyoung that could've been is silently housed in the facade of Seven. He wasn't able to properly vent out his (rightful) feelings about the situation and instead was forced to make himself 'better'.

I also believe that Shooting Star that he's in is also a reference to the end of the ending, where he and MC speed up the car. Not a thought left in that head, just happiness and thrill. But at what cost? They couldn't have changed anyways.
