Low calorie drink ideas:
Mocktail tonic- this is more herbal, bitter and a good gin and tonic or vodka tonic substitute.
diet tonic water , salt, lime, a splash of kombucha (plain flavor or ginger is best). Optional: a few drops of passion flower extract for a nootropic boost.
Jelly bubbles - this is a refreshing substitute for bubble tea.
Sugar free jello cup (break it up a bit), fizzy water or vita ice. This can be like any flavor combo. Optional: splash of vanilla sugar free syrup or coconut water.

Day 6
Alright I made it, I have not been perfect but damn it's about 90% so I'm happy that it has gone so well this first week.
I'm sure it will be easier next week too, my taste buds are changing and I'm not really craving to eat from hunger. I'm really noticing how much of my eating has been emotional and out of boredom. Doing meal replacement is a great idea for people who binge eat imo. .
I know my weight will be less, I hope it goes well but I have been too scared to check yet....I have to do it tomorrow omg I need to be 100% good today tho...

Day 5
Lol I cheated omg.... but at least it wasn't over eating as I still ate less than maintenance calories but I ate food besides the shakes due to extreme period fatigue.
Thankfully, Im all out of other food so basically I can't even cheat again! Haha that's a good tip: fucking don't attempt this until you have an empty kitchen!
Anyway, today I'm back on it, honestly I love the shake it tastes like cake batter. I'm anticipating the diet is going to be easier this next week due to my hormones, my first cycle week I'm never hungry. I was going to begin phase 2 of the Almased plan on 5/1 but it's going to be 5/3 to make up.
Girls, I'm determined, I'm going to make it to my goal no matter how hard it is, I will lose this weight.

Today is day 2! Day 1 was great and I followed the plan to the letter. I was not hungry at all and I'm feeling less bloated already. I took a few before pictures and damn it's really motivating to see how bad I've gotten.
Thankfully the shake is really good, I'm actually craving it already, it just feels so nutritious and wholesome. Almased gets some bad reviews but if you use one of those hand blenders people do ice coffee foam with then it's so creamy and not at all gritty. It kinda tastes like cake batter, lol.
I also started my period yesterday and the cravings are non-existent tbh I feel like it's because of the shake since I usually NEED chocolate and junk food to feel better from cramps and stuff.
I usually try to water fast or IF so this diet seems so easy to me, I'm just wishing I could fast forward to the end I'm so excited for my results!
