do you ever think about how we have a level of perception we cannot surpass. How we can never understand God the same way a ladybird can never understand calculus. Because sometimes I remember that and I remember catching ladybirds when I was a kid, running them from the hot concrete driveway to my grandparents garden, and sometimes I wonder if everything works that way. The ladybird can’t understand the forces which brought it from one place to the other, so it just keeps living with whatever understanding it has, unbroken. And sometimes I wonder if god is a 6th grader and times like these are just the inscrutable, unknowable nights when he rests and disasters chirp in the long grass like crickets. And the ladybirds mill on the cooling concrete, until the sun rises, and he runs out again. One day he will get bored. One day summer will end, or the weekend will end, or maybe there will just be a winter- equally unknowable— when the ladybirds die and those that don’t crawl into cracks in the earth until spring. Maybe god will move away. Maybe the universe will become a buy n large. Maybe god is a ladybird, and he too is in someone else’s hands

You have deep thoughts. You know, our perception is very limited. We are distracted from truth and from our heart. These ladybirds does have nothing to fear and they know it by intuition. The source (what many call God) is pure consciousness - this mind is so universal that humans cannot understand this now - maybe in future if we really work on us.
