My results are in!! I completed the epic 8-week shred aka buns & guns from @thesculptedvegan on Monday July 19th 2021 I have to say that I had let many of my healthy habits fall to the wayside, getting overwhelmed with stress and wanting to find comfort with alcohol and vegan junk food when I had taken a break from a shred that I was doing on my own. I knew that I needed to try something different and when this shred can around I took on the challenge and I’m so proud of my results. Although I didn’t make it to the top ten I reaffirmed many healthy habits and found joy in doing them. I also found pleasure in the foods I was eating! We can fail a number of times but the lesson is learned when you keep getting up and trying again. You keep learning and fine tuning what works for you abs what doesn’t among many other invaluable lessons!
