I'm assuming you're asking how he was born :)
We'll in my lil story it's Nika that carries him, but it can be left up to the person who wants to interpret how. I basically say since they're gods, and not human, they can have any anatomy as they wish. :)
They can have anything that they want, but yet heavy magic is required to help a god carry a child since gods aren't able to do so just naturally. Inacio is kinda Asura and Nika's middle figure to the elder gods since Inacio was a natural birth between two gods ( making him extremely powerful)
It also can be summed up quickly to say Nika is portrayed as trans as well ! C: Anyone can interpret it the way they want with my art, I'm not picky.
I think them as dads is just funny
