A (literal) gem of a find in Musée Carnavalet: French Revolution themed earrings, head of king and queen included!
Quite morbid, but perhaps delightfully so. They were made about 100 years after the revolution was over, but still!

I had an idea a few weeks ago for a kabumisu Snow White AU where the demon (the evil queen) disguised as that girl he liked gives Mithrun a poisoned apple (aka granting his wishes in the dungeon) that takes away his desires and the canaries (the dwarves) take care of him when he goes all depressed/despondent, placing him in the glass coffin and whatnot, and Kabru (epic prince moment. I love this movie) is able to "wake him" and show him new experiences with new people. Sorry for being yaoibrained
