In 2020, when Evermore dropped, I was crying to the song Evermore because I was JOBLESS, FEELS WORTHLESS & BROKE

Now, In 2021, I listen to evermore with a good-paying job w/ tenure & I recently won two consecutive awards that can be used for my immediate promotion.

I look back at those times, and I really went from “this pain would be forevermore” to “this pain WOULDN’T be forevermore”

I’m so emotionally tired to be a teacher

I’m so mentally drained

I feel guilt because I feel like i’m not giving the world to my students

I just want to be enough for them

I want them to have the best that i can give but i feel like i’m too dumb or will never be as good as other teachers

My salary is low like super low and yet my job caters a job for 5 people.

I just want rest. For a little while.
