They already make articulated mannequins if you are interested in this type.
i would love a full size jointed doll but I don't want to have sex with it, and I want it to be able to double as a dress form because I love draping. probably salvaging a regular fashion mannequin and then carefully cutting it up and articulating it would be the most efficient way

Professor Shoji Takeuchi and his team have also developed a new technique to attach the skin to the surface by creating “anchors” using a collagen gel applied to small V-shaped holes on the robotic surface. The new method provides a more seamless and durable attachment.
