Heal Your Shadow, Be Free

Do not give away your innate power to the unobserved, unconscious mind by projecting it onto others or being in denial.  Living in a state of unawareness (repression) will eclipse the light of your Presence. The more that we illuminate the unhealed aspects of our psyche (emotional blocks and negative patterns), the more we can fully integrate and alchemize our shadow self.
