Patrick looks at him with those loud eyes of his, little wrinkles forming in the space between where his eyebrows would be, if he had any. “Can I talk now?” he asks, quietly. Carefully. David nods. “Okay. First,” Patrick begins, and he reaches out to gently tug David’s shirt down over his stomach and then he pulls the blankets up around David’s waist before he snuggles down on his pillow and wraps an arm around his shoulders, pulling him in close. The hot press of tears builds behind David’s eyes and he bites at his lower lip to keep it from trembling, burying his face in the front of Patrick’s t-shirt. He’s never felt so fucking loved by anyone before. That Patrick can show how well he knows David—how fully he sees him—simply by covering him up. He swallows back the sob he can feel creeping up from his chest and just lets Patrick hold him, raking his fingers through his hair, pressing soft kisses to his temple. “David,” he says simply, and that single word seems to encompass an entire universe of feelings.

This Bed Wasn’t Built for our Love

“What do you want to know, David?” Marcy asks, and Clint can hear the hint of barely concealed amusement in her voice. Whatever David wants to know is going to make their son’s blush intensify even further. And while he doesn’t love the idea of making his son suffer needless embarrassment, it is after four o’clock in the morning and Clint is in need of a little levity.

“Is it genetic?’ David asks, and Clint sees Marcy cock her head in question out of the corner of his eye.

“Is what genetic?” she asks.

“You know,” David says with a flick of his uninjured hand. Judging by Marcy’s confused silence, she clearly does not know. “The...equipment. The BD to back up that BDE? Is it a Brewer family trait?”

Marcy makes a sound that is somewhere between a snort and a cackle and Patrick lets out a groan. David, blissfully unaware of the impact of his words, carries on.

“Because if it is, I have to say, you are a lucky lady. Because, I mean...well. I know they say size doesn’t matter—”

The rest of David’s sentence is cut off as the sound of Marcy’s delighted laughter fills the car.

“Well, David,” she giggles, “I can’t speak to the entire Brewer family. But I’ve never had any complaints.”

It takes every ounce of Clint’s threadbare self-control to keep the car from veering off the pavement. Marcy’s hand lands on Clint’s arm and she gives it a gentle squeeze as he eases to a stop on the side of the road, hands still clenched on the steering wheel. He is not going to make eye contact with his son. He is not.

The Love Left Behind

“So...this is a long way to come for a surprise visit,” David says, handing a glass of wine to Ted and a glass of water to Alexis. “What do you want?”

“I think what David means is it’s nice to see you both,” Patrick says, giving his husband a sidelong glare.

“Same thing,” David says breezily.

“Well, we actually do want to ask you to do something for us,” Ted begins cautiously. “It’s kind of a big favour, which is why we wanted to ask you guys in person.”

“Ohmygod,” David sighs, glaring at his sister. “You need a kidney, don’t you?” He shakes his head. “I told you they don’t grow back, Alexis!”

“What?” Patrick gasps.

“What?” Ted squeaks.

“Hmm?” Alexis hums innocently, placing a placating hand on Ted’s knee. She narrows her eyes at her brother. “No, David. My kidney is fine.”

Pavlova

“I like your costume,” David says kindly. The ballerina sniffles and wipes their nose with the back of their hand. To his credit, David doesn’t flinch, simply reaches into his pocket and withdraws a tissue, handing it over. “Pink is such a difficult colour for an autumn, but you wear it well.”

The ballerina looks at David, and Patrick watches as their eyes travel the length of his body—from his neatly laced Rick Owens high tops, his artfully ripped jeans, his skirt—and their eyes go wide and their mouth opens in a silent “oh” of surprise. “Thank you,” they say, dabbing gently at their nose with the tissue. “Um, I...I like your skirt.”

David smiles. “Thank you,” he says. “And who are you supposed to be?”

“Anna Pavlova,” the ballerina says. “She’s my favourite dancer.”

David nods appreciatively. “Mmm. Good choice. Pavlova is both my favourite dancer and one of my favourite desserts. I like a costume that celebrates both the performative and the culinary arts.”

my reply length will always vary, I can max out the word count on discord, or just do a paragraph! I tend to mirror you! while usually, I am a rapid-fast replier I don't require you to be but I ask at least that we keep the RP going, I do know life is busy because I get wrapped up in it as well.

I only will RP on discord, however, I do ask that you please do not use any tupperware or AI because atp I can just use characterchat.ai and I'm not into that.

as for plots I have a ton for any and all! I am a maladaptive daydreamer so I think about plots and our RP (just depends) and will add more plot into things! I do a lot of OOC and love to get to know my partner as well as share inspo for the RP such as clothes and settings, nothing ever personal so if you aren't into that I won't be a good RP!

MUN MONDAY: GETTING TO KNOW YOU

ROLEPLAYER NAME: my alias is Puffin, folks can call me Selkie tho. both work, I use both, so I'm not particularly picky either way ! whichever folks prefer.

ROLEPLAYER PRONOUNS: anything ! they/she/he, though I default to she/they.

MUSE NAME: I've got two kiddos, Shade and Kaey ! Kaey is my older muse, I've been writing him since 2012, while Shade is a newer edition to my collection of ocs. I love them both, they're both my literal children at this point.

PREFERRED COMMUNICATION: Discord please ! tumblr IMs are just... I lose track of them very easily, probably because they're not like. right in front of me / always where I can see them. whereas in Discord I can keep track of folks and conversations much easier. in general, I just feel more comfortable discussing via Discord. its also good for roleplay, if folks are okay with that ! but yeah, Discord all the way.

EXPERIENCE: I have been roleplaying since I was... I literally just confirmed, at least 10 years old. I started out on forums. ever heard of Chicken Smoothie ? its a pet adoptable website, and where I really got into roleplay. from there I was introduced to tumblr by a friend, discovered tumblr rp, and... I've been here ever since. that was back in 2012; I was just about to turn 13, and I'm currently just about to turn 25, so. I've been here awhile. been writing and roleplaying for over half my life at this point.

PREFERRED ROLEPLAY TYPE: I'm partial to casual discussion style roleplay, but I also really love just. writing. so. it may take some time to get me in the proper headspace to sit down and write, but its always satisfying to be able to. however, casual discussion style is more accessible, definitely. just easier and quicker. but I will always value writing and reading solid threads, solid interactions. seeing it come together, getting excited about it... its what I love about roleplay, and I wouldn't trade it for anything, even if other things are easier or faster. nothing good comes easy, or so they say, right ? idk. I'm old-fashioned I guess.

PET PEEVES & DEALBREAKERS: oof, lets see. immediate dealbreakers: no trigger or nsfw tags (especially if there is nothing that says there won't be; I can understand some blogs preferring not to tag if its standard content), no rules or about, posting callouts and witch hunting behavior (ESPECIALLY if its just interpersonal or petty grievances, I have ZERO tolerance for this). pet peeves... I'm pretty chill. just treat me with respect, communicate with me like an adult, and we'll be fine.

PLOTS OR MEMES: yes ? but like, logically speaking... memes are more likely to happen with me than plots, cuz I'm slow and struggle with that kind of pressure. so memes are probably the best way, yeah. but low / no pressure casual discussion ? vibing until we figure something out ? sign me the fuck up !

LONG REPLIES OR SHORT REPLIES: another yes. it really depends, I feel like I fall somewhere in the middle. a couple short paragraphs is my default, but I know for some folks thats considered long, and for others still short. so. I'm dynamic. I'll admit that I'm wordy, I like fleshing out interactions with thoughts and actions when I can, so I would say I'm probably more inclined to long style. I know I've started a few short dialogue threads then ended up getting 1+ paragraph responses, so. but I also don't expect my partners to match length ! idc if other people write short replies, so long as I have something to build off of. "yes, and" rules and all that !

BEST TIME TO WRITE: when the world is dark and sleeping. or when the moon aligns with my medication and energy levels. so... mostly at night. I get a lot of stuff done in the dark of night; I don't feel like I'm being perceived by my family so I feel free to move around and do more tbh. less distractions, too.

ARE YOU LIKE YOUR MUSES: yes. not intentionally, but yes. Shade moreso than Kaey, but Kaey and I still have similarities. I think most writers bleed into their work somehow, and I don't think its something to be ashamed of. for me its. I write and create to cope, right ? so having characters I can relate to, that I can see myself in, helps me... feel better about things. like, if Shade and Kaey can do stuff then I can to ! plus, I won't lie, seeing myself in my muses also helps for introspection. I genuinely feel like I've been able to become a better person by acknowledging my similarities and learning from them, whether through interaction or otherwise. and, of course, the reverse is also true: I learn a lot about Kaey and Shade by exploring my own identity and perspective and how I interact with the world and others.

Hello! My name is Solara and I'm new to the Tumblr RP setup, but not to RPing in general. I'm 33, and will not interact with anyone under 18+ and would prefer 25+. I prefer working with queer people of some variety but I'm open to anyone, just expect queer stuff to come up in both worldbuilding and character concepts. I'm looking for long term rps, mumus and general interest in interacting and building a larger world. I love sandbox things and I have fun bouncing off partner energy.

I'm mostly descriptive but not super picky about reply length, one or two paragraphs is fine or me. If you just need to do a line, could you make it count? ( MxM - Mafia/Criminal/Thriller with dom/sub themes - OCxOC )

In the dark alleyways and secret halls laid unspeakable abysses that weren’t for the faint of heart. Disappearances, violence and exploitation of the weak were daily, yet no one batted an eye to the surrounding horrors that consumed the less fortunate. The innocent city turned sinful at night and gave purpose to those who knew how to take an advantage of its dark side. Alex didn’t mean to be swallowed whole by the underworld. Just a few little gigs to pay off debts he should have not taken in the first place. But then he met him, and nothing was the same anymore.

I’m looking for a mafia/criminal themed, definitely NSFW based plot with someone who wishes to create a powerful gang leader/criminal mastermind character that falls for a temporary subordinate, wishing to own him and to bend him to his every will. I have little to no limits for the themes and subjects, and my wish is to create a long term roleplay with someone who wish to be invested and excited about building the plot and the relationship between two weathered characters that find comfort in each other’s madness. The events can take place in any major city, such as New York, Seoul or Tokyo, and we can brainstorm the baselines and starting points as we go on. I recently made a muse I have been loving to play, and I wish to create a slightly modified version of him that satisfied your wishes and the script we eventually come up with.

As of the style of the roleplay I’m looking for someone who is literate, writes 3-5 paragraphs per response and plays a dominate male character. The length is obviously irrelevant in situations with a lot of dialogue, but I personally write a lot. I only write on Discord, and either DM or private server is okay with me. I’m 30yo female and my timezone is UTC+2, and I’m fairly active chatter OOC-wise too. I create excessive character profiles and tend to go in dept into the roleplays I have as I love to write, so beware of that if you wish to message me! All the characters should obviously be +18yo, and I wish that you are too. If you are a ghoster do not bother at all, as I don’t want to waste my time.

If you’re looking for just strictly dirty roleplays I'm sorry but I am not the one for you. Dirty parts occasionally are okay though. Just not too often.

Personally, I enjoy roleplay with a strong build up and gaining an attachment to characters, which means I prefer ‘longterm’ rather than ‘shortterm’ roleplay. I'm sorry if you like a short plot that finishes within a day or two.

About me: Hi, I'm Cherri, I'm 20 and go by they/them. I work part time right now and I will try to be as fast as possible when replying, but I do tire socially, so if I need a break I will let you know!

My style: Don't let my usage of shortened versions of words and general dumbness fool you; I'm semi-literate to novella when it comes to writing. I like being descriptive even in the most minute of details. What can I say? I love really getting into the guts of a world and it's characters! I'm a huge nerd when it comes to story analysis and character analysis, if that's not your thing exactly that's cool, but I am a big planner when it comes to this stuff, so if you aren't I may not be your cup of tea. Also I only work in third person, any other way just feels weird for me.

What I look for in a partner: Preferably someone who can match me in both enthusiasm of the world, the characters, writing length and style. And I know that can be a tall order for some, so if you can't write a whole five paragraphs and just stick to one, or maybe prefer first person; again it's fine but I will let you know if ultimately I'm not feeling it. Also pls be 18+ in case there is ever eventually nsfw, I don't generally feel comfortable if minors talk about those subjects with me considering my age, but I understand since I was a teen not too long ago that nsfw topics can come up in conversation. If you are a minor, please keep these subjects to a minimum.

Boundaries: I'm okay with a lot of dark topics, heavy gore, torture, horror elements, etc. Granted they aren't what I'm going for in the roleplays I'm pitching, but for future reference they are fine. I'm not looking for any smutty plotlines either. Eventually maybe one can be worked out for a different story, or even added eventually between characters in an rp, but I'm more interested in building up chemistry between characters. Also a big trigger for me is sexual assault or csa mentions or otherwise. Granted in some context it's not as bad, but as a general rule please avoid mentioning this as a part of a character.

Rp Ideas!

MHA: I would really love to do an ocxcanon or ocxoc with double ups. By this I mean either our OCs can date a canon character, or if the chemistry is good enough, then each other! But the basics of this rp is plopping our two OCs into this world, whether it be a foreign exchange student program, Isekai situation, or some other circumstance. The plot will be similar, but paced down, and will be more character driven instead of action driven, and exploring the social commentary of the universe. I know, nerd shit, but I do want to explore topics of inequality, idolism of celebrities, how society pushes people to extremism, stigma around mental illness, and a number of other topics. Oh and a critique of the capitalist system overall. We can discuss details on things in DMS, preferably over discord!

Fantasy Gothic School: This one is loosely based on Wednesday considering it takes place at a school for the occult. No characters from the show would be used however and all characters would be OCs. This one would also be more involved with mystery, world, and character building. Each of us trying to make and somewhat keep mysteries from each other and having control of up to three OCs if either of us wish. It's hard to explain without adding a wall of text, so I'll explain further if you express an interest in it!

Whoof, ok, so I spent a good chunk of my morning ironing things out, here, and I'm hoping that I get some traction. But if not, that's certainly okay.

Hello, welcome to my blog. Thank you for having a lookieloo and I hope you're interested enough in me to hang around!

As mentioned in the header, this is a Multi-muse Transformers RP blog. I write a lot, and I enjoy writing a lot. That said, please bear with me.

I have OCs, Canons, and all of those juicy little tidbits that I write; However, I will admit that I didn't put a LOT of information on my OCs in the CHARACTERS portion of my blog. The reason is, I like discussing things beforehand. Not enough to ruin potential plot, but enough to get to know what's going on.

While I will RP here on Tumblr, I prefer writing through Discord, GoogleDocs and even email. The best way to get any of my contact information is to DM me on here first and I'll swat you with stickynotes.

So uh General Details Time!

-Requires partners to be 20+

-Plays all genders

-Literate/Advanced Literate (I have a minor in English Literature.)

WILL DO: Canon/Canon, Canon/OC, Oc/Oc. I Double Up, so no one gets left out of what they want.

-I do all my character's art, and I'll happily do stuff for you too.

THINGS I NEED

-Length Requirement; So long as you're able to write at least a Paragraph, I'm satisfied. I can post upwards of twenty paragraphs if I'm scene building, but do not let that scare you off. I will never require you to match me unless you just want to. Please don't feel pressured.

-Age Requirement; 20+, as previously stated. For certain situations, I may ask you to prove your age to me, and will provide proof of my age to you.

-I prefer to write in Third Person, and I would appreciate it if you did the same.

-Teamwork makes the Dream Work! I like plotting, and I LOVE Collaborating. We can make something amazing together if we just think about it.

-Communication; If you have an issue you need to discuss, let me know! Further, I like to make friends with the people that I write with, so OOC is much loved.

-Frequency; So, I work third shift at a Mental Hospital, and at a certain point of the night, I'm very, very active to try and keep myself from falling asleep at work. I will post a lot at night, and less during the day unless it's my days off. I work on a Rotation, which I will inform you of when/if you contact me. It's pretty easy to get accustomed to when I'm around. I can/will post multiple times a day, but this isn't a requirement.

A little about me. I am Ais, I am 33 and Nonbinary, I use she/her pronouns but any are honestly okay. I am married and have two dogs which are my babies and I will gladly ramble on about. I’ve been rping since I was 11 on many different platforms but currently I only write on discord and I do so in servers because I like the organization. I do tend to write between two and three paragraphs, but I always match partner length. Longer posts are going to require more of my brain though so if its hitting word count on tumblr you will have to wait on replies from me but I can do it and don’t mind it. Smaller posts are always okay, but no one liners. The only time one liners are cool is if we’re doing a text based rp. Speaking of - I love texting in rps. I think it gives you a chance to do rapid replies and build character development without having to have drawn out interactions. I like a healthy mix of both. I really love world building and getting into characters. I love finding something we both love to ramble on about. But that being said if you cannot give me anything to contribute I am going to get bored. I do not want to plan everything myself. I want it to be something we create together. I do write nsfw - that being said I am very much over playing the dominant character all the time. I do typically play switches but it’s going to be rare that I play a strictly dominant character. As far as limits go - I have none, and I have no triggers. I love darker themes (kidnapping, torture, violence) but we do no thave to include these in our threads, just as we do not even have to write nsfw. I do write both fandom and OCs. I can write any gender and against any gender. I don’t typically do OC/Canon though. It’s one of the other.
