"Since when do you eat those?!" Your manager scolds loudly, and Jungkook can clearly hear the man through the slightly open door. Maybe he forgot that hybrids have heightened hearing- or maybe he thought Jungkook had left the area entirely during his break.

Either way, he doesn't like that tone at all.

"Its just one.." you mumble meekly, which surprised the wolfdog hybrid a lot. Never has he heard you this.. submissive. Like you're trying to pacify the guy.

"One every day, possibly more, we both know you're lying right now!" He yells. "You've gained already, how do you think you'll lose that weight again before the competition?!" He scolds harshly. "All your measurements have to be consistent! We talked about this!" He tells you.

"I'm sorry.." you answer quietly.

"I'm taking those." Jungkook hears a plastic bag rustle. "You're only eating the food staff makes you, am I clear?"

"I'll talk to Jeon, a few more hours of training each day will make that extra weight drop quickly-" He starts before he almost runs straight into the man he's been talking about, who's leaning against the doorframe with a more than dark expression.

"Thats mine." Jungkook nods towards the plastic bag. "I brought it for her to eat."

"She- I.. excuse me but she's on a very strict diet plan." The manager explains a lot more carefully now, voice entirely different. "She has a dietician-"

"Then that dietician will agree with me when I say that she needs a lot more food each day to have enough energy to burn." Jungkook explains, still blocking the doorway, before he holds out his hand, wordlessly.

"Thats not for you to decide." The man denies.

"Then we have no reason to continue working together." Jungkook says, making your eyes widen in the background, panicking. You don't want Jungkook to cut the contract so soon. He said he'll help you, what is he doing?

"...she better work that off until the contest." The man grumbles, pushing the bag into Jungkook's hand before he pushes himself past the wolfdog hybrid, who glares after the man. It's only when you pull on his shirt that he looks down on you, no anger left in his face.

"You didn't have to argue with him." You say. "He's.. always like that. I should've known he'd get angry."

"I don't care." Jungkook denies, walking into the small break room to sit down, slapping the seat next to him. "Now come here and eat. I didn't lie when I said I brought them for you."

"But-" you start, only reluctantly sitting down, though you can't talk more because he's already ripped off a piece of the sweet donut to stuff into your open mouth.

And while you glare at him with stuffed cheeks, he can't help but smile to himself.

Company content, fanservice, mediaplay: Why is talking about company content, fanservice and mediaplay such a big deal to you? I mean.. I know why... you want to be able to think that whatever you have made yourself believe about Jm and Jk is their actual love story and it being part of a company content will taint that. See, the very obvious mistake you are making (maybe it’s ignorance, maybe it’s naivety.. I don’t actually care) is not understanding what we are looking at. We are looking at company content for the most part. BTS is part of a company, they make money of us, because they are part of a company. Do you really think you are watching their normal everyday lives without intervening or guidance from managers, public relations, stylists… all sorts of creative teams. Like, who do you think edits their videos? Who do you think come up with ideas for Run and BV? Have you not watched their reaction videos? It is actually insane and very uneducated to say there is no company content anon…. or, does that only apply when it comes to Jkk? The same goes for fanservice. Everyone who’s a bit invested in K-pop knows that thats a thing that is widely discussed and actually pretty common. I think it’s been used in conversation wrongly for the most part, but it’s certainly a thing. Every member does it, a lot of members engage in it together. So why can’t I mention it? Or again… is this only a problem when it comes to Jkk? Mediaplay.. again… very common! I suppose this is only an issue for you because it’s got to do with Tae and Jennie.. but mediaplay does happen anon… I think we can all say that mediaplay has been strong during the recent Hybe/Ador issues. You can’t actually understand BTS and the members if you don’t factor in company content, fanservice, and mediaplay. Now BTS is more than the combination of those things. Their friendships are real, the reactions they have when interacting are real (though perhaps sometimes enlarged… for entertainment value yes). Their lives fall in a gray area for me, because it is mostly real, but at the same time it’s very much intended for fandom and all members will have in mind that there’s limits to what they can do and say. When I talk about company content and fanservice I don’t mean that their reactions or relationships are fake (I am actually a very strong believer in BTS being real brother-friends-bro types), what I mean is that the company is very much the one who decides what we get to see (by editing choices). You are an idiot if you do not understand that. Mediaplay is done to get across a certain narrative. Sure it’s not great, because it’s manipulation.. but it’s a thing.. deal with it.

You will not have caught me talking badly about either Jm or Jk once. I simply haven’t. I can’t help if it doesn’t fit your idea of Tkkrs. But I am a hundred percent sure that you won’t be able to find a bad word about them on my blog. I've constantly talked about how I feel Jk and Jm's friendship is real and deep. That does not exclude them from being in company content and from doing fanservice though.

The ITS Talk: So the whole ITS conversation can’t be talked about while leaving out company involvement.. you can’t either if you were to go indepth. The very obvious thing being that Jk was asked about this during an interview they mixed throughout their actual talk. That is the company involvement as well as the choice to make this conversation and the way it’s been edited public content. When you look at the conversation Tae and Jk actually had (without the Jk interview), they talk about having been busy, the way they were as trainees, Tae’s issues a bit.. and that’s it. At no point do they hash out the ‘awkward part of their friendship’. I have talked about this plenty… and it’s elaborate so maybe just look it up in my blog. But also.. yes, it’s orchestrated. The combination of Jk talking and Tae and Jk's moment, the decision to air this, but mostly... the way it was portrayed does not add up to what Jk and Tae's interactions were actualy like. See, you have no reason to look further than what you are seeing. In fact, Tae and Jk having been awkward better suits your thoughts than the opposite would. Part 2. Because let me tell you all something...from the looks of it, Jikook is real.

And going through my own brain archives and content, we have enough moments to give us Part 3, 4, 5... and we have moments to make a Top10 of basically everything.

I was with Jungkook. In their defense, they are always together. But this one hit differently, at least to me.

It was Jungkook's birthday and it was them two. Thats when they got the Billboard announcement that they had placed no.1 and they fell asleep caressing their phones and crying. So like they were in the same bed and all. Cool, nothing suspicious yet.

But it was Jk's birthday. And if Jk is dating someone, shouldn't he had been with them celebrating? This moment is so freakin real to me. First of all, I love Jikook during Dynamite era and this live was fun.

I personally don't think you should dislike JK based on his perceived backstabbing of Jimin. We don't know what's the nature of their relationship behind the scenes, how much of the current trip is a professional enterprise and to what extent the other members are ok with JK. We simply don't know so I will not assume. Whether they are ok with it or whether they're not, we know BTS never really exposes any fractures to outsiders. Some people take the distance jikook have had during solo era as an indication of something, some people took his trip to NY as an indication of something else. That's why I'll say that without any real info, there's no way to know and we all know how private Jimin is so that info is probably not coming.

But I will dislike JK based on my personal standards. Not by what I assume but by what I can see and hear is happening. To some extent those standards came from being a BTS stan but I can't lie to myself about them just because they are the ones violating those standards today.

I don't agree with how he's conducted himself as an artist. I ended making this ask about me when I wanted to tell you how amazing of an author you are and thank you for sharing your passion with us, taking the time to write such beautiful stories. Its really impressive to see how you build your characters with amazing and deep personalities, how easy it is to understand them even if we are not alike at all, we get attached to them nonetheless, and how perfectly written the storylines are. It’s one of my favorite things about writing - being able to write the complexities of human beings, their emotions and desires and fears and stuff. I don’t understand everyone being disappointed by the album. Like I knew V’s album was gonna be Jazzy sounding. I knew Joons album was gonna make me wanna sit in the rain. I knew in my heart of hearts that Jungkook’s album was gonna be completely in english.

Not gonna lie Namjoon is great at a lot of things but boy oh boy does he have his shortcomings. He has a lot more passive personality than we realise. To me there’s this big paradox with him that I can’t get over, which is he has undoubtedly the deepest thoughts and questions about life and all things beyond this earth but at the same time is so obsessed over the Grammys and money to the point where HE SEEMINGLY to us old fans DID NOTHING to prevent the group from losing quality and meaning. I am honestly ashamed to say this but can I just admit that I am not looking forward to their 2025 comeback?!!

Like there is potentially still a chance that they find what they lost but it’s not going to be the same, cause let me tell you ain’t no way from now till 2025 some scandal is coming out or even marriage lol. I felt the same with Yet to come they tried to create this nostalgia but failed to do so since you can tell they are acting like what they used to be not what they have become. I am mostly looking out for the solos but I am still afraid they’re going to try to make it commercial in some type of way. Jimin and Jk are already out of reach from fans and my guess is it’s not going to get any better, they are done. They are living what their teenage selves couldn’t. Only Tae is active with fans and in the industry and I’ll give him that, he is the only one that I feel tries to keep up with fans and seems to care more than just doing it for the promotions.

I am a little side eyeing the rest to be honest, like okay I see you, now that you don’t need us you act like we never existed..seriously though Jimin and Jk GET IT TOGETHER….

I mean you hit the nail on the head for me about this paradox with him. On one hand you deep af and the other your selfish and almost obsessed with money and awards. Like he is so passive to the point where like almost anything goes with them and what the group has to go through. To us old fans it looked like he said yes to everything and lets try anything without even being mindful of what there brand was and is. I personally think he really enjoyed feeling his fame. That he was either blinded or didn’t care what that was doing to to the group image in the long run.

I don’t know I’m still holding out hope that they would at least pull a good sounding album and comeback in 2025. Because I was losing hope then they came out with the ON album and I was like okay we back on it again. But then everything after that wasn’t what it needed to be got back off track. But you are right it might not be the same because again we are facing the everyone putting all the songs at #1 so they don't know what to put out. They lost thier sound.

I’m so nervous one of these stupid reporters is going to go on the news and lie on one of these members of BTS. Making them have scandal like they did Big Bang and ruin them. Because they can’t defend themselves well in the military. I swear I’m not believing nothing from Korean media. If anything comes out. 

I agree with the Yet To Come the whole thing just seemed off. Like if you were going to say goodbye just say goodbye. I also felt like that whole song when you look at the lyrics was a little hypocritical. I think thats why it had a hard time sticking too. Because they were saying they didn’t care about the achievements but your fans did and was literally fighting everyone for it. So…

These solos are going to be interesting because one each member had no chance to develop there own style and brand. Its also seems that they are not that great at promoting and managing the members solos either. So this is going to be very interesting on how this is going to go and turn out. 

Honestly do you blame them for being out of touch with these unrealistic fans. When it comes to them all common sense leaves. I would be done too. The way they have acted with Jimin and Jungkook demanding things and being mad if they are dating someone. Being in this Kpop system at such a young age not being able to enjoy the basic things of our youth that we take for granted. Yeah I think they deserve to be out of reach living they normal lives. 

I have noticed with Tae was he has a real attachment to the fans because I remember what he was saying to Jungkook in In The Soop. How he had a hard time not seeing the fans and being alone. I think there are things about fame he has gotten attached to. And I think thats why he tries to stay connected with the fans. 

Look LOL! Let Jimin and JK have they time away from the spotlight everyone needs a break… The Kpop lifestyle for idols is not easy. It's not for the faint hearted.
