I didn't read about the love interests before playing because I like to find out on my own but I got curious, THE KING AND HIS MOTHER?!
That's right!
We play with fire in this guild. Cut out the middle man and go straight to the top!
(Also, this isn't towards you, anon, I'd just like to take this chance to reiterate, because some get confused. Romancing one locks you out of romancing the other. You will not be smooching them both. I REPEAT. YOU WILL NOT BE SMOOCHING THEM BOTH. YOU CANNOT ROMANCE BOTH IN ONE PLAYTHROUGH.)

mom express delivery — @cursedvessels
Talk about being in a pickle. It doesn't take much to see why the poor girl's all alone. What with all the creeping darkness that's partially imbued into her and all. And if she hadn't come by and dealt with similar things before.. Well, let's just say interacting with her isn't for the faint of heart.
Tumblr media
"Now, you more of a chocolate, plain, or jam sorta gal?" There's one of those assorted tins cracked open for Sarai to peruse. A mixture of chocolates and cookies sit in neat little piles; all of which are labeled just below the liner. "I'm more of a jam gal. Love those little thumbprint things— forgot what they're actually called."

location: within the streets of covington probably downtown somewhere
who: @saraiayutthaya
Returning to her hometown wasn't part of the plan for the year, yet here she was, navigating from store to store, gathering supplies to give her old room a much-needed makeover. Her brother's insistence on her moving back to their childhood home, where he currently resided, was the primary impetus for her return. Despite deeming the place a "hell hole," she decided to appease him for the time being.
While the desire to relive her glory days tugged at her, she couldn't ignore the reluctance tied to the memories her room held. Determined to create a space truly her own, she embarked on a mission to acquire paint and various items for the transformation.
En route to the next store, she spotted one of her high school friends, Sarai, a few feet ahead. A genuine smile graced her face as she called out, "Sarai?" Closing the distance between them, she continued, "I thought you left this town? How long have you been back?" Curiosity and warmth colored her words, eager to catch up with a familiar face from the past.

His stern facial expression, his chin up, his posture of standing as straight as a broom with his hands in the back, his outfit...
... plus everything that was established in the previous seasons, brothers and closest advisors to a king whom they try to die for, low self-esteem, an obsession with magic...
Like, tell us now if the reason why Lissa left was that Viren cheated on her with Sarai.
I know it's just because they are narrative foils, but follow me for more dumb theories.

location: nook antiques
status: closed for @saraiayutthaya
Tumblr media
"What do you think about this piece?" Head canted to the side, Tess surveyed the carved oak console table apparently from France, 19th century, according to it's description and price tag. "Is it pretty, or is it just old and expensive?"
Shopping for overpriced antique furniture was genuinely the least of her concerns right now, but that was sort of the point.
She needed to get out of the house, out of her head, and just be a normal person who didn't have a missing father or a married ex she was still in love.
So long as this new, imaginary version of herself still retained control of current hers bank account of course.
"There's this little nook between the front hall and the kitchen that needs... something," she continued, as if the two older ladies not-so-subtly hiding one booth over weren't just whispering about her auction night disaster of an experience.

The Dragon Prince season 6 is like watching people write themselves into a corner in real time. Exciting! Massive spoilers ahead, of course.
THE GOOD
Opening on Aaravos crying was a very strong choice, this is the actual 'Mystery of Aaravos' type content I've been waiting for
Terry picking up Viren while they're excited about him being alive is very cute
As ever, Terry being extremely ride or die is 👍
Terry taking care of Claudia was very sweet; Terry cutting Claudia's hair and Claudia's new haircut in general. Cute.
Viren and Claudia on the beach, "No parent wants their child to suffer for them." Oof.
In general, I was quite happy with everything Viren, Claudia, and even Soren, and I actually wrote a note of "i hate soren" at the start because I thought we were gearing up for another season of him just being a bad joke machine with no real character or feelings to speak of. But then they gave him, like, actual pathos! They let him interact with people in a way that feels human! They let him be resentful and complicated! Wow! Magefam is so back baby!
Viren trying to reconcile with Soren and be a better example for Claudia really got to me. His final sacrifice (OMG CRIMINAL BY FIONA APPLE JUST CAME ON SHUFFLE.......WHAT I NEED IS A GOOD DEFENSE CUS I'M FEELING LIKE A CRIMINAL.......AND I NEED TO BE REDEEMED TO THE ONE I'VE SINNED AGAINST.....) is tied so strongly to his children and that feels like a natural place to leave his character. Now, I've been saying forever that he was going to get a redemption via death, and figured Aaravos would be the one pulling the trigger, so none of that surprised me, but I thought the actual execution was generally good. I do have some more negative thoughts but I'll save those for later.
Viren is very good at justifying himself, and I like that you see him falling back into that, at times struggling with it, at times not even catching himself doing it. It feels very real. At the same time, I don't think he's ever seen himself as a hero, so it was interesting to let him go out on such a heroic note.
Viren's kind of abuse-coded (not actually abusive, IMO, but I understand if this makes people uncomfortable in a similar way) act of forcing Lissa to cry into the vial is interesting. It echoes him taking Sarai's last breath.
Him writing out his whole confession on this subject and then burning it because he realized it was only going to do him good was also very nice.
Though I wish Claudia had stuck by her 'I'm going solo' guns a little longer, I still think there's something to how she is so incapable of being alone, of thinking for herself, and desperately seeks direction. She is literally just like her dad, and it makes them both easy targets for Aaravos.
Like, Viren being such a force that Claudia easily followed him, then Claudia being such a force that Soren and Terry both easily followed her, and Aaravos being a supreme force Viren and Claudia both easily follow because at heart, they're more followers than leaders despite the force of their personalities and ambitions -- it's interesting.
Aaravos using Sol Regem to casually destroy a kingdom and kill Viren just as a small step in his plan is pretty fun. We love a grandiose villain!
Looking forward to Claudia and Aaravos. She's in some ways even more unequipped than Viren to handle Aaravos's manipulations, but at the same time, she's a lot more unpredictable than Viren. If this leads up to a confrontation between them, I think that could be really cool.
Aaravos tragic backstory with deleted child was really not on my bingo card at all -- I never thought 'noble revenge' would be his motivation. I like how this parallels him to Viren.
Aaravos crying enough to fill a sea is great imagery
The lore of the startouch elves being actual stars that descend is SO COOL. This is like, the first bit of worldbuilding in this show that's actually seriously impressed me. I love it.
Actual lore as to why humans don't have magic. Well. Not entirely. But it's better than what we had.
I liked Amaya and Janai's wedding looks. Cute.
Janai like Ehe I'll bring out my armies after I get married 😜 is funny. She isn't a very good queen but she is the moment! The gossip blogs would love her.
Ezran eating shit and not having his """diplomacy""" work out. LMAO.
SOL REGEM DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Kinda getting a y'know vibe from Soren and Corvus. I wouldn't mind that. I like that Corvus feels a little more tolerant of Soren than everyone else. It's funny Soren is like finally I'm away from my shit family but his new friends don't seem to care about him at all. Go and be totally free of all this, dude, or get a boyfriend.
Runaan back just when I was starting to think this show really hates gay males.
Rayla correcting her assumption about the sex of the diary's author was cute with the voice over changing. (cont...)
THE BAD
(... cont.) Did unfortunately then make it feel like "Had to be a woman because the author will be pining for a man."
Why is Zym STILL just a dog. Bro. It's like if all through Avatar you had to be aware Appa was going to be king someday. STOP BARKING.
Waiting for the whole cast to become vegetarians and somehow I suspect that will not be happening
When Claudia is listing the spell ingredients she could harvest from that cat thing I was just desperate to have Terry go, "Well, some of those could be ethically harvested, right?"
I find prophecies fairly corny as a writing tool and I get why they're going there -- predicted futures are the source of the anti-human oppression -- but still, I sighed.
Luna Tenebris putting a collar on her pet feels like, weird, right? Right? Right? She's not human and dragons otherwise seem so Respect all magical creatures. (Allegedly.) What is the uneven treatment of animals in this universe.
Naming your episode Red Wedding and I don't see a bloodbath ... oh, come on.
That ramble about ships from Caleb. Shudder.
Jeez, who is Rayla going to save? Her uncle who is an actual character or her backstory parents who are obviously happy and at peace? God forbid one of our main heroes has an actual hard choice to make.
Related: Caleb's 5 second rehab from dark magic.
Making his inner truth being about one other person is ... well ....
Cutting from Viren's rapidly cooling corpse to Lujanne receiving a sensual back massage was certainly a Choice.
Viren missing his wife THIS MUCH when he's barely mentioned her up to now was a little weird. I honestly think they saw the homoerotic interpretations of the very intense dynamics he had with Harrow and Aaravos and have been steadily backpedalling from that. Don't get me wrong, I can believe he loved her and he misses her, but the degree of it feels totally unearned.
I get children's media will have mascots for the children, normally I don't mind them, but dear god this show is hitting critical mass on annoying sidekicks (Zym counts as a very big one and he's already nigh unbearable.)
THE UGLY
I can imagine that the descendants of the human children Leola granted magic to are now able to do magic naturally and this could be the lore behind either Caleb or Ezran's abilities. I actually don't mind this as finally being in-universe explanation for this disparity that isn't just 'they want it more' or whatever, but it doesn't help this show's "Better People Are Born Better" messaging. Now, in that vein ...
King Ezran is a KING. Have we mentioned this? He's a king. He's divinely ordained to be above everyone else. You must show him respect because he's KING. Even Rayla emphasizes what a KING he is. BOW BEFORE HIM.
Ezran's idea of """diplomacy""" is just going "Be nice, please." (Followed by a threat LMAO.) "Go live somewhere else." WHERE. What if they try to occupy territory that isn't theirs? Xadian society seems quite separated and territorial. Ezran doesn't consider this. He doesn't consider anything. He has no actual diplomatic skills because he never offers anything, he just expects people to listen to him because he's KING.
You know in Parasite when they're like Of course the rich people are nice, they can afford to be? When Ezran was going I'm a king and I can choose kindness I was like, You're king because of an accident of your birth, and all your privilege and people looking out for you allows you to operate the way you do.
(Janai having an evil brother who is Not The True Heir To The Throne and Trying To Steal It is just part of the show's overall obsession with this narrative -- see also Viren coming from a less privileged background.)
Of course it's still funny to see Ezran be continuously characterized as So Compassionate, So Loving but when it comes to say, Not burning his own people alive or Extending the hand of kindness to one of his oldest childhood friends or her father, he just turns that shit off. This could be interesting hypocrisy if I thought the show was trying to intentionally paint him this way, instead of just wanting him to not be a total pushover because he's THE KING!!! ALL BOW BEFORE THE KING!!!!
The unbelievable frustration caused by a scene where Claudia is begging to not have to use dark magic -- Terry coming in and saving the day with natural magic -- Claudia staring at the peaceful solution and realizing she needs to change -- BUT IT'S STILL A FUNDAMENTAL DISPARITY IN HOW HUMANS CAN EXIST IN THIS WORLD? Is Claudia supposed to die because dark magic is too wrong to use? Now we have the reveal that humans are being actively denied magic I'm hesitantly hopeful they may get some justice in this regard, but it doesn't change the reality of humans right now. What are humans supposed to do? Rely on others for help? Oh, sure, most of the elves and dragons we meet now are just so nice and helpful to humans, because of the show's 'bad apple' approach to prejudice I've mentioned before, but we know that wasn't always the case.
Like, this actual reminder that the difference in power between a single dragon and a human settlement, and unlike the last time we're on the side of humans this time so you can better appreciate the horror of it ... it's depressing to feel like "Only by grace of your betters do you survive." It's echoes of Janai's 'forgiveness' of the human who put out the fire of that elf who assaulted her. "Aren't you lucky we're so NICE?"
This is all compounded by what I meant at the start of my review, that they've written themselves into a corner, especially wrt dark magic. In universe Soren sees no choice but to ask his father to do dark magic, something all the characters scold each other for constantly. Out of universe, the writers had a huge fuck off dragon come along to commit genocide against the humans and the only realistic solution is .... having Viren do dark magic, something the narrative constantly reinforces as bad. They ultimately frame this act as heroic, and according to a writer (I believe) on the discord, he speaks the spell forward to represent how this act of inherent good overcomes the "inherent evil" of dark magic (quotation marks theirs, interestingly.) I think the writers, for the most part, clearly like Viren and Claudia a lot, and like giving them 'big moments' with dark magic ... but this is part of the reason why the show has continuously reinforced a NEED for dark magic without giving any viable solution for the average human who doesn't have natural magical powers or is friends with dragons and elves like our main heroes. Ultimately, it feels hypocritical of the show to keep going on about the evil of dark magic (now very firmly an addiction metaphor) while having no solution for humans in tricky situations that aren't "magic you and only you can do, for some reason" or "queen dragon who somehow still isn't dead dear god coming to save you" or, y'know, "dark magic." Only one of these is really viable for the average person.
Like, you make it an addiction metaphor, but where's the alternative? Vampires need to drink blood to survive but vampire series often show vampires refusing to drink human blood as an addiction metaphor ... they drink animal blood instead, or something, and you get the metaphor. Right now, in TDP, it's either, do dark magic and suffer, or don't do dark magic and ... suffer more? Okay. I'm not saying life has to be fair or that there isn't value in accepting loss, but when Viren scolds Kpp'Ar for having all his fun with dark magic and then very callously dismissing Viren's fear for his son, I felt that. Viren isn't begging for a beer here. He's begging to save his son. Addiction metaphors need to match the scale and reality of what is being shown to you.
Sorry, I'm now going to harp on more about the Your Betters Are Born Better stuff now because I was actually enjoying (you know, tearfully so) Viren's death until his final lines. WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I GASPED!!!!!!!! HOLD ON!!!!!!!!!!! Like, let me get it out of the way, I get it echoes his last exchange to Harrow and his loyalty to Harrow is tied to his loyalty to Katolis, and they're saying "He was power hungry but now he is acting in a way that is purely, totally selfless for maybe the first time in his life," which is fine. The problem is, I have sat through six seasons of this show kissing royal ass. I have seen Aanya (shudder) mock him for not being a real noble-born ruler. I have seen Ezran's divine authority be reinforced time and again, and seen Viren throw himself submissively before his King to submit to his judgement as King, not as someone he once hurt. I have been reminded time and again that less privileged people who want the power necessary to succeed in a world biased against them are power-hungry lunatics unless they submit themselves enough to the Supreme Order of the world. So to have Viren's last words be him reinforcing that the most heroic thing he can ever be is A LOYAL SERVANT is just ... horrible. If they'd just kept the framing of Viren's death on his love for his family, it would have been way, way better.
Altogether I uh guess the season was mostly fine. They actually did a better job tying disparate narratives together with common themes which I appreciate. I liked the magefam stuff. I hope Soren eventually learns the stuff Viren chose not to tell him. I hope there's realistic forward growth on the attitude towards dark magic and why humans feel they need it, like some acknowledgement that Katolis was only saved because of Viren (make that two nations he has explicitly saved.) Maybe even Ezran can take a break from being unbearably sanctimonious to properly acknowledge his sacrifice. That would be nice!
I really hope humans get some justice for how they've been actively denied a valuable resource. It seems a self-fulfilling prophecy (they punished Leola for giving humans magic, this made Aaravos go darksided, Aaravos gave humans dark magic, humans are very set against the magical community for the way they've been treated so they're more callous about using dark magic) so I hope the ultimate lesson won't be "humans don't deserve this" but "humans only ended up here because they were treated like they don't deserve it, but they do, by right of existing as beings in this world." If Callum (+ Ezran) end the series as the only or some of the only humans with magic powers, I'm going to eat drywall.

Heaven's Princess (Prologue)
Hazbin hotel x seraph!reader Platonic series
Part 1 || Masterlist
Songs of the chapter: Slipping through my fingers (Abba)
The fall, God lost one of his beloved children, his son, the morning star, Lucifer. He, alongside his other 7 children, mourned the loss. The siblings all cherished Lucifer dearly. He was one of the youngest. Years on earth were chaotic, God was angry and felt lost. Then, after he felt his duty to earth was done, he secluded himself only to ever talk to his children and seraphiel, his friend.
After 50 years or so of Emily's birth, Seraphiel had an idea. God loved his children dearly. They always brought light to him. Unfortunately, now it is just being the 7 plus him taking lucifer's job. Their work kept them quite busy, leaving God on his own. Seraphiel debated if this idea would work or be worth it, but there was no harm in trying after all.
He brought the idea to God. God showed no opposition, so the plan was set in motion. Seraphiel created a new baby seraph. Small she was. Pale skin with a purple blush, a cute heart nose, purple hair, and the most notable, lively purple eyes briming with life.
Once God held her in his arms, he felt a familiar surge of love and warmth. Seraphial was glad his idea worked. He watch as God coo'd at the small girl. She giggled back at him flailing her tiny little arms.
That day she was named God's little princess, Eliora Sarai Starlight.
7 beings walked through the spacious and bright home. Upon entering the lounge room, they greeted their father.
“So what exactly did you call us all here for??” Azrael was the first to speak up.
“Well I wanted to introduce you to your little sister of course!!”
“Sister?!” Almost all of his children shouted out of pure shock, not expecting to ever add another to the family since the fall.
“YES! Well, I guess I should explain myself a bit…” God explained best he could of seraphiel's idea. He had given it a try, and it was more than worth it. Some of the siblings were a bit apprehensive about the idea. Some still missed their brother, who had fallen. They just hoped their sister wouldn't become just a replacement for him.
Seeing their mixed feelings, God took them to a very beautiful room. A soft yet elegant crib was in the center. The 7 siblings crowded around immediately to see the small princess. She awoke, sensing multiple new presences. Her big eyes gazed at each of the new faces before reaching out her arms to them. Leroy, the dominion angel, put a gloved hand out towards the little one who immediately grasped it before nuzzling it. Leroy smiled down at the little one, putting his hand on her cheek, gently stroking it.
“She's quite sweet isnt she?”
“Haha! She is.” God's smiled softly watching all the siblings interact. Cassius, the shortest of the siblings, immediately scooped up the small girl. Spinning with her in their arms the little girl squealed with excitement.
“She is absolutely adorable!! What did you name her?!”
“Eliora Sarai Starlight. She's heaven's little princess, so I thought the name would be fitting.”
“Thats so cute! Little Elly!” Cassius spoiled the little girl with kisses all over her face, which made her giggle and squirm.
“Ok let the rest of us have some time with our baby sister!” Azrael snatched her straight from Cassius, giving her a hug and nuzzling her with his face.
“What a little cutie! You got really lucky with this tiny angel!” The sibling each passed her around, giving the girl plenty of affection. Micheal was the last to hold his baby sister. Gently, he rocked her. She was tired out from each of his other siblings and their excessive affections. She snuggled in his arms, and he smiled softly at her tiny, sleepy form.
“She's so precious!” Cassius continued to coo over the adorable baby alongside Azrael and Leroy. The other watched fondly seeing the joy she resparked amongst the family. God felt a sweet familiarity at the scene. He was glad he could bring his family back together.
“Emy!!” A small seraph exclaimed, running into the arms of her friend. Eliora had grown significantly in the past 40 years. Though she was still small in stature, the princess had now aged to that of a 4 year old human child.
“Its good to see you too, lia!” The other seraph squeaked happily, squeezing her friend. Emily was 90 and a good foot taller than the tiny princess. Both had become good friends being close in age. After the princess was old enough to walk and talk, Seraphiel started bringing his youngest with him to visit God. The two girls got along extremely well, pleasing their fathers.
Eliora had also met some of Emily’s other sisters. They were all nice, Sera however was always very strict and bit too much for the princess. She lived with God, the Creator, and even he wasn't so strict with everything. Still, a good bond had formed between the young princess and the youngest seraphim daughter.
For a child, Eliora was very well behaved. She rarely got into any trouble, and most of the time, it was because she followed others when they got into trouble. She'd usually sit and watch others from her father's lap or side. If she was with her siblings, she'd maybe ask a question or two about what she had observed, but other than that, she was easily entertained by watching others. She was quite curious about things, but she wasn't so curious as to figure it out for herself.
“Daddy, whats the bible?”
“Why do you want to know little one?”
“I overheard some angels talking about it.”
“Its a book on Heaven and early Earth written by humans, you know the ones that some call winners. The angels that once lived on earth.”
“Oh? Can you tell me more about it?” Eliora now was 60. She knew a bit about heaven, earth, and winners but not a lot. Her family discussed what age each topic would be appropriate to explain to her. The fall she could learn once she reached 100 along with hell, but for now, just some of heaven and earth was allowed.
God proceeded to tell Eliora a bit about eden before Eve ate the fruit. He also left out Lilith. Mostly, he told her about all the animals, and here he learned her absolute adoration for all animals. He couldn't say he was all that surprised with her sweet, loving nature.
Eliora's 80th birthday was soon. She was currently out with Micheal to go on a cute lunch date. He loved treating her to these special outings. The place was a nice little restaurant owned by a sweet elderly winner who was fairly new. The restaurant dabbled in multiple styles of southern cuisines, as Micheal had told Eliora. The restaurant staff were all southern winners who agreed to join the sweet lady's team to bring a bit of old comfort to their new home. It was a popular lunch place among many new winners. Eliora and Micheal, being heaven born, asked the server for recommendations. They ended up with (your choice ;)) and some beignets for dessert.
“Wow didn't expect Mr. Head Angel Micheal to be out here having lunch with some kid. Fuck, your baby mama leave you huh? That must suck haha!” A man with a strange mask said. Eliora's nose scrunched at the way he talked to her brother.
“Adam i suggest you watch your language. As for the kid shes my little sister Eliora.”
Eliora politely waves at the man before going back to eating.
“Sister? I thought your familial editions ended after the fall?”
“She was given to us about 80 years ago.”
“damn so she really is a little squirt.”
Micheal was annoyed and managed to get Adam to say his goodbyes and leave.
“Elly two things. First don't listen or repeat any new words you hear from Adam. Second I'm sorry we got interrupted.”
Luckily, the rest of the lunch was peaceful and delightful. Eliora said she'd like to go to the restaurant again, Micheal decided to let his siblings know about it if they were to take her out to eat.
Soon Eliora’s 80th birthday passed. She had met Adam a few more times, mostly when she was out with Sera and Emily. Eventually, Adam was asked, Sera had an emergency to attend to, to watch both Emily and Eliora. He wasn't too happy but agreed. He decided to teach them electric guitar while they waited for Sera to return.
“So you hold it like this - yup, good job, squirt.” Adam started with teaching Emily. She struggled but had fun learning. Next, it was Eliora's turn. She had been watching in amazement. She left Adam speechless with how fast she picked up how to play. He decided to teach her a few more rock instruments, which she grasped the basics almost immediately.
‘yo Micheal wtf is your sister on. Sera is using me as an emergency babysitter and so I taught the 2 tinys some instrumental lessons and ur sister knows the basics to like 3 intruments’
‘what?’
‘yeah, bass, electric guitar and drums’
‘...’
Soon enough, Sera was back. Micheal had let his family know what Adam sent him and his theory. They decided to test it, and it was correct. Eliora’s heavenly gift was music related. She also told them how it also incorporated dance after they explained what heavenly gifts were. A celebration was held for the little princess. Adam was invited to which he gifted her some rock instruments, while her siblings gifted all sorts of traditional and modern instruments. Gabriel, however, gifted her dance shoes of all types. Emily was extremely excited and insisted the princess put on a performance for her birthday as a gift.
Over the next 60 years, Eliora practiced her heavenly gifts. She also became close to Adam, and he luckily learned to tone down his rude behavior around her. Anytime he took her around heaven, he'd put her on his shoulders or drape a wing over her like a brother resting an arm on their shorter siblings head.
Eliora had 40 years since learning about the Fall and Hell. She asked each sibling about their experience and about Lucifer. She tried to ask Adam but soon learned that it was a sore subject for him.
Eliora's relationship with God changed with the years, too. They're close, and hes a good father, but the realization of her growing up is starting to make him feel down. She tries her best to assure him that no matter how old she gets, she'll always be his little girl and stay in heaven by his side. Luckily, as long as she was around, his depression seemed to not be too bad. However, with age comes responsibility. She doesn't do any intense work or even a heavenly job, but rather, she observes others work in heaven. From each of her brothers to the seraphim. She didn't really know what she wanted to do, nor was there really a job that she was needed for aside from assisting to lighten others' workloads. Eliora also spent a good amount of time performing for others in heaven, dancing and singing to lift others' spirits or soothe new spirits. That's actually how Eliora made new friends. One went by the name Biatreh, but Eliora called her Bee.
More notes on god and 7 heavenly virtues, mostly based on the art by or for who i assume is @apieceofheaven
I believe cassius is by mika_ji_ on X, they commissioned artists for their design so I can assume as they're the only person I found art of that exact cassius design!! (I love all the designs I hope yall like the ones I chose as reference since we don't know any of their cannon designs)
Also context seraphiel is head of seraphim family in this version, so sera and Emily are sisters (there so many versions of heaven and the names so I'm going with what ones suit this story best and I kinda like the idea of this)
Also name meaning "God is my light" "princess" and obviously starlight is English so you can assume why I chose that <3

"The queen has been taken"
How do I begin to describe this scene. We all have seen Amaya interact with Janai and we're all aware how they stand with each other.
They in Love ofc. That's the simple answer but not really the entire truth.
She explains it all while talking to Rayla in the great bookery when she compares herself to Rayla.
After Sarai died, she felt lost and weak without her. She hated feeling that way so she learned to be strong alone.
Strong, stoic lonely.
But the last 2 years changed everything.
Meeting Janai, falling in Love. She is now stronger than she ever was because because they are stronger together. Love and trust grow a kind of strength greater then we each possess. To have that kind of strength it's not enough to love someone. You have to trust them to share the burdens you carry.
These were all pretty much her own words from Episode 4. With that in mind Episode 7 hits alot more.
The one person that made her feel whole again is now gone. Nobody knows where and if she is still alive.
This is quite possibly exactly what she went through when Sarai died and how the show portrays it is so well done.
I'm gonna use the gifs from my previous post again because simple screencaps don't do it enough justice.
Tumblr media
The way her face, eyes and mouth are reacting to the news. She`s also letting her shoulders fall.
Tumblr media
Her entire vision goes blurry. And she slowly begins to move forward. Not with her usual confidence though.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
She is slumped forward, hand grasping where her heart is. Like a piece of it was torn from it. She drops down on one knee and stares at the ground. Her whole world shaken to the core. We have never seen her like this before.
Only after a few seconds does she regain some form of composure. Slipping back into her stoic self. Just like before, when Sarai died.
Only this time it potentially hurts even more. She puts up her ususal face of confidence when she addresses someone but her sadness and anger break through regardless.
Tumblr media
And the relief she shows when Kim`dael lets Janai go and she runs into her arms?
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Theyre gonna stand by each others side no matter what´ll happen. Let Sol Regem, Karim and Miyana or even Aaravos come after them. It wont matter.
They`ll overcome everything as long as they are together.

That last ask had me wondering about their sexual experience, if that is ok?
Sure! To be honest, I haven't really thought too much about it outside of plot points. So here is a quick overview. (I'm realizing now few ROs have experience in the cast...)
Merikh- He only had one real relationship that progressed to that point, and it made him not trust anyone enough to experience that kind of physical and emotional intimacy. So he's been out of action for years.
Laverna- Absolutely none. Not only would her family make sure that didn't happen, but Laverna hasn't really met anyone she'd be able to risk it for. She has read some saucy books, which she counts as experience though, haha!
Aretas- None, despite the nobles in the court practically throwing their daughters and even themselves at them. He's never experienced even being that interested in anyone, let alone gotten physical.
Sarai- I mean, Aretas's existence is kind of a giveaway, but she had no lovers after the death of Emperor Avith, so she's years out of the game.
Sutek- None. He doesn't want to sleep with his fellow guild members, and he finds it hard to believe that people are attracted to him and not just trying to get on his good side out of fear of the guild.
Desma- A substantial amount. She has a couple of people that she has a friendly, but physical relationship with, but if you ask her if she's ever taken a lover, she would say no. Several people count her as their horrible ex. She hits and runs.
Heka- Absolutely none. He's grown up in a secluded mountain temple, and although he's been flirted with, he's never realized it.
Nari- She has none, but growing up around soldiers means that she's not as sheltered as other young noble women her age would be. She hasn't had anyone express that type of interest in her and she wouldn't take them up on it if they had, because of her rank and title.

@merxxki ... sarai & cereus.
sarai   had   to   make   sure   everyone   she   loved   was   safe,   and   cereus   was   on   that   list.   it   was   just   nice   to   have   someone   else   beside   her   as   they   both   took   care   of   sera   especially   now   with   their   high   lady   being   closer   and   closer   to   delivering   the   baby.   seeing   cereus,   a   breath   of   relief   left   her   petite   body.   she   picked   up   her   dressing   gown's   skirt   to   move   closer   to   the   other.   her   hand   handed   on   cereus's   shoulder,   letting   the   other   know   she   was   there.   "cereus,"   she   breathed,   relief   on   her   face.   and   her   touch   lingered   for   a   moment   too   long   before   sarai   pulled   it   back.   "i   am   so   happy   to   see   you."

Sarai had been pacing nervously in her room for hours, going over how she could possibly handle the task of being a mortal’s guardian angel when she’s already managed to ruin so many things in Heaven.
Should she ask for help, or would that make it seem like she was incompetent? She knew she couldn’t ask Sera. But she knew she was in over her head with this assignment, so she needed any kind of advice.
Working up her nerves, she remembers that Emily may be able to help her. It seemed logical enough. Emily interacted with Winners more than any other Seraph she knew and she was good at it.
She approaches Emily in the hallways of the Palace as she sees her.
Joybringer? Emily? May I speak with you at this moment? -🦢
@seraphim-sarai
*Emily looked up from where she had been heading in surprise. Sarai looked troubled, and Em went into Joy-Bringer-Mode as if flicked on by a switch. Her smile wide, her chin raised, her wings lightly ruffled with excitement and her eyes bright.*
“Sarai? Oh, just Emily is fine! How can I help you?”

Shark's Birthday 03 March 💫
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Hi everyone,
Tomorrow, the third of March, will be my birthday, and as trivial as it is, I realized that it will also be my first Tumblr birthday. Now, I am not going to write a full novel-length and tear-snatching post but I genuinely wanted to thank both my beloved mutuals and amazing readers. The love I've received soon after joining Tumblr, especially by the Peaky Blinders fandom, has brought me much more than I expected. You brought/still bring me much more than you can imagine.
No existing word is powerful enough to tell you how thankful I am when it comes to your talks, support, comments, reblogs, gifts, and asks. Basically, thank you so much for every tiny interaction besides likes. You've sincerely helped me change my mind during challenging and stressful moments in my life. You've made me smile, laugh, and cry but more importantly, you've made me feel safe and loved.
One year older but 1,5k amazing souls heavier!
Love,
Shark.
thanks to my loves, @adaydreamaway08 @theshelbyclan @jomarch-wannabe @esposadomd @zablife @woofgocows @anathemasworld @anastasia000 @kate654 @kxnnxy @babayaga67 @meowtastick @shelbyssins @sarai-ibn-la-ahad @bluevenus19 @raincoffeeandfandoms @kishie8 @zablife @alexandra-001 @dearshelby @alexizodd @helen06dreamer @kmc1989 @emotionalcadaver @peakyswritings @peakyltd @chaosinkest1996 @vanhelsingsbigtoe @cherubswhispers @he6rtshaker @bemyqueenofdarkness @cljordan-imperium @cjarbo @red-riding-wood @rysko @darklydeliciousdesires @justrainandcoffee @shelbydelrey @fiercelittlemouse @ceirinen @runnning-outof-time @cillmequick @sparksetfire @evita-shelby and I certainly forgot a shit ton of ppl.

Dr. Saverina | Character Interaction Page
Ref Sheet
Hehe, more Dr. Saverina uwu I much like this new design of her (I say that and all I did was give her a new haircut and adjusted her colours lol)
Anyhow, let's break down her interactions below the cut uwu
Sarai — "Silly Shane Girl"
Dr. Saverina is actually aware that Sarai is a Shane. How did she figure it out? Good question. Instead of ratting her out, Dr. Saverina instead helps her out, gives her advice, and scolds her when she does something dumb. She is Sarai's safe space during her time at Blakk Industries.
She wasn't all too happy when Sarai and Twist became a thing tho, she knew that Twist would find out eventually and knew it was not going to be pretty. She never said anything, tho, she just prayed it would all turn out ok...
Twist — "Like my own son"
Despite looking eerily alike (not on purpose, I swear), Dr. Saverina is not Twist's biological mother. She is, however, his mother figure, and she, in turn, treats him like a son. She's not sure when it happened, but she wouldn't change it for the world.
She gets really worried whenever he comes back to her injured and pampers him until he feels better. She can't help it.
Sometimes, Twist slips up and calls her "Mom" without realizing it, but Dr. Saverina has never once corrected him, and she never will.
Medic | Boon Doc — "The real healer"
The mythical Boon Doc, one of the most rare slugs with only a handful known to exist, is a part of Dr. Saverina's medical arsenal. She was blessed to obtain him after going under rigorous mentorship under a healer in Bonnie Springs Cavern. He passed his slug onto her, knowing she'd be a suitable successor, and she and Medic have been together ever since.
Dr. Saverina holds a deep respect for her slug, not only for its status but also for being her companion.
Dr. Saverina's Arsenal
Medic | Boon Doc
Unnamed | Slyren
Unnamed | Fandango
Unnamed | Hypnogrif
Unnamed | Arachnet
Unnamed | Aquabeek
Unnamed | Flaringo
Unnamed | Flopper
Unnamed | Gazzer
Unnamed | Slicksilver
Unnamed | Thresher
Unnamed | Vinedrill
Despite being forced for work for Dr. Blakk, Dr. Saverina did have one condition: her slugs were not to be ghouled, and surprisingly, Dr. Blakk gave and kept his word.

–– closed  starter  for  @saraifm ;  sarai’s place  ’  8pm.
Tumblr media
"  okay  –  okay  ,  you  are  right  ,  i  had  ulterior  motives  ,  "  they  admitted  ,  clutching  their  stomach  laughing.  wren  was notoriously  awful  at  keeping  any  kind  of  fun  surprise  and that  must  have  been  showing  on  their  face  ,  because  sarai didn't  believe  them  for  a  second.  they  reached  over  for  their  bag  and  pulled  it  forward  ,  pulling  out  a  beautifully  hand -  painted  tin  with  somewhat  abstract  flowers  and  shapes.  " for  your  birthday.  i  know  it's  tomorrow  ,  but  i  wanted  to get  you  something  now  because  i  wasn't  sure  what  your  plans were  going  to  be.  "
