[ID: Another video, this one just a little less grainy. A bespectacled man is up close now to what appears to be the same Skitty (?) which has now grown even larger. It's giant head is in its paws, in position to be pet. S- Okay, okay, just one more of these. It let me get close to it. It looks like it isn't hostile. It's just... really big? And maybe a little genetically strange? It doesn't really feel like petting a Skitty. It's skin has a gummy consistency. It's a little like a ditto, but I don't think it can change forms like one. It doesn't seem to have any other abnormal qualities other than being incredibly large. Well, and it does this... ID: The man presses against its paw, and it moves like its made of jelly.

S- So that's this mystery solved. You have, er, a really big, weird skitty down here. I don't have an explanation for this one. I've been wandering around down here for two hours and it just keeps going, doesn't it? Backrooms are weird, and people shouldn't really come back here. Anyway I think that wraps things up.]

So, at this point I'm just going to wait for the rescue team. Probably won't update until tomorrow when I'm back at the lab, but at this point I don't think I'm in all that much danger.

I'm not sure how I'm going to write a report about this? Maybe we'll just call it a wash.

Alright, paperwork is signed, so it looks like we are ready to go in. That was a... very long waver they had me sign. Almost an inch thick!

Before I go in, I've got three working theories on what I believe is causing this.

1) Temporal anomaly caused by someone attempting some Pomeg abuse. A common side effect can be a person's pokemon appearing to fuse with another as their forms accidentally overlap one another. It isn't harmful to the pokemon, the effect is merely visual, though it could still mean a Decamark (or ??????????) Is present near by.

2) A Kantonian glitch pokemon has somehow become lost here. The closest I could find to the given description is Z ゥ, which takes the form of a cat like pokemon, but it's much closer to a Persian than a Skitty. It's harmless, though if being in this biome caused it to shift its form, we might not know what it's capable of. It has a variant that can produce a powerful visual toxin, but it shouldn't look like a cat in that case.

3) Gas leak. Sometimes the simplest answer is the correct one.

Anyway I'll be updating as I get further in. I'm bringing Gilligan and Kadabra with me, as well as little Query. I've also brought a few recording devices and a detector for temporal anomalies, so I think our bases are covered.

Just gonna drop this here and run. ;;; v ;;;

Okay, so like, some of you guys have been asking for me to upload some of my works here, so here I go at last. Please don't hurt me. ; v ;

My name is Pat and I'm one of the original authors for that god-awful ZADR fanfic, "ZADR Orange." It's likely one of the cringiest fanfics I've ever written in my life, but like, also the thing that has been feeding my soul for the past 10 years of working on it. The beginning is rushed and terrible, the characters are OOC, and my writing from back then is just...blah. HOWEVER it's become something I can't let go of and so I continue to plague the fandom with its continued existence even after all these years of posting. Some people have come to love it, others hate it to its core, but for me, it's that thing that has given my life purpose (as stupid as that may sound). It's pushed me to make improvements in my writing, even if you can't necessarily see those improvements in the earliest chapters of the work (and by earliest chapters, I mean like the first 150 of them. Yep, that's how long it took me to not suck as much as I did back then). To this day, I continue to upload new content and VERY SLOWLY make revisions to its beginning. Perhaps someday it will be a halfway decent work of fiction in the fandom and not a target for criticism as mentioned in this hate Wiki: https://toxicfandomsandhatedoms.miraheze.org/wiki/Invader_Zim_Fandom (which I really can't argue with. XD It is pretty cringe-worthy).

There are like a million other fics posted in this fandom that far surpass anything that I could ever hope to write, but still, I strive to improve my works constantly. I know I've gotten a lot of love and support from some fans over the years, but my inner critic is always there to remind me that if I hadn't been the one to write it myself, I likely would have passed it up as a reader simply for its rushed formatting, dialogue, and word flow. Also for the copious amounts of pointless filler word vomit I tend to get into because I think it's interesting at the time only to realize later that I was simply rambling. But ah well. That's just how it goes sometimes, especially when writing an RP (Oh, did I mention that this story was originally a role play with another person? Yeah, there's that too. Since I was the one writing our parts into narrative though, I feel solely responsible for butchering what could have been a decent story if I just hadn't rushed the beginning bits so much). Umm...But yeah, anyways, moving on.

As I mentioned above, this story has also been accused of portraying the characters as WAY OOC from the show. Once again, my fault because I have a tendency towards writing Dib as a whiny little overemotional bitch most of the time. Sorry about that. ; v ; It's a preference in most of my writing with him though. To me personally, what makes ZADR so appealing in the long run, is exploring the emotional torment of somebody who has been called crazy all his life. Dib is just the saddest little stubborn panda bear in all of my writing and I heavily prefer works in which he is the submissive to Zim. Like, Zim is adorable in his own right, but I can't imagine him simply surrendering his dominance to Dib, regardless of how much taller Dib might ever grow. Plus, in my head, Dib will always be that hopeless virgin type of character (even if Zim IS fucking his brains out half the time in my works). Zim's not as clueless as he may seem sometimes either. Like, he's lived a whole other life long before he came to Earth. I imagine he's seen some things and experienced more in his life than Dib has, even if one of the main consensus is that Irken's mature more slowly than humans. Irken society is very different from human society in my mind so I imagine some things are more normal for Irkens than other things (but I won't get into that here. That's a post for a different point in time.)

Whoo boy, this is getting long, and I haven't even posted a link to the actual story yet. ; v ; I guess what I'm trying to say though is that I have a very personal way of viewing and portraying the characters in my work. Perhaps that's why it gets both positive and negative feedback from people. I don't expect everybody to agree with or even like my work, but I simply ask that it not be crushed into the ground for its flaws. Above all else, I write my stories for fun and to see my own improvement. And yes, I know it may seem weird that I'm so paranoid about advertising a work that's been present in this fandom for YEARS now (especially as it used to be advertised quite a lot back when I was still writing it with my co-writer), but let's just say this fandom has left me with some pretty nasty battle scars in the past. I know the haters will always exist and they're better off ignored, but I've had to see close friends come and go from this fandom as a result of that hate. I don't understand the fixation some people have with drama in this fandom. Yes, you're entitled to an opinion, but please don't shove it in other people's faces. It's like some people enjoy intentionally being assholes online and trying to ruin other people's fun. I've tried to distance myself from that sort of hatred because I don't need that sort of stress in my life any longer. But in doing so, it DOES make it harder to interact with the nicer fans out there/continue posting my works, regardless of how long I've been in the fandom. Also, I was kind of an attack dog back in the day when it came to defending some of my friends, which kind of put me in a bad light to some people in the fandom for a while. Whoops. My bad. As much as I hated that sort of drama, I was always the first to jump in and make an ass of myself when it came to defending my friend. Hahaha. <XD

About the blog:

-I’ve wrote this a few times now on the blog but I am Semi-Selective and Mutuals only. I have a lot of anxiety or rping with to many people. I do open up to more people in time. Again, I rp for fun and as a stress release I don’t want to start making rping stressful.

-If I’m following you and you follow back. How do you know it’s me?? I send geckos and danger noodles. I’m very shy when first interacting so I send geckos on anon. It’s a way for me to 1) judge your muse and how they handle things. 2) It makes me feel better as a starter to say hello.

-This blog is a nsfw/sfw blog.

-I don’t rp with minors. I’m literally over 21+ I don’t feel personally comfortable with minors interacting or rping with me. Nothing against ya, I’m just not comfy with it. Other reasons are because I rp a lot of adult/dark themes and I don’t feel comfy with minors being around that.

-I’ll pretty much rp anything except anything NSFW with minors or anything NSFW with minor muses.

-I will unfollow if I feel like pretty wiggy about your blog. By this I mean, let’s say you post a canon call. Then you make a post complaining about people liking said canon call. I mean this like you do this a lot. I’m old and I don’t care and it comes off as wiggy to me.

-I do not accept or acknowledge hate to anyone of any kind on my blog, thank you. If I see it on my blog I’m going to delete it. This means I do not condone sending or receiving hate of any kind to others or myself.

-I also will add a side note to this because I can’t believe I have to do this. If I don’t accept of acknowledge hate that also means I will not send hate. I have not and will never do such actions.

-Muse =/= Mun. This means the Mun and Muse do not always share the same feeling or would act the same way. We are two different people.

-I do not rp with blogs that do not have at least an about and/or a rules page. I feel much more comfortable seeing those. I don’t care if your blog is fancy or if you have icons. Just these two things at least is important to me.

-I write to have fun! Rping is a hobby of mine and really helps destress me. Enjoy what you do and have fun with it! Don’t worry about replying right away, I’m chill with waiting.

There really isn’t any excuse as to why you can’t trim your posts. On mobile there is a giant X you can press. This is true on desktop as well.

-Do not reblog my threads unless you are apart of them. If you do I will block you.

-I’m not an rp meme blog, if you are not a mutual please don’t reblog the memes. Reblog it from the sources.

Triggers:

-The only triggers I have is Sharks (Realistic Images or video of them) and IV Needles. I just ask that you please tag them. It’s cool if you forget it happens. Mostly it’s the needle bit that is the worst trigger. I have other trigger they are just very rare and very hard to hit. I’ll let ya know if you ever hit them.

-If you need something tagged just let me know.

-I will tag things if you need it tagged. I’m also an idiot and forget sometimes. Just slap me with a friendly reminder message and I’ll tag it for ya. When I tag things I always forget to tag things with ‘tw’ at the end. Example rather then writing ‘gore tw’ I write ‘gore’. Again, I do this mostly because I forget to put ‘tw’ at the end.

Shipping / writing:

-I’ll just slide this in here too. I ship chemistry, if I feel the two muses are getting along and you wanna ship them I’m down. I don’t ship with minors. If you wanna have a family bond connection with my muse, smack dat message button and hit me up. I’m down for chatting about it and plotting it out!

-I ship Connor/Hank personally but this doesn’t mean every Hank my muse meets will want to jump their bones. Again I can’t stress enough how I ship chemistry. I won’t ship with anyone right off the bat unless you talk to me ahead of time and want to plot something out.

-If your Hank only sees Connor as a son, I’m totally cool with that too. Again I do not ship anything unless you’ve messaged me before hand. I just like chemistry between muses first.

-I will ship hate pairings, crack pairings, and just because pairings.

-If you want to ship with my Connor, hit me up. Again this is normally after we’ve been rping for a while. I’m for the most part chill about shipping.

-I have my own NTP I’m chill with talking about them. I’m also over all a very chill but weenie of new peeps person. Again I’ve been around a while.

-If you have a ship you wanna try out with my Connor slap that message button and I’m more than happy to chat it out. We can come up with an idea. But again I prefer chemistry first over shipping.

-I love to plot things out. If you have an AU you would like to try out I’m totally open for it.

-If you see mistakes in my grammar and spelling I am sorry. I tend to type fast and sometimes aren’t able to catch all my mistakes. Please bare with me on that and I’ll most likely edit my posts. Or more commonly I’ll respond with like little to no sleep in me and don’t realize I messed up spelling or used the wrong words or grammar till like the next day or when I post my reply and reread it. Again I have insomnia… most days I’m up till like 3-4 am. Not even lying there. Some days I sleep for like… 14 hours. There is little to no in between.

-I can and will rp dark themes. I love rping angst or pretty much anything. That being said, just be aware of my fear of needles. I will rp sharks just because I can’t physically see them. Writing about that doesn’t bother me just anything to do with blood work just … yeah.

-I write rather large posts when I role play. Don’t feel intimidated because you don’t have to match my post size. It’s just my thing I do. I only ask that if I reply with let’s say a paragraph I wish for at least a paragraph back. This doesn’t apply if it’s a crack thread. Those are just up in the air and fun.

-If your muse is an OC, from a different fandom, or if he never met you in the game and your beginning message/thread/starter is acting like he knows you right from the get go and he doesn’t I might not answer the ask or thread. Just because sometimes it makes me uncomfortable unless it just fits or you have messaged me ahead of time.

-I also love the idea of my Connor viewing any of the Rk series as family. If you don’t see it that way hit me up and I’m chill with it.

-If the post is long or nsfw based I put them under read more.

Just things I didn’t really know where else to put:

-I am SUPER shy online. In person I’m a loudmouth who isn’t afraid of anything. So it takes me a good long time to message people to rp.

-I tend to update my blog a lot because I want my blog to be the best that it can be in my eyes. Your blog doesn’t have to be this detailed or fancy looking I just hold my blog to a stupid standard in my head.

-Mun is 21+ and pretty much only feels comfortable rping with 18+ muns.

-I have Major Depression, ADHD, PTSD, Anxiety, and DID. I do have a blog for my system they probably won’t interact on this blog. Please be aware of this as there are days I just… struggle.

-I am always tired, if I’m not tired I’m hyper as fuck.

-I read the rules and about everyone’s blog I ever follow. I feel more comfortable and more likely to rp with you when I see the rules and about pages. I will read about the mun pages too. This allows me to get a peak into not only your muse but who you are.

-OCs I’m so sorry I’m a bit picky at times. If I can’t picture my muse interacting with them I sort of just… Don’t bother. It’s nothing against your oc. I promise you that. I am just a little picky after being burned a few times.

-I’m just here to have fun. I want to rp as a way to help my own stress of life. If you like my Connor, great! Thank you for liking him! If you don’t, cool, you don’t have to. I like all sorts of ships. I don’t really care about gender mostly because I myself am pan but I just don’t care. If two characters mingle well and feelings start to arise I’m more likely to ship it. You don’t have to like the ship. It’s cool.

-I am 28. I’ve been rping for a stupid ass long time. I’ve seen shit in fandoms come and go. I don’t care about drama, I don’t want your drama, I’m just here to have some fun. Cool. That’s gonna come off as mean… Sorry.

Besides the obvious fact I won't rp smut or ship with minor muns/muses whatsoever, do not follow me if you're underage. This because I feel uncomfortable interacting with minor muns due to the huge age gap that might be between us. (Mun is currently 25 as I write this) Please, don't take it too personally, it's just for my own comfort. Furthermore, if your rules and age (mun is 18+, mun is 23, mun is of age and so on...) are not present on your blog I won’t rp with you at all. Lying about your age will result into a permablock and reported. The same applies if you're underage or your age is not stated and you dare to interact in any kind of NSFW way with me (This also includes liking/commenting my nsfw posts or sending me nsfw asks)

Hey, I was wondering...I want to ask for advice. I’ve always wanted to start an ask blog, and I was wondering if you could give me tips on how to run one, get notes etc. As I have recently started one, and would love to get noticed. //sounds like I’m an attention whore oops // ^////^

Of course anon! Although, any advice I’m gonna give is just based off of personal experiences. Also this may be a bit long, sorry!

So first off, make sure you pick a fandom/thing you like and one that you won’t get tired of. You wanna do this ask blog for yourself. Something you love and not something you feel you have to do.

I do suggest making a whole new tumblr account. Not a side blog. I made that mistake with my first ask blog and when I realized my mistake it was too late to really make a new account to move. You wanna make a new account so you can send asks to others with your account instead of on anon. But if you did end up created it as a side blog and not another account, you can still send asks to other blogs. Just go on anon and put like @(blognamehere), so whoever you are asking will know you are another ask blog.

If you can try and have a theme that looks nice and easy to navigate. Having an about/F.A.Q is very helpful!

Next, pick what kind of ask blog you wanna do. Is it gonna be more story based, just asks, roleplaying or maybe a certain au? Will you be a more text based blog or will you answer your asks with art? When you decide what type of blog you wanna do, try and stick with that for consistency. If you do decide to like change it later on, maybe make a post letting your followers know.

For myself, I had a story somewhat for my first ask blog. I did save every conversations I had with friends to keep a bit of a timeline and backstory. My second ask blog, is more of a whatever I feel like. It has a tiny story but that’s because I have a partner blog.

Since my ask blogs are more art related, I did make color palettes for my characters so I would have consistent coloring for like their hair, eyes, skin or any items they would have on them all the time.

Now with interacting with people, please don’t spam other ask blogs. Send a few asks here and there if you wanna interact. Also make sure you read other ask blogs about/F.A.Q. they may have answered a question you might have considered asking them. Just be a bit patient if they don’t answer right away. Sometimes life comes up and they can’t do anything with their blog, it more than likely is not personal. So don’t stress about it.

As for getting noticed, honestly I don’t know how I got followers. All I ended up doing was using the tag system. I tried to keep the main tags first, like what fandom it is, the character and then the ship if it is ship based. If you talk in the tags, like I do, I talk after I have already tagged the post with the main tags.

My friends also helped me out by reblogging my posts. I do suggest if you are trying to promo your blog, to reblog your posts to your main. Sometimes there will be other ask blogs who will promo you if you ask, but not all of them. I personally have no problem doing a promo for ask blogs.

Also, don’t worry if you don’t get asks at first. If you need to send yourself some or have a friend send some, that’s okay! Same with getting notes. Don’t be afraid to reblog your posts a few times. You can always delete your reblogs later if you don’t want to clutter your blog with them. Just make sure it is the reblogs you are deleting and not the main post.

When it comes to answering asks out of character, I personally try and keep that to a minimum. I will tag those asks with like ‘ooc’ or ‘mun replies’. Just so people can blacklist it if they don’t wanna see it.

This one is important…

Don’t respond to any hate asks. Honestly it’s not worth the time. Just delete them. If a person keep sending some/harassing you, just block them. Don’t take any hate messages to heart.

It is your blog in the end. You created your ask blog for you. You wanted to have fun cause you love the character(s)/fandom or even an au you created. Don’t stress about it. If you need a break cause you are overwhelmed by asks, take that break. No one can tell you how to run your blog. You aren’t required to answer asks everyday.

Just make sure you have fun!
