Tighnari is fond of Amber, all things considered. She can be a bit loud and her pyro vision makes him a little nervous when she's around the forest, but she's got a good heart. And most importantly, Collei adores her, and she's a good influence.

"She's doing well." He can't keep the smile gracing his lips. What can he say? He's incredibly proud of Collei and all of the progress she's made - how hard she's worked for every step forward. And if anyone can appreciate just how far that is, it's certainly Amber.

"Duties and all. I'm sure you already know her penmanship is much improved, but she's really taken to medicine and picking it up quickly. Some of the kids request her specifically when they come to the infirmary to be patched up." If they could, he's sure of few of them would follow her around like ducklings everywhere she went. It's sweet, to see kids looking up to her.

"And her cooking is getting quite good." Many, many kitchen mishaps later. "I think she made pita pockets for lunch for you both once she's back from her patrol." He glances towards Amber curiously. Tighnari assumed she'd accompany Collei on patrol. "That's another couple hours, yet, though. Would you like to help me sort these herbs?"

«Well, well --- Isn't our Outrider the sweetest? My heart is moved, truly». Ah, there it is --- the typical jest from a man Mondstadt has come to know and love. Although Kaeya and Amber may not see eye to eye on certain matters, it is true that the captain feels relieved to have such a competent ally and caring friend. Thus, it only feels right to return the sentiment.

«It may not be much, but I hope you enjoy it». Much like one would expect from a gentleman, Kaeya bows slightly, the hand that then extends toward Amber holding a pink tulip. A special type --- one that, apparently, will never wilt, for it seems to have been enchanted for such a purpose. Or so he has been told from a recent acquaintance.

«Thank you for always being so reliable». Wow. A flower and an honest compliment. Must be Outrider Amber's lucky day!

"Hey, hey! It's been a while? Are things going well? We should talk over a good bite to eat! Can't be talking on an empty stomach you know!"

The goddess turns her head to see the energic person near her. She hasn't had the time to really get to know Amber but seemed like a sweetheart. "Oh! It's nice to see you." She gives Amber her usual warm smile. Isolde doesn't require eating as a normal function, but she certainly loves a good meal regardless.

"Food sounds lovely." She couldn't simply turn away a good meal. "I'm doing fine as of late."

"Hey Bennett! Have you found anything new on your recent adventures?! I'd love to hear about them!"Insert an excited Outrider, she loves hearing about what people have been up to.

"Heya Amber!!"

Bennett is immediately riffling around in his bag, excitedly chattering as he did.

"Oh definitely! I got to take a trip out to Sumeru again on a commission, so there's always cool stuff to see out there. I actually got to see the giant mushrooms this time!!"

He's finally found what he was looking for: a slightly blurry Kamera print of Mawtiyima Forest. The bio-blue light of the massive fungi bathed the sumpter beast-trodden path a dreamy shade.

"There were all these smaller mushrooms too, and more Anemo slimes than I thought! And do you know about the bounce-mushrooms out there?? You jump on them and you get launched into the air-"

The floodgates have unlocked!

─「ديهيا」─  while the FLAME-MANE had never personally talked or gotten to know the outrider from MONDSTADT, she had seen the other in sumeru more than once, usually being with the now forest ranger trainee within the avidya forest. the mercenary just happened to pass by the forest itself during her travel and was stopped by the said OUTRIDER with one of the biggest smiles she had ever seen from a person.

                " wha — for me ? " the whole tray was filled to the brim with different kind of snacks, most of them she had never seen before. surprised painted her face as she looked at the other, blinking, initially unsure of what to do before breaking out into an almost bashful laughter.

                " really, you're too good to me ! how did you know it was my birthday ? and how could you assemble so many different kinds of snacks so fast ? i'm impressed ! " the mercenary returned the smile with one of her own, a bright, grateful one that stretched from ear to ear. she might not know this one personally, but her kindness and friendliness towards a stranger like herself was admirable. she's already on her good book !

                " thank you ! amber, was it ? they all look very nice. but i don't think i'd be able to finish all of them. should we eat them together, then ? which one would you recommend ? " well, it was a bit of a lie that she wouldn't be able to finish them. the flame-mane had quite an appetite on her, however, she wished to learn more about the outrider and what's better way to bond with someone than sharing food, right ?

Of course Amber is going to adore tiny trav. But she's here, going the extra mile. Having cut up some Mondstadt dishes into little pieces, little cubes if you will. In order to feed the tiny traveler some good food to boot.

Leave it up to the outrider to do the unexpected and to go the extra mile! Food hadn't been much of an issue to the traveler today, seeing as any portion size would pretty much be supersized to the tiny lad today, but cutting it all into pieces took a bit more extra time than he would like to exert... especially when getting anywhere took extra time as well.

Enter the thoughtful outrider! These little cubes were the perfect size and she would receive one very happy traveler indeed. This aforementioned happy traveler would be even happier if she also dined with him - after all, food always tasted better with friends.

If it's the birthday, then you can count on this lovely Outrider crashing in, and wanting to give such fine messages of Happy Birthday. But look! She's even brought some of Mondstadt's finest snacks along with her! "You're going to get nothing but so many hugs for today! Happy Birthday!"

      The little birdies were active today with their birthday! Not that they were displeased to see Amber, quite the opposite; the bright and bubbly outrider's energy was quick to brighten their own as well, pleased coo leaving the god upon being given her gifts.

      "Huhu, thank you, these look delicious ... hey! No hug for me from you? Can't tell me I'm gonna get hugs and then not get one." Their tone was jesting, of course, one arm held open in invitation for her to give said hug ( as the other was safely holding the platter of snacks which will be consumed ).

She does not know what exactly she has done to deserve such kind treatment. But...!!! It is something she is grateful for and Amber is graced with the rare sight of a smile easing across perpetually anxious features, smoothing them out into a relaxed expression when Layla sets her gaze on her.

"...Amber? How..? Since when did you get here?" It really is nice to see a friendly face every now and then.

It is an absolute delight to see that it is somewhat contagious! It has been an absolute blast being able to develop him as a character and getting to know more muses, your Amber included! You're such a sweetheart, and it is quite impossible not to adore your Amber as well! Keep shining like always.~ <3

It had been a long journey from home, but Neka finally had Mondstadt in his sights. That didn’t mean he didn’t have quite the distance left to travel given the city’s location in the middle of a lake, but in comparison to the trek from Snezhnaya through Fontaine and Qingce, it was a mere pittance.

Despite having a both a Vision and a catalyst hanging from his side, he always kept one hand tightly on the bag he carried; it held his valuable research materials...not to mention enough Mora to last him a fair amount of time, since food and lodging would hardly be free. Traveling alone as he was would make him a target for opportunistic treasure hoarders, so Neka kept his guard up.

A growling noise jolted him from the thoughts running through his head. Breaking his eyes from the majestic city to his left, Neka looked down at the offender: his stomach. First thing he’d do upon arriving at Mondstadt would be to stop at a restaurant and get a good hearty meal! Just a little further now...
