wondering if koga or adonis are going to get some more character development or like Not Really, because. koga's got his stuff in the ! era, which, fine! new players have absolutely no idea what happened and how important his current dynamic with rei is, it's cool, hurts only a little bit!, meanwhile adonis is still... trapped in his unfortunate character trope... that i doubt he'll ever break out of.
i'm not expecting either of them to do a complete 180 obv, but i do actually want to see koga figure himself out as, how to put it, an individual musician with his own style*? and if i have to read about how adonis is big scary huge and terrifying** at first glance, but actually, wow! what a surprise! kind, quiet and gentle once you talk to him even ONE more time, i'm going to snap.
*i'm just kinda biting my hands here because there are bighuge neons in my brain pointing out that koga's path should have him as a some sorta representative of undead ? temporary leader perhaps? considering everything we've learned in crossroads AND the fact that he mentions in his initial story how he's the least popular/known member and he wants to change it On Top Of wanting to face rei as equals, like. augh. put him in a situation please

If you're wondering why I haven't posted any thoughts about the Rangers' offseason moves, it's because you're probably not gonna like what I'm gonna say about it lol.

Yes I think dumping Troubs and Barclay were ultimately necessary.#Rangers have a very rapidly closing window and if they want to get the Cup fixing 5v5 and keeping Igor is a priority#And say what you want about those guys-- and I WILL miss them I'm not heartless-- but they were huge cap sucks I'm sorry#Trouba I might miss a little less because I haven't seen a captain on this team last longer than 3 years I have no emotional attachment lol#And there were a lot of times that Trouba singlehandedly cost us leads and games#I DO feel for him and his wife though for their situation-- which is very messy and in a perfect world they shouldn't have to move bc of it#In this case it's just one massively burned bridge and while I don't think Drury is handling it perfectly I do think it was inevitable.#Barclay I'll miss a lot I love grindy intangible guys like Barcs but...4 regular season goals is a killer on ANY line#Particularly when you're trying to improve 5v5 play#Together they had a nearly $11M cap hit that's a lot of fucking money and unfortunately sports is a business#I also haven't been......wowed by their offseason moves?#Reilly Smith could have upside but I'm not a fan of his cap hit personally and it will solely depend on how well he performs in his role#Sam Carrick is a rental who basically does your typical fourth line shit I guess#And..........that's it Drury has done nothing else RIP in pieces I guess#Also thoughts on captaincy: they won't name one until they're sure they could run it back I think but if they do it's Troch's to lose#Kreids and Bread don't want it I don't think Mika wants it and I like Fox in theory but he probably isn't the vocal type Troch is#OKAY#Those are my thoughts feel free to agree or disagree but here they are packaged placed and packed.

this song and mv IS mika yeah but i just love how everything, even shus own event, has been ultimately about mika and thats why ive been saying why i think shu is such an amazingly written character and easily one of my favorite redemptions ever
#when have you ever seen a character who has realised how badly he ruined everything and how much he hurt#those dearest to him and then not only expressed how sorry he is but also dedicated EVERYTHING#to make up for it in story and on the meta level more than shu?#like i said everything in !! even shus own event story is centered around mika. around helping him become#a whole person who is capable and innately important and deserving of happiness#and i love that bc even tho shus my favorite character that is what he owes. he deserves to take the backseat#and do his best to support and uplift mika. and he does do that!#and hes not perfect. esp during neverland he was stumbling but he stayed open and honest#and bc of his imperfection but still neverending effort to do better he has one of my fave redemptions ever#bc like the story didnt end when he realised he was wrong and apologized#theres been years of consistent development after it#so it feels natural and like building the strongest possible foundation#djfjdjd idk. maybe im being too generous#but in the end the choice is mikas and shu knows that too#hes shus 'only partner he has in this life' and all shu must do is show that and leave it for mika to decide what to do with that

TODAY ... THE DAY OF THE K-MODS DIRECTX11 UPDATE :)
Hello everyone :)
Here we are, after 2 weeks of intensive hard work :D we finally made most of our Sims 4 creations compliant with the pesky direct x11 update ...
As we thought, it has nothing to do with square or non square pictures ( maxis make non square pictures since the Sims 2 ) as we read around the web. So, do not waste your time with this point.
The difference between before the directX11 and after the directX11 is that now, strictly x2 multiple .dds are required.
Mainly, the minimum sizes of images in the Sims are 128 and/or 256 ( except thumbnails and some tiny specular which are smaller ) ...
Based on this, before the directX11, we could make images based on multiple of 128 and/or 256 such as 768x768 - 1536x1536 and so on, which was convenient to render a better image without growing too high in size/weight. It was a kinda suitable tolerance which is accepted by almost all games !
But now, every image which is not a perfect x2 multiple brings the famous question mark on it.
Curiously, this statement does not apply to ... Walls ! 256 base multiple is still working ( 256x768 - 256x1024 - 256x1280 ) Illogical as fuck but well ... here we are ;)
The Worlds we didn't update are due for a complete redux, so you'll have to wait a bit for those :

We still didn't update the fences of the k-606. It will take some time. Be patient ;)
As we're currently updating our website, we re-organized the whole
k-303 stuff which was a real deal :D But everything related to the k-303 is now direct x11 updated :) ( such as Willow Creek trolleys )
We corrected a few files too. Easier since we had to check so many files :D And we added some new stuff ( such as Outdoor Retreat small replacements )
This update changes everything for the ones who made the x11 update. It changes almost nothing for those who didn't make the x11 update. It just updates our files ;)
Everything is not yet over and finished. We just made the essentials.
Our walls are working fine ( except the thumbnails ... As we didn't make those thumbnails, we search the issue )
Many of our creations are ok. But not everything indeed. We didn't yet check everything. That's a job at work :) So, you know, if you notice something, send us a message. A detailed one of course ...
THE UPDATES WERE MADE POSSIBLE BECAUSE 2 FANTASTIC TESTERS WHO MADE THE DIRECT X11 UPDATE HELPED US.
