One of my favourite bits of minor foreshadowing in WoF are the DoD and how there's only five of them as opposed to seven, one for each tribe. Yes there's a practical reason for why there's not seven of each tribe, as having seven protagonists to juggle between would be ridiculous, but I like thinking about how there's connotations to the choices.

You ever thought about it? Why are there only five prophecy dragonets? Why leave out RainWings and IceWings? Well, I think it's cheeky foreshadowing to the eventual reveal that the NightWings made it all up. They left out IceWings because they're their greatest enemy on top of forcing Queen Battlewinner to swim in lava for the rest of her days. The RainWings as well since they're trying to take over and, potentially, massacre all of them. Why would they include the tribes they hate in a prophecy they're creating? It's just fun lil' foreshadowing lol
