— Я беларус. В моей стране более 1,5 тысяч политических законченных, ещё в трое больше людей несправедливо осужденных и осужденных по политическим мотивам, кого ещё не признали политзаключёнными. Большинство из них сидит в тюрьме, так как самозванцы захватившие власть используют запрещённые механизмы для того, чтобы найти, задержать (или выкрасть) и несправедливо осудить (репрессировать). Такие суды часто длятся не более 3 минут, причём людям не дают возможности защитить себя и свои права с помощью адвокатских услуг и/или задерживают и судят адвокатов. Я считаю недопустимым использование систем обнаружения лиц в личных целях власть имущих. Это должно быть уголовно наказуемым преступлением. Права человека должны учитывать цифровую жизнь и её безопастность, а международное право должно обращать внимание на такие случаи. Я считаю об этом должны знать все и иметь возможность регулировать такие механизмы должна принадлежать только гражданам и избираемым ими институтам, а не военным или политикам по их воле. Массовое инструментализирование распознавания лиц для репрессий мирного населения порождает лишь страх, который парализует. Это недопустимо и бесчеловечно, так как протест это конституционное право общества на выражение и коммуникацию с органами власти. Я не выступаю противником технологий и/или прогресса, не являюсь членом какого-либо движения, которое выступает против технологий и/или прогресса. Я выражаю гражданскую позицию относительно того, что я расцениваю как нарушение и ограничение прав человека. Я выступаю против монополии на власть и контроля над социальной и культурной жизнью. I guess, you've already heard of what's happening in Belarus. It's awful and so heartbreaking.

Shortly about the situation: The results of the elections were rigged by the incumbent President Lukashenko, although in fact the majority of votes were cast for the candidate Tikhanovskaya. As a result, the people took to the streets to achieve fair elections or real results.

The police there is literally going crazy now: they beat, maim and kill people who came out to peaceful protest. Moreover, they use stun grenades, tear gas and rubber bullets.

Many people are arrested or repressed by the government. What is more, due to the government order, all Internet and cellular is going to be banned in Minsk and close territories.

Police uses ambulance as the "Trojan Horse" for getting closer to protestors and then arresting them or smth.

please read, it's important. I feel that everyone cared and cared about Black Lives Matter matter, not only people from the USA. it's fair but why doesn't anyone from my feed say anything about Belarus? do you think that there problems aren't related to your life? maybe, but pay attention to other people too

in a nutshel: unjust election in Belarus led to riots, meetings among citizens. these people doesn't have any weapons and just try to claim that they want justice, that they have their own choice. but they are killed anyway.

many people are dying. people who did nothing bad or wrong. they were just unlucky that someone shot them while they were in the streets.

all information about that is available. there are photos, videos. the problem is that it's mostly on Russian or Belarusian.

what's more (and scarier): Internet in Belarus isn't working. all networks, providers were blocked. people try to use VPN services, but not all of them are working and not everyone can even find the connection to download a VPN app. and what does mean? people can't talk with their friends, learn about what is happening right now. they are scared and alone. they afraid of leaving houses because they can be killed. even if they are just walking outside.

it isn't secret that I'm Russian. so I know many people from Belarus, I understand what is happening. but do you know what is shown on Russian TV? on TV they tell us that nothing bad is going on, the election was fair and people who protests against its results are ukranians and poles (because they do that to destroy Belarusian state system). yeah, it sounds like they are nuts but it's just a Russian propaganda

so, as I have said, pay attention to some "small" countries too. maybe they don't have anyone to help them

there are protests in Belarus now, but nobody besides CIS countries seems to care. during blm protests the whole world just exploded, people were talking about them everywhere, i saw americans telling russians that they don't talk about it enough.
