Всем доброго времени!) 2 день сессии..) Курс положен (⁠ ⁠ꈍ⁠ᴗ⁠ꈍ⁠)

Честно, даже сильно сказать нечего.. лекционные дни проходят с кофе и презентациями, а ночами я делаю документы, практики и отчеты.. поселилась в квартире со своими девчонками и с их двумя грудничками)) Думала, что не смогу высыпаться, но мне очень повезло)) Пока привыкаю к атмосфере, давно не была вне дома так долго..

когда у меня сессия, моя жизнь застывает. ничего не имеет смысл, я испытываю постоянный страх и готовлюсь. у меня дрожат руки, я плохо сплю иногда. у всех новогодние праздники, а для меня они вообще не существуют, пока я живу в состоянии сессичных. это страшно. и мне страшно.

О промежуточных результатах.

Всем привет:) Есть у меня, к сожалению, такая привычка - пообещать вам отписываться каждый день о своих результатах и мыслях, а в итоге сваливать на месяц:D Зато этот месяц был ну очень насыщенным. Защитила диплом психолога, закрыла сессию на юрфаке, начала худеть и быть довольной собой (чего, кстати, не было последний год точно). Относительно похудения: пп и спорт делают свое дело. Не буду скрывать, срывы бывают. Но очень даже контролируемые. Я соблюдаю свою норму кбжу в день, поэтому вес и идет вниз. С 21 мая на утро сегодняшнего дня отвес ��оставляет 5.5 кг. Как написали в комментарии под одним из предыдущих постов, нельзя ставить себе нереализуемые цели. 25 за три месяца - это действительно перебор. Необходимо идти к своей цели маленькими, но верными шажками. Все получится!

А начинался день так хорошо… Выспалась, сделала зарядочку (пришлось заставить себя, редко делаю её), приняла душ, все как надо… Но…

ЗАВТРА ЗАЧЕТ ПО МАТЕМАТИКЕ!

В общем, день прошел довольно продуктивно. Сходила с мамой в магазин, купили всяких безделушек, продуктов. Пришла домой - и за учёбу! Я всё забыла, пришлось заново изучать логарифмические и показательные уравнения и неравенства, сдвиги графиков, факториалы, пределы функций и другие страшные слова:) в общем и целом, я готова! Правда, с тригонометрией у меня ОЧЕНЬ туго… Я боюсь :(

Именно такой стол мне хочется иметь. Ибо сессия выматывает морально, не смотря на то, что сижу дома, и в данный момент не выходила из дома 1,5 суток.  Еще сегодня день студента и 5 дней до первого экзамена. Хочется поорать из окна “Халява приди!”, но форточка закрыта сеткой, и потрясти зачеткой не получится. Остается один путь, учить все на совесть.  А есть ли у меня совесть?

Каждый день просыпаюсь с 2-умя навязчивыми идеями:

1. Написать хоть какой-то коротенький рассказ или историю (чтобы как раньше отдать ее в печать и банально не потерять навыки окончательно)

2. Сессия близко.. Нужно готовиться..

Как взять себя в руки?! И начать делать хоть что-то!!??
