Idk if you've ever seen it, but I imagine Machete coming to Vasco in his dreams like bambi's mom does to him in bambi 2. Just this beautiful golden field they played in, shining butterflies haloing Machete who isn't sickly, isn't in pain, a healthy beautiful dog but still undeniably himself. Looking at him with so much love and kindness, even though his mortal form is gone, he's been so truly blessed. Gives Vasco the strength to go on.

Everyone I know who's into Chinese dramas (sample size: 3) got into them through The Untamed/CQL. At the same time, the Untamed/Mo Dao Zu Shi fandom seems to be larger than the fandom for all other C-dramas combined. So I'm curious about people (in an English-language fan space like this)'s relationship with C-dramas!

maybe i'm just a sad lil shit that needs to make everything extra depressing but. just consider. sam only figuring out he's in love with dean after he dies. no, actually, in the moment he dies. right then and there. he's closer to him than he's been since they were younger, sharing dean's last breath with him, and in the moment he feels like he's the one about to die and he feels dean's heart slowing to a stop and his features softening as if he's just falling asleep and he thinks i want to kiss him.

and then dean is gone, completely gone, and the pain takes over everything and he can't really think or feel anything past it.

but give it 2 to 3 days, sam still feeling lost and trying to figure out who he is without his brother, for real this time, so he allows himself to think about him. about them. and he remembers wanting to kiss him.

and, yeah, that's when he realizes he loved dean way more than he was supposed to, or even allowed to.

that makes him suffer even more, the aching sadness now wrapped with guilt, and longing, and regret, and all that could've been but he didn't realize he wanted it to be in time. and would it matter if he had? would that change anything? did dean ever feel the same? would he just hate him if he knew?

i still hate the fact that mu qing was the only one to apologise out of the xianle trio. yeah he screwed up a lot but he's not the only one- feng xin didnt believe xie lian and thought he was losing his mind meanwhile his friend needed him more than ever, and xie lian didnt apologise for not realising how much weight he was putting on mu qing and feng xin's shoulders( taking care of him and his family even when they were in hiding). all three of them screwed up , all three of them hurt each other and yet mu qing is the only one to apologise? cmon.

My first impression of TGCF was "this goof continuously ascends to -- and gets kicked out of -- heaven, this is going to be clown town isn't it?"

And honestly I stand by that one, I think I was completely correct**
