there are quite a few tips I can give to fall asleep easier -

1. try to go to bed and wake up around the same time every day, this will make your brain automatically know when it's sleepy time

2. if you really can't sleep, do a short activity like reading a book or listen to calm music until you feel more tired

3. drink or eat something ! personally drinking water before bed makes me sleep faster (probably dehydration...)

4. try to make your room as quite, dark, and cool as you can, as it can make you more sleepy

5. music may help you since rainfall or gentle sounds can make you more calm
