soft hands cup a pretty face, thumbs rubbing soothing circles into the highest points of a pretty boy’s cheekbones. everything’s to be marveled at about this boy; from the way his dark fringes fell into his face to the pretty rosy blush of his lips. and the little mole that sat below his sharpened, almond shaped eyes.

and Connor finds himself staring. marveling. unable to tear his eyes away, even when he should. even when his name is called softly from those aforementioned pretty, pinken lips. even as Connor returns the call, mind murmuring his name like a mantra that can’t ever be forgotten.

he doesn’t look away. can’t bear to tear his eyes away until it’s been far too long. and the boy in his hands is impatient, wanting more— Connor couldn’t even blame him. not when he’d spent the better half of the past ten minutes simply admiring. after he’d slid into an open lap and done nothing more than take in those gorgeous features. should have seen the impatience coming.
